Here for a celebration of a birthday. My sister had her choice n she said Texas Roadhouse! Never a dull moment. Service w a smile , Ryan was our server n was on top of everything for us making our meal very enjoyable. The manager was very nice as well , her name is Nicole. She came up to our table to make sure we were satisfied w our meal . . It's very noisy here too much fun going around . Singing happy birthday etc . Always a pleasure to come here, thumbs up Texas Roadhouse.

Service was good after five years we tried it again. Here is the lowdown. Hair in salad and raw steak. Had it recooked twice but still raw. Manager did remove from meal.

My first time here as my husband insisted that I try the rolls and the cinnamon butter. The location we went to was very busy 1 hour after opening. Our wait wasn't very long though probably because our group was small (4A/2C) compared to the other groups that were waiting. Once we got seated our server came by, a very nice young man who's name I missed. Very attentive and friendly. Okay, now the food. I do have to say those rolls came hot and soft with the cinnamon sugar butter. They were very delish. Inhaled 2 before I could stop myself. No appetizers, just straight to the meal. Each meal came with 2 sides. Both my husband and brother had the Ribeye & Ribs combo. Hubby had the mashed potatoes & corn. Brother had mashed potatoes & chili. Sister in law had a Sirloin with mashed potatoes & chili. I had the 12 oz Prime Rib, Med rare however it came out more on the rare side. I didn't mind. I also had the toss salad and jacketed sweet potato with a little butter. I did eventually put some of cinnamon butter on the potato which was delicious. My niece had the mac and cheese with fries. Overall, seems like a great place to celebrate a special occasion however it could get pricey. Our bill came to over $200 including drinks. Oh, and the do impromptu dancing. Its a fun atmosphere highly recommend.

Perfect dinner with family on a rainy day. My daughter had the sirloin and shrimp combo with caesar salad, my son in law had the country fried sirloin, my granddaughters had hot dog and steak kids meals, and I had the prime rib rare cut with house salad and chili. All our meals were delicious. Our server was fantastic. My Pinot Grigio was a perfect pairing with my prime rib. The restaurant was full but didn't feel crowded which is great. Great environment. Will return again!!

This is my favorite location and we have our favorite server Kylee who is always serving up great service with a smile. It's a loud family friendly atmosphere with great food at a reasonable price. Happy hour 3-5p is our favorite week day time to go for their special or a Sunday family dinner out. Manager always comes to introduce themselves and fixes any errors with the food order, if any. They are all a fun and friendly staff. Never any leftovers

I've had multiple friends tell me how good Texas Roadhouse is and how I need to try it. There are only two locations in Western Washington, and neither are close to me. On a family trip to Tucson, we decided to check it out on our final night. The portions were generous, especially for the price. I went for the 16-ounce top sirloin with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese on the side. The atmosphere reminded me a lot of Cracker Barrel, with that rustic, casual vibe. Normally, I try to stick to local spots when I travel, avoiding chain restaurants, but I'm glad I made an exception.

Food was good as always, atmosphere is always fun. They even have dancers during some songs. Service was good, just took a bit for her to come back & take our initial order. Other than that, everything else was good.

This place is packed even on a Thursday evening. They have pretty large waiting space outside with music playing, but it is very hot out, especially in the summers. We made a reservation, so the wait wasn't too long. We got fresh rolls as soon as we sat down. Our server was Julia and she came to get our drinks and orders very quick, but we only got 1 refill for some of us, while some of us didn't get a refill at all. The food was amazing though. I got the salmon with corn and sweet potato. I wish the salmon came with rice, like Longhorn though. It was our first time there, but pretty good experience.

It's Christmas Eve, we stop by for dinner without call ahead, it was not too crowded, the wait is only about 10 minutes to get a seat. Once we sit the waitres come right away. He is very nice, friendly and helpful. Awesome service George!! All food and drinks are as good as always. We are very satisfied customer!!

Places are successful because they stay the course and do what they do best. Today we went with the four meat platter, perfect amount for two people, brisket, pulled pork, turkey and sausage. With four side of coleslaw, mac and cheese, potato salad and cornbread. All meats are still sauced unless requested "on the side", but not so much to overwhelm the meat taste. Juicy flavorful pulled pork. Delicious smoked turkey. Brisket was just slightly dry but the sauce and nice bark made it enjoyable. The sausage was AMAZING, juicy and packed with flavor. Coleslaw in my opinion, could use a little more "wetness" but it was still delicious. What can I say about the mac and cheese and potato salad, people from the south, Texas to the Carolina's just know how to get it done. The "Texas Sweet Tea", if you are a diabetic do not drink, however this is a true southern tea, it's done the same all across the south, sugar with some tea thrown in. Four meats, four sides and two drinks with tip $50, not bad for two people, I've definitely spent more for food that didn't even come close to this. Once again Smoky Mo you did not disappoint. If you are a BBQ person this is STILL the best of Tucson. Get out and support this small local business!

