The little restaurant is housed in a beautiful ornate temple, and has a lovely outdoor courtyard to dine in on pleasant days (I eat inside when it's hot or cold out.) Service is minimal, but attentive by buffet joint standards. Parking is a secure private lot and spaces are plentiful. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but you are fully separated from it if you park in the secure lot. For $15 at lunch, you will likely have your most nutritious meal of your (pick a time period), and get a free drink and desserts. Some items are available for upcharge, but I find them to be unnecessary. The vibe is temple casual and reminds me of hippy establishments I used to frequent in the 70s and 80s. I highly recommend you try it, if you love fresh vegan fare at a bargain price and want to check out the lovely temple and grounds while you're there.

Our server came around with water but he declined since he was done. We recommended that he try a dessert we liked, which he did try. After that he needed water and asked the server for some when she came by with coffee for us. Her comment was, verbatim "I already asked you if you wanted water and you said no."
