Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. It's definitely not what it used to be to be. Prices have more than doubled and there's less to do. They don't even allow kids to play on the jungle Jim freely anymore. It's over $10 per kid PLUS they make you buy their ppp socks to get on to play on a "playpark" that is restricted and smaller than I can even express. I recommend amazing Jake's or rush xtreme play park. I don't recommend coming here

While visiting Arizona I Met my family here so the kids could enjoy some pizza and games. The service was great, the staff were nice and accommodating. The pizza was hit or miss, depending on the pizza selected when the salads are fresh they're good. Overall I had a great time visiting my family and enjoyed myself.

Terrible pizza , mid employees and very few games. Good sausage and fair prices for games!

We tried out the lunch buffet which is M-F from 11-2. All you can eat pizza, salads, pasta salad and Mac n cheese. Not bad for the price $10 p/p. Pizzas came out in a timely manner making them nice and hot. The salads looked mushy so I passed the pasta salad lacked flavor but the Mac n Cheese was great. They also some arcade games and plenty of seats.

While sitting and waiting for my pizza order, I snapped this picture of guessing 20+ things of trash on the ground.

Let me start by saying that Peter Piper Pizza has always been a favorite, even before they merged with Pistol Pete's Pizza way back in the 80s. I still like the pizza. Favorite was the PPP Special (now known as the Werks). My issue is my experience at the 48th Street and Ray location. Been going here for 20+ years. Last night was my son's birthday and he wanted PPP for dinner and watch a movie here at home. I set off for a drive to the nearest Harkins to grab a bag of movie popcorn. When leaving the house I called PPP so I could place my pizza order and hopefully have it ready after Harkins. I was greeted and immediately I was placed on hold. I was on hold for 16 minutes (my cell phone keeps track) so I hung up and called back. They answered without saying anything and put me on hold again. I waited another 10ish minutes on hold then hung up and called back. Same thing, they picked up the phone without saying anything and put me on hold. So, 43 minutes total of being on hold, I arrive at the restaurant expecting a huge line and chaos. Walked in and there is zero line. One employee is by a register drinking soda. At the other register is an employee just standing. I walk up to the Employee who is just standing idol and told her what I had been dealing with... a 43 minute hold. I showed her I was still on hold. She said "we were busy, are you ready to order"? I sensed an attitude. After placing the order I talked to the manager and told her my experience and she said sorry, we were busy. I felt no empathy. I know good help is hard to get, but having bad employees is can be even worse. For what it is, PPP pizza is not cheap, in fact it is one of the more expensive options out there. If it were not for the fact that it was my Son's birthday, I would not have purchased pizza here but I felt like I had to.

Alexis has this worst customer service and attitude. Will not be going back. I will travel to not have to be treated so rudely.

Henok Amen had great customer service (friendly and patient) while the kids picked their prizes from the prize counter!

It's a clean and spacious venue and Culinary Dropout catered the food here both times I have been here. And if you know Culinary Dropout, you know you're in for some truly tasty bites. Soft pretzels and provolone fondue? Need I say more? I came here for a really large work party and the best way to describe the ambiance was a nice wedding reception without a wedding. We had beautifully decorated tables with assigned seats, fun music, a bar, and photo ops. The drinks were good - in my opinion they were pretty standard event cocktails. Definitely tasty, but not craft cocktail level drinks. When it came time to eat and we all went through the buffet, I had pretty low expectations since it is a buffet to feed over 100 people. I have to say though, the food was really and truly wonderful. Best event food I've had hands down. Overall if you're looking for a fun place for your next large party this is a great option. I'd be happy to have a reason to go back!

We opted for the all in package where Boojum coordinated with their preferred venders to handle about 90% of the arrangements and for a VERY reasonable price. Everyone brought their A game!! Food was delicious, music was fantastic (even with a last minute DJ swap due to an emergency), and the grounds were stunning! They did everything right. Multiple beautiful backdrops available for the big day. We chose the grand fountain but soooo many other great options. Even the little things. Everyone warned us how hard it is to eat on your wedding day but as soon as we left the ceremony area to the backstage, there was a waiter for my wife and I along with the bridal party with appetizers and drink orders. Jennifer the day of works as your wedding coordinator and she does a fantastic job! Everything was so well run and on time as well. Everyone told me this was the best venue and the best experience they ever had at a wedding and I know it wasn't just them being nice! If you're the type of person who wants to be able to say you got married at Wrigley, fine. But if your focus is the best possible experience for your guests and yourselves, Boojum is by far the way to go!! These guys throw an EPIC wedding and party!!!

If you haven't been there, then you definitely need to pay it a visit. However, for a wedding venue, it was a bit odd. Maybe this was the fault of the coordinator? First the good things! The customer service really was great! The staff managing the bar area were super friendly and great to talk to at every visit! The food served was delicious, no complaints at all! The decor and aesthetics were wonderful for the venue and the Arizona area. The area in the main part of the venue, were the ceremony took place was lovely and shaded. There was a fountain and surrounded by lovely trees and structures. As with all venues, hosting a wedding with a cash or cash-less bar, this venue fell into the same issue. The alcohol not in bottles or cans just had to be watered down. There is no possible way our friends and myself had as many vodka mixed drinks, we are talking about over 10 or 11 at least for myself, and never even got a buzz. This seemed to be the consensus. The other issue was just the layout. The covered area / enclosed structure where the dinner took place was large and spacious. It was decorated with plants and man made areas that were lovely and it kept everyone together, socializing, and simply having fun. When that was done we were moved to an area behind the bar/sitting structure for live DJ and dance floor. This was simply counter productive to encouraging that togetherness and partying. instead it had various separate and distinct fire pits with covered areas and seating around each one. This pretty much cause the wedding party to all separate into their own clicks and neither one really interacting unless you were directly related/known to them some how. The dance floor was a raised gazebo area, which was lovely. However, from where some of the fire pits were, you had no view of who was dancing or if anyone was dancing. The DJ played a great playlist but she could have been definitely more interactive.
