We had my nephews birthday this past Saturday and it seems like nothing went right. Starting off with the Party Host Isa. Isa was not prompt with services at all and not very considerate of time, although she started cleaning up the party 15-20 minutes before our party over. It took awhile to get the cards loaded with the tokens, they announced my nephew as a girl. Isa interrupted during the cake cutting to handle business stuff, which was very inconsiderate. Also, she brought the ice cream out very late not while eating cake. I would rate the experience as a 2 and only because the kids wasn't impacted. I wouldn't recommend having a party here at all. Last year was better and a better host. Isa definitely needs more training and common sense. read more

Went out with the family today to what I consider a classic pizza spot from my childhood. Food as always has that signature taste especially with buttermilk ranch, service given by the staff is great as well, very quick and efficient they have a sense of urgency I can definitely admire being that I've worked in food service myself. Lastly holy moly definitely check when you're going to have an outing here cause my gosh was it packed granted it was a Saturday there was no shortage of business for this place today and yet despite that we still received good food, great service, and an even better atmosphere as a result! definitely recommend trying this place at once. read more

There is not much cheese and/or sauce on the pizza, garlic knots are (k)not garlicky; primarily blobs of bread with maybe a hint of garlic. I emphasize the word "maybe". Salad, on the other hand, is good with multiple add ins but not the healthiest of dressings. Cinnamon & sugar squares for dessert were the best part of the offerings here. Sodas are refillable. Staff is not engaging at all and the floors and tables could use a cleaning. The video games & bumper cars are probably tons of fun, if that's a reason to come here. read more

I went for the first time during the day with my son and grandson. They offered a buffet I think only during the week . The pizza was good and fresh. The service at the counter was quick and professional. The restaurant area was very very clean. My son even mentioned that it looked brand new. 6-8 kids from one of the other parties were running around hitting people with inflatable swords, knocking stuff off tables and being obnoxious. The staff did nothing and had several people complain. Parents of these kids would just laugh and not do anything to stop them despite them seeing people yelling at their kids about it. Growing up I used to go to Peter Piper Pizza a lot, mainly for kids birthday parties or during lunch for the pizza buffet when I was in school and I've always loved the pizza from this place. So what a pleasant surprise it was to find a Peter Piper pizza near me in Dallas! I went to the Jefferson location for dinner with my husband, and my experience was great. The staff was friendly; the pizza was amazing; and there were a bunch of families celebrating their kids birthdays. Just like I remembered. Call it nostalgia, but I really do love this place. The pizza is just so delicious, I always get the Werx which basically has veggies and sausage with a lot of tomatoe sauce and great tasting cheese. Every bite is a delight for sure! And the best part is that you can stay after your meal and play games! Just like if you were a kid again! I will for sure be back to Peter Piper Pizza. read more

I came here because it reminds me of my childhood. It was the go to place in my hometown for kids birthday parties. I stopped in for lunch at 11am today, Wednesday. So they had just opened. I'll give them credit for not being ready at 11 on the dot. The employees were still fiddling with their hats and clocking in when I came in. Monday through Friday from 11am to 2pm offers an all you can eat lunch buffet for $5.99 for adults, $3.39 for kids 10and under. It's ok pizza. I figure people come here because of their kids not because they want top notch pizza. Go to zoli's or cane Russo if your looking to be a foodie or stuck up about pizza. You know somewhere that actually specializes in food and not somewhere that's designed for swarms of children to lose their mind in. It's located in oak cliff down Jefferson blvd so it's not the best area and you get some interesting characters coming through. It's really quiet right now. Just the terrible top 40's playlist and the arcade. I considered pulling a star as I'm typing this to a nickleback song. The place itself is very clean. I'd expect more bodily stains around from the hoards of spawns I assume rip through here on weekends, but they seem to keep it spotless. This hit the spot today. If I could give them no stars I would. Today we were cheated out of 10,000 tickets when a machine that counts the tickets malfunctioned and only printed out a total of 4,855 instead of 14,855. We asked the manager Jose and he was very condescending he said i think you only put in 4000 even though we showed him the bags we brought the tickets in that we were saving for 3 weeks. The person running the prize area also had to refill the games we were playing on 4 times because we kept getting scores of 500 tickets we told him this but he wouldn't address it. He dismissed us saying I didn't see that and said I still think it was 4000 even though we stood loading the machine for about 20 minutes. My daughter saved for 3 weeks and a total of 8 trips for nothing. read more

Its in Oakcliff, TX which is the hood so it is what's exspected. Never had a problem with staff or service. It is a nice spacious place to have a party and save 30% than you would spend at Chucky Cheese then being rushed away by a Chucky Cheese host. I prefere Peter Piper's over Chucky Cheese but if you are stuck up and not use to seeing middle class or lower class people having a good time then Oakcliff is not the area for you period. read more
