Showed up to Dennys after a Diamondback game. Late night 10pm was greeted by Genesis smiling at us saying take any seat you'd like. She was training someone at the time. But she was fantastic. Hard to stay enthusiastic and engaged when doing late shifts like that. And she made it look easy. Appreciate the hospitality! read more

They announced a $6.99 "Endless Breakfast " special to include Cheesy Scrambled Eggs, Hash Browns and Pancakes. The special was to run through June 21, but when I visited July 31 (2022), it was still available. The food was good and service was relatively speedy, considering the Sunday morning rush. For the price and quantity, I'd say it's a good deal and worthy of a try, especially if you have big eaters in your group/party. read more

I will start by saying, dog Denny's all you want but if you are out late, or just want a quick consistent meal Denny's is always there for you. We have only been to this location a handful of times, but have never been disappointed in the service. The large menu lets you order breakfast, lunch or dinner 24x7. Following up on what the other reviewer Paul said: I too had problems this morning (3/17) when getting there at 5:45 AM as I sat at the counter and watched the cook cleaning and mopping the floor in the kitchen while I waited 15 minutes for my meal. All this while I was the only person in the restaurant waiting for their meal. And the server said nothing to me the whole time not even a I'm sorry when she delivered the meal to me ... absolutely horrible I am going to add this to the you can't make it up any better than this list ... read more

The Dennys on Gilbert Road was a great experience for my husband and I ! Your server James was a delight and such a surprise with the excellent work ethic he demonstrated! Today you are lucky if the server acknowledges you but that is not the case with James- he took our order. Made sure everything was as we expected and returned to be sure we did not need anything else! When we were getting ready to pay our bill my husband got into conversation with him to discover that he has two other jobs! Where the upbeat personality and caring came from was just so outstanding! Greeted as soon as we walked in. Tina was our server she was great she offered upgrades on hash browns and started off would you like some orange or a beverage to start off. I ordered the everyday value slam with biscuit and gravy. Came out and the biscuit wasn't warmed up or put in the oven at all and the sausage gravy was three sausage crumbs with white gravy poured over it. Very disappointing but the cooks probably back there see they don't mind well yes I don't complain because who knows what's going to happen to the food. This is one of the few places where we can get a meal late at night/very early morning for people that work off hours. I ordered a club sandwich online but had to go in to order my husbands meal because he wanted extra gravy and you cant order that online. Once he was in there the lady kept insisting he wanted a chicken bowl, no idea where she pulled that from but she wouldn't stop talking about the chicken bowl. He kept telling her he didn't want the chicken bowl he only wanted extra gravy for his biscuits. This was like a 10 minute ordeal until someone else stepped in and then it was no big deal. I wish I could order the Club without the middle piece of bread but don't try that, it really confuses them. The eggs always look over cooked but the french toast seems to turn out fairly well as do the biscuits and gravy We have been here in the past but things have been on a steady decline for awhile service wise. I doubt a return visit here, but if you're desperate in the middle of the night it might be worth a try. read more

Will be getting my money back because i am not handing out money for free. I bring my boys here all the time for midnight meal or snacks. The menu have great selection of food and my family like their breakfast options. You just can't go wrong about it. This place is just like any other Denny's chain restaurant. I haven't been impress or anything from this particular location. The cook cannot cook the scrambled egg correctly as I have to send it in a few times sometimes. My eggs are always undercooked, so now every time I order my food there's an instruction...which I really don't like doing, but I have to. Overall the breakfast is good and the service always makes up for it. read more
