Perfect dinner with family on a rainy day. My daughter had the sirloin and shrimp combo with caesar salad, my son in law had the country fried sirloin, my granddaughters had hot dog and steak kids meals, and I had the prime rib rare cut with house salad and chili. All our meals were delicious. Our server was fantastic. My Pinot Grigio was a perfect pairing with my prime rib. The restaurant was full but didn't feel crowded which is great. Great environment. My first time here as my husband insisted that I try the rolls and the cinnamon butter. The location we went to was very busy 1 hour after opening. Our wait wasn't very long though probably because our group was small (4A/2C) compared to the other groups that were waiting. Once we got seated our server came by, a very nice young man who's name I missed. Very attentive and friendly. Okay, now the food. I do have to say those rolls came hot and soft with the cinnamon sugar butter. They were very delish. Inhaled 2 before I could stop myself. No appetizers, just straight to the meal. Each meal came with 2 sides. Both my husband and brother had the Ribeye & Ribs combo. Hubby had the mashed potatoes & corn. Brother had mashed potatoes & chili. Sister in law had a Sirloin with mashed potatoes & chili. I had the 12 oz Prime Rib, Med rare however it came out more on the rare side. I didn't mind. I also had the toss salad and jacketed sweet potato with a little butter. I did eventually put some of cinnamon butter on the potato which was delicious. My niece had the mac and cheese with fries. Overall, seems like a great place to celebrate a special occasion however it could get pricey. Our bill came to over $200 including drinks. Oh, and the do impromptu dancing. today was the worst experience I ever had at this location. I sat at the bar this Sunday afternoon and ordered pulled pork dinner. The pork was very dry. The bartender never approached me after I got my salad, not to refill my tea or check how my meal was.... there were only 4 of us at the bar, 3 of us had empty glasses when I left. She spent her time on cellphone or chatting to other employees behi the bar....I was thoroughly disappointed with this visit. read more

He came back from time to time, but didn't bother to remove the dinnerware that was covering the table. I've had multiple friends tell me how good Texas Roadhouse is and how I need to try it. There are only two locations in Western Washington, and neither are close to me. On a family trip to Tucson, we decided to check it out on our final night. The portions were generous, especially for the price. I went for the 16-ounce top sirloin with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese on the side. The atmosphere reminded me a lot of Cracker Barrel, with that rustic, casual vibe. This place is packed even on a Thursday evening. They have pretty large waiting space outside with music playing, but it is very hot out, especially in the summers. We made a reservation, so the wait wasn't too long. We got fresh rolls as soon as we sat down. Our server was Julia and she came to get our drinks and orders very quick, but we only got 1 refill for some of us, while some of us didn't get a refill at all. The food was amazing though. I got the salmon with corn and sweet potato. I wish the salmon came with rice, like Longhorn though. It was our first time there, but pretty good experience. read more

Stopped by for a very late lunch or early dinner depending on how you want to look at it. We were able to get seated fairly quickly. A bunch of rolls with cinnamon butter comes to start. There are some temping steaks on display near the entrance. That's not what we got. I ordered a ribeye medium rare to slightly closer to medium. Another in our party order medium rare. Mine was rare and theirs was closer to what I wanted. Neither had much of a cap almost making me think it was a New York instead. Also mine had a bit of gristle, so obviously a lesser grade of steak. The sides were fine. Service was fairly quick. A decent meal for most, not sure it would be my first choice. read more

Invited 2 of my friends for dinner. They don't take reservations but I called and got on the wait list. We arrived and were seated immediately. Waitress was very friendly. I got delicious ribs with a side of Ceasars salad and loaded baked potato. We were there during Happy Hour and got Margarita for $5. The restaurant was packed but service was on time. Went here today (Sunday) shortly after they opened with family. We were greeted and quickly seated. Our server was enthusiastic, prompt, and ON POINT. The best service I've had in a long while. I believe his name was Steven, not sure. I wasn't too hungry so I got the chili which I typically like here and the ceasar side salad. I cannot complain about either. Other family members got the beef tips and stated they were good, while the oh try fried steak was reportedly "better as leftovers." The rolls were good as always. I noticed there's no more peanuts on the floor (it's been a while since I came here), but instead there's a packaged bag on the table. waited over an hour for a table even after calling an hour ahead to be on the wait list. once there the server was very rude, when mentioned he got worse and made it obvious that he had an attitude. The food was not as good as it was expected to be, being from Texas road house! While waiting for our order we watched another table with the same server, get up and leave after not being checked on for an extended amount of time. Initially, we were impressed because they were busy and we were seated in about 15 minutes. Our servers were friendly and attentive. The problem is that we ordered the 20 oz. Ribeye medium well and when it came out, it was close to raw with a whole lot of mushrooms, onions, some kind of gravy. We didn't see our server for a while so we flagged another server down to get help. Eventually we got the 20 oz Ribeye like we requested but more than 20 minutes later after we had finished the sides. So we ended up taking the steak home. Nothing from the manager there. read more

