This place is a joke let me start off with your sorry excuse for a groomer Mya who shows up 15 minutes late with ear phones on and a attitude then she couldn't find my dogs paper work goes missing then denies my dogs service and quits .. hire people with better customer service and who care about pets

I order the dog dry food from petco two day before, and I received the food expire day is 11/22/2020. Normally we're order from chewy, it's first time order dry food from petco. My dog don't eat the dry food, so We usually use the coffe blender grind it to the powder, when we finish whole bag two blender is broken, and I see the expire day is 11/22/2020. When I call petco ask if I didn't check, if my dog eat, Who will bear this responsibility!Petco just repeat we already refund the dog food money to you, don't want to answer my question! I mention that now is not this problem, is Who will bear this responsibility, then petco only repeat we already refund the money to you. I'm so angry, why petco do like this! I will never every order from petco, hope people see my message and check everything from petco! Don't let you pet( family members) eat the expire food!

Donald and Jahmeeka beyond amazing at their job. I did not catch the other employee's name but they were friendly and welcoming also. They cleaned up my adopted rescues Chewy & Dory very nicely. I purchased the bath and brush with the halloween plus upgrade. Not only were my babies happy but all so fresh & clean.I will definitely be coming back with my fur babies. You are all so very appreciated .

Visited this location for the first time ever today for my dogs first grooming session with me as his owner. My first business of choice was booked for months in advance and my little guy needed a groom ASAP. I consulted a close friend of my mine and expressed her happiness with Petco for grooming services (another location) and I decided to give it a try. Booking the appointment online was super simple and straightforward and no credit card is required to hold your appointment spot (such a god send). Upon our arrival the groomer who would be working with my dog, Rudy, spoke with me for a while about his temperament and re-confirmed the services I wanted (I did the wash with haircut with a flea and tick cleanse) Rudy asked me if he would allow her to hold him and I said yes. She was warm and friendly. I filled out his paperwork and she told me that she would call when he was ready. I handed him over to her and he looked so comfortable and happy in her arms I knew he would be in great hands. I went and had lunch and came back before I was called. When I came back, Rudy greeted me and told me that he was just finished washing and drying and he was getting ready to go on the table for his haircut. She said he wanted to be in her arms to be blow dried and I was happy to hear she allowed him to do so. I was able to watch Rudy give him a haircut through the glass windows of the grooming room- again she was thorough and kind. So much so that I actually walked around a bit while she continued to give him his haircut. When I picked him up he was happy and all smiles as you can see in the pictures! I will most definitely be back and I highly recommend.

My kid would not let me clip her nails. No amount of treats and other bribing tools she was not falling for it. I'm also tired of her scratching me up when she jumps on me so this needed to get done and has been overdue for some time. She is a big dog but sooo friendly and all the workers loved playing and interacting with her. We were a walk in and the workers still accommodated us. She got to socialize and pass time walking around sniffing the place out and when she met some other dogs in the groom waiting room while she waited. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.

I have been taking my dog here since she was only a few months old and this is the only place I will go. My dog has her days where she can be difficult to deal with and they all deal with it. Jessica, Kat and genesis are awesome! While I have always had positive interactions with all of the staff members I can say hands down that those three will go above and beyond! I have since moved into another borough and I will still be traveling back there!

For context, I have a 2 year old anxious labradoodle named Gus. When he was approached by new people he would aggressively bark and growl. I had worked with another dog trainer for over a year -- his problems just became worse. I became reluctant to do things with Gus because I was fearful he would growl/bark/act inappropriately when meeting new people. I was at my wits end and I consulted with a well respected training program here in NYC that said he was a "moderate to severe case" and would need multiple weeks of boarding training + years of follow up training to address his issues. Anthony solved Gus's problems in 1 session. Yes, 1 session... Within seconds of meeting him, Anthony just "got" Gus. His advice and feedback was completely different from the feedback I got from the other trainers and Gus responded immediately. I am not exaggerating when I say that Gus has not growled or barked at a single stranger since working with Anthony. I have been able to do so much with Gus and he seems so much calmer, happier and more confident than he was before. I only wish I had reached out to Anthony a year and a half ago. TL;DR- Don't waste your time or money with other trainers. Call Anthony today. You will be glad you did.

I spent 1.5 hours in the pouring rain w Anthony as we walked Benny into the field, where he was off-leash and learning how to follow, and also enjoying his time socializing with dogs. Anthony impressed upon me how important social play is for dogs to PURGE THE ENERGY out. Not going to lie, i LOVE to walk with dogs, and sitting around while THEY play was not my thing. LOL. WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE it has made. Benny is a great walker now (not pulling 90% of the time). He knows how to act when other dogs walk by us as he is rewarded to meet them after behaving! He's doing so well. Still a little touchy on the running toddlers and guarding, but I am confident we'll get there thanks for Anthony's guidance! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM, especially for new pups and rescue dogs!

He was friendly to everyone when we first brought him home, but within a month or so he became aggressive and bit 8 people without being provoked. I hired 2 different trainers, both of which were bitten by Taz and recommended getting a sedative/relaxant prescription from the vet in order to train him. I couldn't get his attention and he was all over the place on walks, doing whatever he pleased. I was distressed at the thought of not being able to train him and having to send him back to the shelter. Then we started working with Twahlee and we finally saw changes in Taz's behavior. He is a great teacher, very patient and breaks down all the intricacies of dog training into small and manageable steps for the everyday person. Anytime we had a new issue, he always was able to give us a reason why it was happening and specific steps we could take to fix it. He has a great understanding of behavioral problems with dogs and a good system to change and manage those problems. I'm proud to say after a year and 10 classes training with Twahlee, Taz is now a good little boy! He's able to be off leash in the park, he can walk near people and other dogs without reacting, and he has excellent obedience. The training really changed mine and Taz's life - it could have ended very differently for Taz if we didn't get help from Twahlee.

I bought a package for my then-11-yr-old Puli, who I'd recently brought to NY after spending the majority of her life living with my mom in Florida. My dog is quite anxious and barks a lot, and struggled with the transition from living with one person to 8 overnight. I sought Twahlee's help in correcting my dog's anxious tendencies because at this stage of her life, the proper training techniques Twahlee has to offer would have been extremely difficult to implement. He helped give me an array of tools to help teach my dog stronger obedience, which would then lead to greater control over my dog. About 2 years later, I moved into a new home with a housemate who has a dog that can be aggressive with other dogs. Because I hadn't used my entire package, I asked Twahlee if there was a chance he could come by and apply one of my pre-paid classes to visit our home and assess how the two dogs exist in the home. He let me know that packages expire after one year, but that he would come anyway, because ultimately he just wants to help others. This was highly generous of him to do, and I'm extremely grateful for his flexibility. At the end of the day, choosing to work with a trainer is less so to train your dog than to train yourself on how to better manage your pet, and Twahlee did a great educating me on areas I could be doing better. His help and kindness over the last few years has been greatly appreciated, and I can say with great confidence he can make a meaningful difference in every dog and trainer's life.
