Great place for kids! But if you're not a fan of kids.... Well I'm not sure why you would even walk inside to begin with. It's all too clear from the outside that this is a birthday establishment for kids. But the best part about Peter Piper is how well they cater to the adults. With GREAT pizza and a decent amount of beer on tap you will have no problem drowning out the kids running around and throwing back some brews while the kids have a blast in a safe environment. I came in exhausted and not feeling well after a long day at work. I get my order only to find it wasn't complete. Celine the girl at the register was like hang on and found out that my cheese bread was over cooked. Her and the 2 boys working the oven immediately worked to fix the issue. They totally brought this crabby lady from an 8 to a 1. With their hard work and excellent customer service. Thank you for making the end of my day better. read more

One of my daughter's favorite places! She loves to ride the carousel, and several other rides, and has had an ongoing battle between her fear and excitement for the Himilaya "roller coaster" ride. Usually she just watches other kids ride it, and is content, but today she finally worked up the courage to ride it. She was about to back down when Kyle, the ride operator stepped in to help ease her fears. He assured her that he would drive the ride "super slow" (no one else was riding) and asked for her favorite song so he could play it for her! Hats off to Kyle for making her day the best day ever! Asked a manager to change a tv to the football game so he comes and puts a skateboard show on. Went to ask a different manager again and explained I had already asked, he then rudely sent me back to the manager I had already talked to. I went here to celebrate a birthday party , nice set up 2 long tables for our vip package (20 ppl) everything was good but pizzas for this package wasn't enough so we had to get 2 more, floor in the area wasn't clean and I understand because were so many ppl but should have at least 3 personal staff to clean the floor, the games were fine the mini mini roller coaster for kids was fun cost 4 tokens now not a dollar, even the beer was good read more

Haven't had an issue with the pizza. Did have some issues with games taking coins but that's nothing new with any place with video games. Fun environment. Have a Bday party here, there's always one or two whenever we show up. read more

This has honestly got to be the worst Peter Piper I have ever been to. I've been coming to this store since before it moved from across the street and can count the number of good experiences on one hand. The managers never know what's going on, the pizza eta for pick up orders are always way off. And the staff is non apologetic about any of it. I wish there was a Gordon Ramsey type person to fix this place because it's going downhill fast. read more

I called to place an order I regularly place. The assistant manager who was taking my order told me he couldn't place that order. I explained this very location had taken that same order before. He passive-aggressively replies "do you want to place an order or not?" I said not anymore. I asked to speak with his manager. He said the manager was with the fire marshall and not available. Again, he asked if I wanted to place an order. I said I would wait to speak with the manager. He proceeded to hang up on me. I called the general manager back , and needless to say I didn't feel much support from him either. I would not recommend this place. read more

Went here to meet my friend and her kids, while there saw them clear tables twice in 3 hours. Floors were nasty. Staff at game area was rude to my nephew after a game ate some of his tokens. Not worth the money, Even though the cinnamon dessert thing was really good. read more

We recently went to the 22nd St location and that one was way better than the Ina location. Several machines at Ina were eating our tokens and not giving the right amount of tickets. Upon notifying various staff members, there was no real response. Either they didn't care or they had no idea what to do. At a minimum, they should put an out of order sticker on a machine, but they didn't. They could have tried to service the machine, they also could have given us lost tokens and tickets. Most just didn't seem to care. There was one employee who seemed to be working much harder than her coworkers. She gave attention to the machines, the filth and trash laying around and all over the floor, worked the toy counter, etc. There is only so much one person can do, though. This location was filthy. There was so much trash all over the floor and lining the base of the machines. There was a lot of grime on all of the machines. Greasy finger prints all over the booth seats. The soda area had liquid all over it. The bathroom counters were soaking wet and the trash was overflowing. It was hard to find workers that were available to help with anything, they were definitely under staffed--not sure if it was by choice or how it regularly is. Of course, kids don't notice all of this, so they still had fun. But it was gross and we would definitely avoid the Ina location in the future. read more

Ok pizza .we went to the one at Ina road in Tucson ...the lady at the gift section gave me a very bad customer service. I waited more than 10 minutes to tell her that one of the play items was not working and had lost some tokens and she was serving people who had come later than me ..I then finally told her that had lost tokens at that particular play item . She told me she would look into that ..then even after half an hr she never bothered about it ..I finally told another gentleman who was prompt and quickly fixed the issue ..the particular lady saw that the other gentleman was helping me but did not even have the courtesy to apologise . I love the pizza! Something about the thin, crispy crust and sweet and slightly spicy sauce keeps me coming back for more. It amazes me how no one in the their reviews mentions how filthy this place is! I take my son here two times a week it's the closest to my house, and every single time it is absolutely filthy! They do not pick up any of the tables! I went there on a dead night with no one but my sister and son and the workers. and the tables had cake and food and party dishes on the tables and I was there for two hours and no one pick them up! I called to ask a simple question about how long the wait time would be for a pizza, but was immediately put on hold with a "I'm going to have to ask you to hold." I was already on my way to the restaurant and by the time I arrived 5 minutes later, she had still not picked up the phone. I decided to go in to place my order. When I asked the cashier in person how long the wait time would be, she ignored me (what in the world?!). Then after placing the order, I asked again. This time she replied that it would be 5 minutes. Here it is 20 minutes later, and I still haven't received the order. I will not be returning. :( read more

I love the Pizza!! My favorite by far. We frequent this establishment because of my 4 year old daughter, she too loves the pizza, but loves the carousel even more, now with that said PLEASE RUN THAT RIDE MORE OFTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
