My pet just ran off. Where did my petgo? I don't mind the store, but I do mind the prices and I do mind the service, hence the rating. I do think that management and some of the employees have a few issues here. The customer definitely isn't always right. Not here, anyway.

Bad promotional signage, bad customer service. The signs says a brand name and has several items next to it. I grab one and am told it isn't considered part of the promotion though it is the brand and is part of the line advertised. She wasn't even apologetic after I waited for her to take her sweet time to go like, mind you she asked me which aisle it was on.... in the store she works at...as a manager...

Snowball is groomed here regularly. The staff is always professional and friendly. The ladies always do a great job of keeping Snowball looking good! Today was a bit of an emergency which they accommodated us even without an appointment. The issue began when I picked Snowball up from being boarded for four days. When I got him from the boarder, Greatwood Vetinary Hospital, he was covered in urine. After leaving him in good hands at Petco he was returned to us a better looking, and smelling, dog after being groomed here today. See the before and after pics. Thanks Petco for coming to the rescue.

They had a good selection of fish, which is what we were looking for. We were able to adopt a shark today thanks to the help of a very informed employee, and she set us up with everything we needed to give our fish a happy home. read more

I specifically asked to keep the long hair on my dog's back, which we had been growing out for 6 months. But instead, they shaved it completely. Even worse, they left mats behind the ears, under the chin, and on the belly. When I kindly asked them to remove the mats, the receptionist responded loudly that it would "change the dog's haircut." Seriously? I believe removing mats should be standard grooming procedure -- and if there's an issue, the professional thing to do would be to call the owner or explain. Instead, they just left them and said it would "ruin the style." Meanwhile, the haircut was already nothing like what I requested. Now I have to take my pup to another groomer to fix what they ignored -- and even they were surprised mats were left behind. Sorry, but this is not how responsible pet care should be handled. I'm really disappointed.

Some places, like the previous owners of this location, did not maintain the premises. It would be noisy and smelly, and the AC would be left off. I love what the new owners did with this place! My shih tzu often gets very nervous about going to the groomers but here, she was not shaking at all.

She was able to schedule ALL FIVE of my dogs for Saturday -- yes, five -- ranging from 19 pounds all the way up to 86 pounds. I received a text confirmation the day before, plus a message the morning of letting me know the groomer was 35 minutes out. They arrived exactly on time. My 19‑pound terrier had several mats, and they still managed to give her a full, beautiful groom. She looks incredible now. She's a bit of a talker during grooming, but the groomers were so patient and said she did great. While working on her, they simultaneously trimmed the nails and paw fur on my four larger dogs. All five dogs were completely finished in under two hours -- I was blown away. Katherine was kind, respectful, and genuinely interested in each dog's personality before taking them out. She handled my senior dog with arthritis so gently, and his nails look better than they have in ages. Every paw was trimmed to perfection, and the nails were cut to the ideal length. We've already booked recurring appointments -- every 8 weeks for nails and every 16 weeks for my terrier's full groom. Pricing for nail trims was a little higher than I've paid elsewhere, but considering they come directly to your home, handled mats, worked on five dogs of all sizes, and delivered flawless paw and nail care, it was absolutely worth it. Bubbles & Beyond Pet Care delivers outstanding service, excellent communication, and truly top‑tier grooming. Highly recommend!

Now there are new owners (for a couple of years now) and our favorite groomer Rolisha is no longer there. My mom dropped Coco off and I was on the phone when she told them we did not want a low cut. I then had my mom go back in and I spoke with the groomer myself on FaceTime asking if the cut number they told my mom would still leave Coco fluffy since I did not want her hair low. We were assured by the groomer that she would still be fluffy! When I went to pick her up, she had a low cut. I called back (for the first time ever) to speak with management and let them know my disappointment with the service. Instead of being understanding and trying to come to a resolve, the manager/owner was extremely dismissive and argumentative, saying that the groomer told us the number and we agreed. Once I explained (again) that we explained several times we did not want a low cut and wanted her fluffy, she switched the narrative saying they had to cut her low because of matting. In the past if matting was an issue, I would get a phone call from Rolisha or the front desk explaining that and requiring me to approve the lower cut. After going in circles, I was over it and just them know how disappointed I was that they took no accountability. Again, in over 6 years this is the first phone call they've ever received from me. Extremely disappointed in the owner/management and lack of accountability. I really wish I would have gotten Rolisha's information before she left!

