    Hello Hami
    Doreen G.

First pet for our kiddos, we decided to get a hamster . The lady that helped us was really great. She was good on giving us some info of their pet.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Petco grooming service. After picking up my dog and bringing her home, I immediately noticed something was wrong. She was constantly shaking her ears and seemed very sensitive around her neck area. As time went on, it became clear this wasn't just mild irritation--she actually started bleeding from her ears, neck, and even her head. What's most concerning is that the groomer, Arthur, never mentioned any issues or incidents during the appointment. If something had happened, I should have been informed right away so I could take proper care of my dog. Instead, I was left to discover this on my own after the fact. This experience has been upsetting and stressful, both for me and my dog. I trusted this service to handle my pet with care, and unfortunately, that trust was not upheld. I would strongly urge better communication and more careful handling of animals in the future.

    Pride dog beds.

Easy to find what you need. A pretty good variety and the staff is always nice here. Better yet. It is just down the street from Costco.

Teddy a sweet pup but struggled with anxiety, reactivity, resource guarding and was VERY sensitive to being touched and would often lash out or try to bite. We were really worried about how to help him and how to curb some of these bad habits we'd no doubt reinforced with our own behavior. When I called Brett for the initial consult, he was patient, understanding but also honest and direct about the time and effort it would take and the changes we would have to make to have a real impact. We were open to the feedback and committed to making a change in and out of our home. WOW. We've been working with Brett consistently for 3 months and Teddy is like a new dog. He is calmer, happier, more obedient, and much more confident and tolerate of being touched (especially on sensitive areas like his paws!). Our friends and family have all been shocked at the noticeable difference in Teddy's overall demeanor (happier and calmer!) and behavior. Our groomer asked us what had changed as he was so much calmer and happier to deal with. I want to be clear this is no "magic pill" we put in the work but with Brett's guidance and structure, we cannot believe the results. Teddy is of course still a work in progress and we have more work to do, but seeing the progress he's made in such a short amount of time with Brett's thoughtful approach has been so exciting. Brett truly understands dogs and their psychology and this makes him a true expert. Just know that part of the training process is training your pup but also training yourself to adjust your own behaviors to create a positive outcome long term for everyone. We cannot recommend Brett enough!!!

I was entirely overwhelmed and at my wit's end trying to manage her behaviors. When I hired Brett, I'll admit I fought him along the way on some of the training protocols--but in the end, he was correct about EVERYTHING. The most vital thing for difficult or frustrated dog owners to understand is that Brett's training isn't just about fixing the dog; it is primarily about training YOU, the owner. He provides an exceptional structure and leadership framework, but it only works if you are willing to check your own habits, get on board, and consistently follow through as a pack leader. His methods are incredibly kind, humane, and highly effective at correcting severe behavioral issues. Today, I am so incredibly happy with how my once-crazy dog has turned out. Thanks to Brett, Lucy is a wonderful companion who listens perfectly, handles major environment changes like moving to Downtown LA beautifully, and doesn't react to other people or animals anymore. Having her in my life has truly become the amazing journey I always hoped it would be. If you are willing to put in the work on your end, Brett is absolutely the best master trainer you can find!

I was nervous to see dogs on walks due to his reactivity and even though he was an angel at home, sweet as pie, gentle and obedient - taking him out anywhere was not fun for him nor for me. I take him anywhere and he's improved so much in terms of reactivity. we are not perfect in terms of dog neutrality yet but WOW we have come so far. Upon parking I did note that there is very little parking in the back, I think I just got lucky to get the spot directly in front of the door in the back of the building, and I did find myself wondering what would parking be like during class time, I read in other reviews that some people have to walk from farther away because of the parking situation. I entered and thought it would be quite a small building, but actually the facility is quite spacious. They have one large room (with no windows) that they use for Private training sessions, and then they have the main large space where all their training classes take place and large windows. The facility is very clean and impressive and I saw the trainer playing ball with one of the dogs who was so well behaved which was nice to see as an example of what my puppy could be like when she grows up. The way it seems to work is you have to buy packages to be able to get credits to sign up for classes. Then you can use the website or you can call to ask to book the classes. One qualm I have is since they don't have a structured program where you show up weekly for classes, it means anyone can just jump in at any time. I think the concept of not being forced to do a weekly class makes sense, but at the same time for a puppy who needs structure and direction in addition to socialization, I do want something structured. If the classes fill up fast and get waitlisted, that must mean that some people don't get to train their dog that week? I wouldn't want to miss learning something with her and be forced to wait for another class or forced to take private classes to make up for it. I wish that I can purchase just one credit and try one class to see how it is before committing to a whole package. I do love that zoom room has so many classes to choose from though, including play time, socialization, agility, and sometimes they do nose work classes. I would love to do all of those. I am still researching training facilities and if I decide to use Zoom Room which is on my top three list of options, then I will update in the future how my experience goes.

