Awesome staff and awesome doctors. My pup Rottweiler (Macho) . They are very caring. I've been talking my 4 legged kids there for quite some time.

I was looking for a veterinarian that was open late and the Pet Doctor is the only place that stays open until 7 PM. It's open 6 days a week whereas other vets are open only 3-4 days per week. They don't allow pet parents inside the facility due to covid precautions. When you arrive, you have to call their office phone and someone will come out when it is your turn. The wait time was about 15 minutes since there were 4 other cars parked outside and two families standing at the door. The doctor was fantastic, came out to the car, answered all my questions, and took my pet in for her annual. Staff seemed to be caring and responsive. The fecal parasite exam is $54. The first veterinary care exam is $118.

Love Dr. Benson and whole staff. Almost 30 years as our vet and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot believe his veterinarians of ten years did not make the diagnosis Dr Mucera made in less than one minute.

The doctor at this clinic is one of the most compassionate, dedicated professionals I've ever met. From day one, it's been clear that this isn't just a business--it's a place where animals are truly cared for, and where every decision is made with their wellbeing in mind. My pets have received nothing but gentle, thoughtful, and thorough care here, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with their health. It's upsetting to see negative comments from people who may not have even been here in person. If you're reading those and feeling unsure, I encourage you to visit the clinic yourself. Don't base your opinion on a single post or someone else's story without full context. It's easy to misjudge when you don't see the whole picture. Unfortunately, online platforms sometimes spread misinformation quickly, and not every review tells the full truth. What I can say, from direct and repeated experience, is that this clinic treats every pet like family, and their compassion is real. If you truly care about finding a vet who puts animals first, come see for yourself. I stand by this place 100%. A Truly Pawsitive Experience! I recently visited this pet clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the warm, welcoming environment and the attentive care both pets and their owners received. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this place is thoughtfully designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. The waiting area is clean, spacious, and pet-friendly, featuring cozy benches and a variety of pet products neatly organized on shelves. The soothing color scheme and natural wood flooring give it a homey feel, which instantly put both pets and their humans at ease. In the first image, you can see a family with their adorable Corgi interacting comfortably with staff and other clients -- a testament to how relaxed the atmosphere is here. Throughout our visit, it was clear that this clinic values a sense of community. The second and third images capture multiple pet owners calmly waiting with their dogs -- from a friendly Golden Retriever to a beautiful Australian Shepherd -- all coexisting peacefully. That's no accident; it speaks volumes about how well the staff manage the space and the flow of clients. One of the standout moments was seeing a staff member or vet lovingly attending to a large Rottweiler in the last image. This level of personal care and attention shows their commitment to treating every pet like family, regardless of size or breed. The pet was visibly relaxed, lying comfortably while being gently examined. Highlights: Excellent cleanliness and organization Spacious waiting area that accommodates multiple pets comfortably Calm, welcoming environment for pets and people alike Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff Well-stocked shelves with quality pet products Whether you're visiting for a routine checkup or a more specialized service, this clinic offers a supportive and professional environment that puts your pet's well-being first. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any pet owner looking for exceptional care and service!

They never gave me the prescription at the time of the visit, so I needed it now. I was told they would text me their email and the information I needed so I could use them as the referral for wherever I choose to order her medication. The first time I called was a month ago and I never received anything. I called again, explained the whole situation, and was told the same thing -- and still haven't received any information. It's extremely frustrating to keep reaching out for something so simple and still get nothing back. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I took my dog in for checkup because she was not moving, not walking, and foaming at the mouth. The doctor took her vitals and said "I don't mean to scare you but this is a dangerous situation. No dog comes in like this" he said we have 3 options, leave my dog at his clinic and he can see what he can do. At that point he told me he's not sure what is wrong with my dog but he can see if there are any tests he can run but it will take time. The second option is to bring my dog to an emergency clinic . He kept emphasizing that it will be extremely expensive (I wasn't concerned about the price I just wanted to know what's wrong with my dog and how she can be rescued) He said it will be expensive and third option is to euthanize my dog which they can do right at the clinic. I thought he must be crazy, why would he even suggest putting down my dog?? At this point I just wanted to get my dog to an emergency vet because clearly this Vet doesn't know what he is talking about. After paying $68 for the vet visiting which he basically did NOTHING. I asked him to refer me to the nearest ER. The one he referred me to was Blue Pearl and they also a very condescending vet who quoted me $9.5k+ for 24 hours before they can save my dog. They wanted me to make a decision immediately and tried to dissuade me from switching to another ER because the price would be "similar" . I ended up switching to another hospital that had more empathetic staff. If something seems off listen to your gut and switch to another clinic!!!!! This can help save your pet's life !!!

Instead, he was given pre-anesthetic medications and anesthesia for a SPAY procedure. Dr. Cohen later stated there had been a mix-up with another patient. When my mother picked him up, she was told by Dr. Cohen not to inform me of the incident (I have been in the field for ~15 years) and was discouraged from seeking care elsewhere. No post-procedure blood work or objective assessment was performed to ensure he was stable for discharge. We took him to a 24-hour emergency hospital, where he was found to be dehydrated, hypokalemic, and in acute kidney failure. He has since required multiple ER visits for vomiting, lethargy, and not eating, along with ongoing monitoring that has cost thousands of dollars. Dr. Cohen also stated he would not be taking action regarding the employee involved, citing that she had been "showing improvement," and added that she is pregnant. Regardless, verifying the correct patient prior to anesthesia is a fundamental responsibility of the veterinarian. If others have had similar experiences and are considering reporting concerns to the state veterinary licensing board, I encourage you to document everything and follow the appropriate formal complaint process. No pet or family should have to go through this.