A great mind for sure, as he has a Yorkie and home too! :) He explained everything thoroughly and had us in and out in under 10 minutes! On May 14, 2026, my dog Ralph was experiencing urinary blockage issues related to bladder stones…read more Before surgery, I first took him to an emergency veterinary hospital where I paid approximately $1,480 for emergency treatment, including catheter insertion and stabilization. A few hours later, Ralph underwent bladder stone surgery at Rosenberg Veterinary Clinic, where I paid approximately $2,700 for the surgery and related treatment. After the surgery, the clinic sent me home with two medications and verbally informed me that one was an antibiotic and the other was a pain medication. Over the following days, Ralph did not improve and appeared to be getting worse. Tragically, he passed away on May 19, 2026, less than a week after surgery. After his passing, I reviewed the medications that had been dispensed to me and realized that both medications were pain medications. There was no antibiotic included, despite the clinic charging me for one and informing me that they had provided it. I contacted the veterinary office on May 20, 2026, and staff admitted that the antibiotic had not been given to me. They stated they reviewed their camera footage and confirmed the medication was never dispensed. They apologized for the mistake; however, they are refusing to provide a refund or otherwise take responsibility. They (the owners) tried to say the reason they couldn't refund me was because I scheduled an appointment and didn't show up, what they didn't notate was that I called them twice that day once at 8:04 am and then again at 1 pm the same day to reschedule due to work schedule but their front desk is horrible at picking up the phone. Please be careful with bringing your pets here.

The entire experience was relaxed, informative, and never rushed. Dr. Shah was absolutely incredible. My daughter joined the appointment on FaceTime, and my mother was with me as well. Even though Bella was the only pet there, Dr. Shah patiently answered questions about all four of our pets. She repeatedly asked if we had any additional questions and made sure we fully understood everything before we left. What impressed me most was her honesty. She never tried to sell us products, prescription food, or supplements we didn't need. Instead, she gave thoughtful, practical advice and was mindful of costs, offering recommendations that were genuinely in the best interest of both our pets and our family. Dr. Shah has cared for our dogs for years at a previous clinic, and she has quite literally changed our lives. When our dog Myla suffered a spinal injury and suddenly couldn't walk, Dr. Shah was honest about how difficult the road ahead would be, but she also believed in us. She encouraged us every step of the way as we worked with Myla around the clock to help her recover. She called every day--sometimes multiple times a day--to check on her progress, and celebrated right alongside us when Myla finally started walking again. She also cared for our dog Marlee when she stopped eating and began vomiting blood. Rather than simply treating the symptoms, Dr. Shah recognized that Marlee was experiencing severe stress because of Myla's condition, which had led to an ulcer. Her compassion and insight made all the difference. With our many appointments over the years, we see firsthand that she is the same with all patients. She genuinely loves what she does. When we learned she had left her previous clinic, I was heartbroken. I immediately started trying to find where she had gone because there was no one else I trusted more with our pets. Finding her here felt like finding a member of our family again. We are beyond grateful that Dr. Shah is now part of Foster Creek Veterinary Hospital. If you're looking for a veterinarian who is knowledgeable, compassionate, honest, and genuinely invested in the well-being of both your pets and your family, you couldn't ask for anyone better. Front desk staff are polite and professional. Others, including vets, seem inconvenienced by you being there. Also, they use an online pharmacy now, and they give that corporation exclusivity. They will not authorize prescriptions through other providers. If you're expecting a locally-owned, personable service, you may be disappointed. Corporate does as corporate is. BTW, the person who initially recommended this vet just informed me that they have changed vets - for many of the same reasons.