We are not in Texas but Tucson is close enough. Who doesn't like some good ole BBQ?…read more Here is what we ordered: - The Bashful Tray for 2 for $47. It comes with 1/2 lb sliced brisket, 1/2 lb of other meat of your choice, 3 sides, half a sour pickle and a smoked crack pie). The friendly cashier informed us the sausages were an additional $3 today so we decided to add it to our order as well. My major complaint about BBQ is dry, tough and overly salty meats. OMG, this was the most tender and juicy brisket I have ever had. And don't get me started on the pulled pork, it was perfectly seasoned. Just wished I had it on a bun instead. My son went crazy for the Sonoran spicy sausage. My favorite side was the dill potato salad. I had to ask, Toby the owner, where the cute name, Bashful Bandit Barbecue comes from. He said I was asking some great questions. Lol. Place used to be a biker's bar. When he took over he decided to just keep the name. We had a lovely and engaging conversation with him. Mac n cheese and beans were just OK from what I was told. I ate a couple bites of each of the sausages, coleslaw, potato salad and a bite of the pie. Sausages were just OK for me. I loved the coleslaw and thought the potato salad was very dill pickle-y but delicious. The one thing that truly stand out for me: EXCELLENT customer service. The staff was so helpful in helping us choose items and they really seemed to care about whether their guests are enjoying the experience.

I loved this place and frankly, although great Mexican food in Tucson is a given, I didn't know they had good barbeque too. They had all my favorites, so my wife and I decided to split the The Big "Q" Platter for $38. This included Brisket, Pulled Pork, Tri-tip, Sausage, Turkey, two St. Louis Style Pork Ribs, and 4 slices of toast with our choice of two eight-ounce sides (we chose the baked beans and coleslaw. My favorites were the Ribs, Brisket, Tri-tip, and baked beans. The turky was solid and smokey. I'm not really a fan of sausage, but my wife enjoyed these. I loved that you could really taste the smokey taste and that everything was fresh, juicy, and tender. The baked beans were the kind of love, with pieces of pork throughout the mixture. Because we split this platter (with leftovers), it was quite a good deal. From what I personally witnessed, the owner, David, was consistently disrespectful toward employees and created a company culture that I don't believe deserves support. While, I don't live under a rock. I do live on the complete opposite side of town from Rudy's so I've never actually eaten there before but I had an appointment today about a quarter of a mile away, so took the opportunity to give it a try. I was immediately greeted by a person in what must be the store area and when I looked a little confused, she asked if I had ever been here before when I said no she told me how to go around the corner. Check out the menu and order from there. This is where we hit my five star experience. I came at a good time at about 3:30 so there weren't any other people standing in line. I stood to the side and checked out the menu and was a little confused by the brisket options. One said lean brisket and one said moist brisket I went to the counter and ask the girl at the register, (Diana) what the difference was. She asked me if I had ever been to Rudy's and when I said no, she said, very excitedly well, let me give you a sample of each of them and then went on to explain the lean brisket was just that and the moist brisket was just the opposite more fat, but more flavor. Each had a good flavor, but I went with the moist brisket as well as pulled pork. The menu shows orders in half pound increments however Diana told me I could get as much or little as I wanted. She said she's had people get as little as an eighth of a pound or something as strange as 5 2/3 pound. I liked that flexibility because I was a little torn with feedthree people if a half pound would not be enough or a full pound of each would be too much. She then explained to me if I wanted a cold side they were in a self-serve refrigerator to the side and also offered me samples of those. My BF is very picky about coleslaw and potato salad so I took a sample of each. Both were good so I went with both. She also offered me hot samples and recommended the creamed corn. But since it was 109° outside I passed on those. She said my order would come with bread a choice of either white or wheat sliced. And I could have as many slices as I needed. She then filled me in on the Fixin's bar, which had cherry peppers, jalapeños, and carrots, onions, pickles, and an assortment of condiments, like mustard, mayonnaise and horseradish. I chose a large drink to enjoy on the drive home and she recommended the sweet tea or an Arnold Palmer. I really can't say enough great things about Diana. Not only was she helpful, but she was so outgoing and friendly and seemed to really love her job which you don't see a lot anymore. I'll update my review once we have a chance to eat our food, but I would seriously go into Rudy's again just to talk to Diana. As my grandma would say, she's a treasure.