I want the best for my puppies, so I asked so many different people where and how they trained their dogs. I received a few suggestions, but decided to do my own search...and I'm glad I did. Leo (Owner) and his amazing team of trainers TRULY care about the pups they train. Leo came to my home and wanted to meet me and my pups before I had to decide on making any decisions. After sitting down with him for about half an hour, I knew I found what I was looking for: Someone who wants me to have healthy and happy dogs. I signed up for the in-home training at first which is Leo coming to the house and training me on how to train my puppies (Archie and Charlie just turned 6 months and started with Leo and his team when they were 4.5). Very quickly, I realized I could not handle training both these puppies the way they needed to be trained. I discussed with Leo and decided to do a Board & Train. I like the schedule because I get to take the puppies on the weekends to spend time with me. Don't get me wrong, you NEED to train your pups on the weekends, but it's worth it and FUN. Archie has become the Puppy King (no offense to other puppies or their owners )). Charlie has a lot more energy, but has improved immensely! Leo's trainers are so caring. I feel my dogs get love with their training when they're not with me, and I couldn't ask for more. I see their excitement whenever I visit about improvements and milestones that Archie and Charlie achieved. They gleam with as much pride as I do. I honestly don't know where my pups OR I would be without the help of this AMAZING Team! If I could give 10 stars out of 5 stars, I would!

The consultation made it clear how experienced and passionate Leo is about dog training, so we decided to sign with him that same day. After one session we felt much more confident in training our dog and saw the "light at the end of the tunnel". Over the past 5 months and four training sessions, we have seen day and night improvement in her behavior. If you feel lost and out of control with how to train your dog or want to continue their training, Kelev K9 should be your first call. Within a week we noticed progress. We finally were able to leave the house for an hour and go to the market together. Unfortunately, my experience once training began left me uncomfortable, and I decided to withdraw him after two sessions. When I arrived for the first session, I was surprised to find that the training facility was a private residence. Everything took place outside at the front gate, and I was not given a tour, a clear explanation of the setup, or much of a welcome. I was expected to hand my puppy to a staff member I had never met, who would place him in a kennel until his training began. Since this was my first time leaving him with strangers, the lack of an introduction or information about where he would be staying made me uneasy. I had been instructed not to feed Fumi dinner the night before or breakfast that morning, so I packed his food and treats with the understanding that they would feed him or use his food during training. When I picked him up around 4:00 p.m., I discovered that none of his food had been opened or touched. Because he was only four months old and had not eaten since the previous day, this was extremely upsetting. I was told that he had received plenty of treats, and a manager later called to apologize, but the experience still left me concerned about leaving him in their care. I was also handed training tools without being clearly reminded that I would be charged separately for them. I later received a text with the bill and was told that the cost had been included in the contract. I would encourage future clients to review those additional charges carefully and ask whether they can purchase the tools themselves, as similar items may be available elsewhere for less. Sasha, the trainer, was very kind, and I appreciate the manager reaching out to apologize. However, between the feeding incident, the overall drop-off experience, the unexpected equipment charges, and not seeing improvement after two sessions, I ultimately did not feel that this program was the right fit for me or my puppy.

What I love about the ranch as opposed to other boarders is that I know the dogs are continuously socialized & stimulated. They don't sit in isolated rooms, where you have to pay extra for socializing or play time. They get a lot of exercise -- you can pay for hikes or training sessions during boarding. After using these trainers/boarders over the years, they've become like second parents to our dogs. I know they get love, belly rubs/pets, & treats. We found Affordable Dog training when rescuing an aggressive/defensive large dog; he had issues with toy possession, trust issues, hand biting & sensitive areas from previous abuse.
