Took the grandkids to celebrate birthdays. Got the pizza special that included time in the arcade. This location looks like it's part of the old Bookmans. Clean, well maintained facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids loved the food and game arcade. Besides us, looks like about 3-4 other birthday parties were taking place at the same time. It's not all parties. Looks the place was doing a healthy take out as well as eat in business. So, brush up on your claw and skew-ball skills and visit Pied Piper for a fun time.

Had to come back and get my favorite specialty pizza from here! As usual it did not disappoint! Friendly staff, clean, energetic atmosphere. Thanks again!

No customer service having manager Randy

Horrible service! WILL NEVER COME BACK! I was the first person in line (with the line beginning to back up very quickly). There was a young blonde girl who came up to us and asked if we were part of a party; our answer was no. As my family and I continued to wait patiently, we notice the manager on shift named Randy was helping someone at the CARRY OUT register. Randy walked past us several times avoiding any eye contact or acknowledgement to my family standing and waiting. (At this point we had been waiting for 15 mins). Eventually that same blonde girl came to the normal register and we asked her "Is there someone here that can help us since we have now been waiting for 20 mins to order?", her response was that's the normal register is only for parties today (no sign posted anywhere indicating that) and to go to the carry out register to order. This would have been nice to know the first time she came up to us and asked if we were part of a party. So instead of letting us know that the normal line to order was only being used for party check ins the first time, she just walked away.

We LOVE PPP. Our kiddos enjoy going and playing games to win prizes. The pizza is one of our favorites. Last night was the first time we went later in the evening and only play games. We ordered a few fountain drinks and a salad for my daughter. Going later at night definitely brought out more of an older crowd who weren't as friendly as toddlers and middle schoolers. A lot of their games were out of order and the ticket takers were down to just one that was working which was a bit frustrating, but we absolutely love going there and will continue to!

All stars due to buffet style pizza , And my past visits ..... but mainly for todays buffet it was so good that i had to review them ... Pizza was goood , i just ate at a different location two days ago , and this location beat the hell out of it and im not saying which one but just know this location is good. Great . Awesome ! I even gave pictures for this one - I have been to this one for a few birthday parties and they are great as well ; They have a carrosel as well as a little rollarcoaster ride for the kids . Lots of games . Good job guys.

Fun games for kids to play

This place gets super packed super fast. Kids running around loud and yelling.. but you knew that already because if you know anything about Peter piper pizza you know that it's where parents take their kids for birthday parties. If you don't want to be bothered by kids and loud noises. You sit on the dine in side. Which has TV's and some nice plush seating. The specials are limited but the pizza is good. In the old location there used to be a huge merry go round. On this location they opted away from that and replaced it with an actual roller coaster type ride. Which is very fun for older kids. Someplace in the age range of 5-13. They also upgraded away from tokens (which are dirty) and can get sticky to a new electronic system. It's so nice, we got a wrist band and it was super easy to use. Simple wave the bracelet in front of the machine and it registers that your ready to play. Also it keeps track of your "tickets" when you earn them. They also got rid of the majority of the video games that are a waste of no tickets play. So almost every game in the place gives tickets of some sort. Pictures to follow. The pizza once again is what you remember, not as good as poppa John's but leaps and bounds better than little Caesars. The pepperoni pizza is what we got and there was a good amount of peps per slice. Very cheesy and that's what I like. We also ordered chicken wings which were small and expensive I believe it was $1.50 per wing. If you can believe that. But like I said you know what it is. It's good for what it is. I like it. And yeah they also offer a lunch special which is a buffet style. I didn't get the price on that but we've came during that time a few times and it's pretty good because they offer specialty pizzas like ham and pineapple, supreme, meat lovers. It's pretty good. You got kids. Take em to PPP, you got little kids who don't go to school take em to PPP for lunch. It's pretty good ;)

XL size order of wings. This is EXACTLY what we received from PPP. Shameful!

I reserved for a birthday party. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. There's trash everywhere. The actual trash next to the arcade has no bin so guests are literally putting their trash on the floor. The wings are dry and the pizza is burnt. If that isn't enough, I asked the cashier for change for $40 for the play cards because you need exact cash. The cashier responds, "For what?" Then proceeds to give me $30 in change instead of $40. I grew up having my birthday celebrations at PPP as a child and thought it would be a tradition for my kids to come here as well but I'm never paying for horrible service like this again!!!

You pay first ( a wait ) then are seated by staff . The renovation has a flowing theme I'd guess this is a franchise as another near s kino area w Costco et al . Isabella came with water & nothing needed ; she was great thank you ! Read on Yelp that southern location also has Mexican food this had pizza ; beyond the Asian seafood & more experience. AYCE came back a few times . I started with sushi & salmon good ! Went back for soup & salad I'm not expert but sweet & sour seemed salty but maybe influenced by a Yelp review previous . There's a staff cook on a big Mongolian grill cooking to order on the Sw corner of kitchen . I would've like to try that option also . Might be more healthy choices that some others around the Tucson mall to consider?

Tonight The food was mediocre at best . We were in on what should be " prime time " this evening , and , the food bars were pretty well decimated , the team that worked there was really scrambling to get things caught up . If I could give a negative star review on cleanliness , we d be right there on the very bottom . A little background , I was a regional director for a major retailer X and oversaw bakery and prepared foods with hot and cold food bars , and beverage bars . Part of my job was to make sure that the food was being handled correctly , and cleanliness was maintained . Issues 1) there was masking tape on the floors on the seams of the flooring throughout the restaurant , it didn't appear that the floors around the food where being maintained . 2) In the span of a 45 minute visit , I did not see anyone temp the food . 3)I went to the restroom and it was disgusting . It resembled a really bad restroom on the outside of an old gas station . If it isn't policy to do a bathroom check hourly , it should be . My partner is a commercial plumber , and my daughter is a RN , and they both had that experience this evening . If I had done what I used to do and checked out the restroom for cleanliness before we ordered , we would have walked out . I would've taken the 71.00 hit , and we would've gone somewhere else . I would've shut the restaurant down , apologized to anyone who experienced this mess ,and closed until it was 100% /excellent on their food handling and cleanliness .The team would have weekly inspections and pop ins to make sure it was being maintained . I know they just opened up north near Tucson mall, and have gotten really positive feedback, I was hoping that South had upped their game to be back to pre covid levels . Someone at the owner/regional manager really needs to step up and focus on this location . Do better

The service here was good and staff members were all attentive. The booths are also very comfortable but the one we were sat in was so, so dark we couldn't really see the food as well. (Also, I didn't eat any but several of the people in my party all stated the mussels were extremely delicious!!)

At least there I could walk through the chow hall and have a few choices. Here, I felt like I was participating in a survival exercise disguised as a buffet. The prime rib was drier than the Sahara Desert and required the jaw strength of a crocodile to chew through. The shrimp scampi featured shrimp so small they made ramen noodle shrimp look oversized. And the sushi? Let's just say I've had gas station sushi that inspired more confidence and fewer concerns about my life choices. The most impressive thing about this buffet was its ability to make Lin's Buffet look like a Michelin-starred dining destination. I came expecting a culinary jackpot and left feeling like I'd just lost my paycheck at the blackjack table. For the price and reputation of an upscale casino, this buffet wasn't a gamble it was a l guaranteed loss. The only thing unlimited here was the disappointment.
