They helped me and the other customers. I was surprised then when I went to the register and a line of people were waiting. The gentleman asked the manager to come out and help with customers but she claimed she was too busy in the office. That seems like a poor business model. I don't mind waiting with good service is happening but the manager lady being 'too busy' in the office to assist a customer is not a good sign. Again, the sales staff and the assistant manager were great and made excuses for her. Maybe next time, her emails or whatever can take a break for customers.

While I was not offered any help until the end of my shopping the lady was very nice and very helpful.. i also found out they make birthday cakes I will be coming back next month for my pups birthday! I also found this brand of dog toys that is actually very durable for my terrier mix, he goes through toys like CRAZY. And I am excited to try out the new treats he got and new food(he is very, very picky)

Now that I am down to one small chihuahua dog (from a pack of 4, sad face) and I was mostly home cooking their food, adjusting batch cooking to one little one is taking some practice so I wanted to grab soft food for my little diva while I figure it out. The employee I spoke to kept insisting it should be done on my end even after I explained multiple times that the system would not allow me to cancel it. I also can't cancel my card from it because it says to cancel the order first. I later spoke to a manager who assured me the order would be canceled. Instead, today I was charged again, the order was never delivered, nobody contacted me, and now they've already scheduled my NEXT autoship for a month away while once again claiming "the team is already working on it." How is an order a month away already locked from cancellation? This honestly feels like a scheme designed to keep charging customers while making it impossible to cancel autoship orders once they enter their system. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. Do not sign up for their auto-ship services.

It knocks $5 off per wash if you do it that way. Employees have always been helpful and smiling. They assisted my husband and I with what type of dog food to switch to since our girl is now 8. They also have a selection of medications? Harnesses, toys, frozen foods, etc. all the things you'd see at a huge store.

The parking lot at the Reno Public Market area was ridiculously full because they share it with Sprouts and some other stores but walking into Pet Station, it was pretty empty. The store isn't very big and doesn't carry a huge inventory like most major box stores but they do have interest inventory unique to only Pet Station; during this visit I found the Tuesday's Natural Dog Treat (and pup absolutely adores it). The young man manning the store, Mathias (according to the receipt) was helpful and courteous; overall, my visit was uneventful (in a good way) and positive.
