While vacationing in St. Thomas we decided to go off our resort and try an Italian restaurant. We had a reservation but went early to take advantage of their great Happy Hour! We first sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine. We decided to try the Truffle Polenta Frites. They were very delicious. I would definitely recommend them!! Our bartender was SUPER friendly and very attentive. Then we went to our table for dinner. Once again the service was outstanding. We enjoyed more wine, we also enjoyed some bread. I ordered the Chicken Marsala. It's was so delicious that I cleaned my entire plate!! The vibe of the restaurant I would say was upscale, classy and intimate. But definitely good for larger groups and families. If you are ever visiting St. Thomas I highly recommend checking this place out.

In the mood for Italian? We chose this restaurant based on the previous Yelp reviews and thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant looks unassuming from the outside but once you enter, you are greeted with a well laid out and thoughtfully decorated dining room and bar. The lighting is very dim so bring your readers. I wanted a hearty Italian meal so I ordered the paperdelle bolognese, rosemary focaccia and truffle polenta frites and, of course, a glass of wine. All were delicious and very satisfying. Our bartender and waitress were extremely cordial but very "proper" in their delivery of service. This definitely makes my list for restaurants to visit in the USVI.

Our server Richi was helpful and attentive. Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the atmosphere was nice and inviting. We were seated at a high table. Colors were nice and made for a good background for our photos (no crazy bright lights to mess up our photos). n The Gallant Fox cocktail was their take on an Old Fashioned. We had Prince Edward Island Mussles in a aribiatta sauce - delish! Didn't want to waste all that yummy sauce so we added Rosemary Focaccia - great call. Then we devoured our Penne Lasagna and Snapper Picatta. Food was excellent - too bad we didn't have room left for dessert. We plan to return again in the future!

One of my favorite Italian restaurants, ever! Me and my girlfriend were in St. Thomas recently and we were looking for a place to eat one night that was romantic and this was the restaurant we chose. I absolutely loved the whole atmosphere of this place. Red Hook in general is a great little spot to be in if you're looking to have some good food and drinks. The staff were super friendly and the service was excellent. We started off with some drinks and ordered some antipasta and finished with pesce. We ordered: - Zucchini Fritti 10/10 - Pesce Meatballs 9/10 - Snapper Piccata 11/10 - Margarita 8/10 - Local IPA 9/10 If you're looking for great Italian food in St. Thomas this is the place you want to go. Enjoy :)

Great tasting food.. but our waiter (Richie) was a better addition to our experience. Very kind and knowledgeable with excellence. The garlic bread was delicious

Had a reservation here and my group got seated right on time. The interior is very cozy and Italian feeling. We went on Pasta Monday so we all ended up ordering a pasta dish. I had the penne alla vodka which was flavorful and had just enough sauce! We also ordered a Caesar salad and focaccia bread which were both great. The tiramisu for dessert did not taste like a traditional tiramisu but it was still yummy. Overall a pretty solid Italian meal in St. Thomas! Parking can be tricky but we found a spot on the road.

We've visited Pesce twice in a short stay. Service and staff are amazing. The bartender is incredibly conscientious and recognized us the second time we came. Shamara was our server last night and she's probably the nicest person l've encountered on the island. Such amazing energy and attention to detail. DO get the rosemary focaccia for an appetizer. In fact, maybe double your order. YUM. (Pro tip: their happy hour is 3-6 and you'll get $3 off the bread if you sit at the bar vs other tables). The spaghetti with marinara is great. All pasta is made in house. The shrimp scampi was just okay. I like a buttery, savory scampi. This tasted like it had too much lemon- it was overall more sour tasting than anything else. Very heavy garlic- which l'd normally like, but it just wasn't great. The PEl muscles with the spicy sauce were fantastic. The burrata wasn't good. Seems like the menu has a lot of hit or miss items but the hits are so good, l'd come back just to keep trying other things. There are no water views here, and the windows are covered so it's somewhat dark in the dining area. The facilities are clean and we got seated quickly both times. Reasonable wait on food.

Near to far: Snapper Piccata, Penne alla Vodka (center), Chicken Parmesan

For our final night in St. Thomas, my husband and I were looking for a more casual dinner and decided Pesce's menu looked good. It's this cute little Italian restaurant on the Red Hook strip, and we were very pleased with our dinner. Our waitress Kiki was just a delightful, kind, most helpful woman. We ordered the burrata and garlic cheesy bread for apps--both hit the spot. Then we asked Kiki what she recommended for dinner. She said "Snapper Piccata, Chicken Parm, and Penne alla Vodka" so we ordered all 3 and again! Kiki delivered. All 3 were delicious and great portions. We couldn't finish all 3 so we had leftovers the next day, and they were just as good. Also! The cocktails were outstanding! We recommend the Genovese gin cocktail--light, not too sweet, and incredibly flavorful. Will definitely revisit!

Service and food were amazing. By far the best Italian food I have had. You have to get the gnocchi appetizer, toasty on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce was great. Cute little restaurant.

One of our favorite restaurants on St. Thomas! A close walk from the Red Hook ferry, this is a low-light and a date night Italian restaurant. They make everything from scratch and you can especially tell with their pasta. We had focaccia bread, Caesar salads, veal piccata, a vegetarian pasta, and a spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Snapper. I highly recommend for date night!

I couldn't find the Patio as a Google Maps option, so here you go. For the record, this was a find, and we are so glad we chose to eat on the patio. The Patio is outside, so be aware. However, the prices are half of the restaurant and are more of a simple meal than the restaurant. Lexie was our server and, honestly, one of the best and more memorable servers I can remember having in a long time. She was professional and yet down to earth and conversational. We threw her questions, and she was honest about her recommendations. PLUS, she was right in her opinion! So, we ordered three items off the menu with the Ahi Nachos, Grilled Mahi Sandwich, and Mudpie being the items suggested. All three were great, and the nachos were a highlight until the HUGE Mudpie stole the show. Cold coffee ice cream with Oreo crust and chocolate drizzle hit the spot watching the sunset. At the end of the day, The Patio is spacious with a full bar and sits right on the beach. It can get warm, and when the sun went down, the bugs came out; however, it didn't take away from our meal and our incredible service from Lexie.

4 stars for multiple visits throughout the week we stayed at the resort…read more 1st visit - I've realized I'm not made for Island Time life. We had dinner our first night due to a long day of traveling. While our server was great, there was definitely a laid back approach to the meal. There just wasn't a hurry at all (which was where my overtired mind struggled). Food was great. Drinks were amazing and the view was beautiful. I think I just wanted sleep more than anything after traveling all day. Remainder of visits were the bar area. We loved that it overlooked the stage, where there was something going on nightly. Or so we thought!! We were seated immediately but it took awhile for a server to come over. We were ready to order once we finally got a server so we ordered right away. Then that seemed like it was also taking forever and we were getting worried we might be late for our check-in time. Luckily we finished quickly. BUT then we couldn't find our server so we could get the bill and pay. I had to ask another employee to have her bring the check to us. Does get me wrong, our server was very nice and had apologized because she had a table that apparently was quite needy and was taking up a lot of her time. Which, hey I am on vacation and wasn't in a rush until it was cutting it close to miss our check-in time for snorkeling. Now for the food. We had breakfast so I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon. It was mediocre at best. It was like scrambled eggs on a bagel with bacon. So quite messy and not the easiest to eat. Because by the time we got our food we were rushed I unfortunately did not remember to take a photo of my breakfast sandwich. Overall, it was just "meh"! Nothing completely bad but not great either.
