When I find a place with great employees, that alone keeps me coming back! They're always helpful and friendly here. Super convenient and close by my house, I love that I can find pretty much everything for my Abby cat under one roof. They have a great selection of food, treats, toys and - of course - grooming supplies, so I'm saved from making multiple stops. The store is consistently well-stocked and neat, so it's usually pretty easy to find what I'm looking for. I always love visiting when they have cats that are available for adoption. It's hard not to fall in love with each and every fuzzy face! I honestly wish I could take all of them home with me. It's really nice to see a store supporting pet adoption and helping animals find loving homes! Attention doggie owners: there's a self-service dog wash station. Though I don't have a dog, I imagine it'd be much easier here than trying to bathe your pup in the sink or tub at home. Another bonus: they send out coupons via snail mail. We brought our pup in for grooming and not only were we pleased with the outcome but we were completely, blown away. My dog had a routine grooming appointment Saturday that was canceled by pet supplies plus the day before. I went in Saturday to use the self wash and see if anyone had time for a nail trim. No groomers were there. The cashier said to come back Sunday. When I returned, a staff member was smoking by the front door and asked why I was there. I explained and she proceeded to yell at me that we needed an appointment and they were much too busy to help. She chased me out of the store. read more

I took my dog in to have his nails clipped. The girl tells me, I'm told he is a problem and if he tries to bite me im not going to do him. She picked up one foot and he starts to squirm. No trying to calm him nothing. She tells me I suggest you take him to a Vet. My dog is very spoiled but he's not vicious. I feel like they don't want to groom him and so be it but if I had not been right there watching she would have roughed him up. He's a Yorkipoo guys. Those girls are not friendly and when you're not experienced this is what you get. I won't be back. read more

Ocean is a phenomenal groomer. She's the only groomer my 2 mini golden doodles run to, not from.

Customer service is horrible! I placed an order online. They didn't have the qty of items I had placed but it still let me place my order for those items anyways. I got an e-mail stating my order was ready but they only had a certain amount of what I ordered in stock. I called up to the store and asked if I could replace those with a different flavors (same brand and price just different flavor) and Kylee told me yes just come in and ask for me and we will apply that coupon to it. Came in tell the person (Sabina) I had an order to pick up but explained to them what happened and who I spoke to and they told me they couldn't basically honor that because the discount and card had been done. Told them what was the purpose of telling me they would honor that coupon? It's not my fault that the qty I picked you didn't have in stock. Maybe if inventory was correct this situation wouldn't have happened. I contacted corporate because I felt like that was unfair and why am I being told they will honor it but really they were just telling me what I wanted to hear I felt like. Someone by the name of Sabina called me back and asked for me to call them back. I called them back and they are reading off to me what corporate had sent them from the e-mail. I told Sabina when I came in I told you the situation and you were the one that told me Kylee said we couldn't do the coupon. Then they precede to tell me well this is what the email says. I said why are you arguing with me? I simply told you the situation and it should have been honored. I said so what is the outcome of this because I feel like at this point we are just going around in circles. With a nasty tone they said we will honor that coupon but just so you know for future we can't do that. How is this my fault and my problem? I'll be taking my business to a different Pet Supplies Plus. I'll make the extra drive to have better customer service and experience. I've spent a lot of money at this location and to be treated like this is unacceptable. Not to mention Sabina told me they were the store manager. Not Kylee. So for Sabina to act like that is very unprofessional. read more

I took my dog here and Mina groomed him. When I dropped him off he was a fluffy shi-poo. When I picked him up she had completely shaved him down to nothing, clipped his ears so short and didn't even apologize. Its winter and he needs his fur to keep him warm when he goes out to use the bathroom. She wasn't nice and very much had a "this is a paycheck" attitude. We will never go back here. read more