I'm not sure how many stars to put in this review because it is a double edged issue. We love your rolls and butter. It is one of my son's favorite treats. However, when we order rolls with butter online we have to ask for butter EVERY TIME and if we do get butter after asking it is explained that it's company policy to only give "two oz" ... for 12 rolls?! This is a ridiculous default butter to roll ratio. If an option was available to purchase a reasonable amount of butter with the rolls, this would be a manageable problem. We would simply pay more upfront for the up charge for a reasonable amount of butter. However, there is not a way to pay for this when ordering (only as pictured the promise of rolls AND butter) so I have to explain this issue every time we order (which is quite frequent) and frustratingly the answer of why we don't get butter keeps changing. e.g. One time I looked at the checkmark list and it did include 8 ounces of butter for each of the 12 dozen rolls but even then I still had to point out butter wasn't included. read more

Mashed with brown gravy. Salad. And you're set. Oh yeah, those rolls come out right away and they are almost too hot to touch. But delicious. Not sure if they grill over wood or gas, but either way the steaks have good grill marks, char, and flavor. This place never fails to underwhelm me. There was a wait on a Tuesday at 530, went to the bar to get us drinks. Stood there for 5-10 minutes without getting service so I gave up. Sirloin and rib combo. Ordered medium, got it rare. I've seen cattle survive this level of cooking. Ribs were overcooked and dry. Steak fries were good. Waited for the check and the server pushed the table card swipe thing at us (never seen one before) and walked off. We had two gift cards but it would only take one then demanded payment. $75 for two mediocre meals is overpriced in a noisy, hectic environment with poor service. read more

I enjoy coming here for many reasons. I do mostly get the Bacon cheeseburger and have never been disappointed. I usually only have nothing but good things to say for Texas Roadhouse but this visit was a bit disappointing. There is currently an offer for $5 beer all day everyday but when I went to enjoy the offer my waitress and the manager informed they ran out of the beer that was on special for that day so I could not enjoy the special. Seems a bit misleading to say 'All day' and not 'While supplies last' or 'First come first serve'. However, the atmosphere, service, and food were still good. read more

We went last night around 6:30 PM. It was very busy, with folks waiting outside. The wait time was 30-35 minutes; we scored two seats at the bar. They were the only two seats left at the bar. Behind the bar was Kevin, who was wearing a "trainer" shirt and a woman celebrating her birthday next week. (Happy birthday!). Both were very nice, chatty despite it being busy, and attentive. Drinks and food arrived as expected and as ordered aside from my "smothers" (mushrooms and onions) being forgotten for my NY Strip. They fixed this issue within 10 minutes with a double order from the kitchen. Everything was cooked to order and I enjoyed my meal. It was loud in there but hey, it's Texas Roadhouse. Went today at 3:00 the person taking seating orders was extremely extremely RUDE. We come here 2/3 times a week for years and have never been spoken to like we have tonight! Is she having a bad day, NO , she has an attitude that's not needed at the front desk arranging seating for seniors or anyone. Young girl black ponytail with an attitude that needs an adjustment. Order #1 Full slab of ribs with Sweet Potato with butter, cinnamon, marshmallows, and a House Salad. Order #2 Full Slab of Ribs with Steak Fries and a House Salad. Both orders to be picked up on the same order. The single star is for the House Salads - Both very fresh and very good; this we would recommend. BOTH Orders of Ful Slab Ribs WERE SCORCHED BLACK. Burnt. And, the meat under the Black was fatty and greasy. If we would have been at the restaurant, we would have returned both orders for them to try to cook properly. Although the fattiness of the meat was so bad, they were not enjoyable at all. The Sweet Potato marshmallows were also scorched black and the cinnamon butter was runny in the bottom of the container, but at least the potato above the grease was edible. The Steak Fries were soft, mushy, no body to them, and there was a peculiar taste as someone must have seasoned them with something. A bag of 4 rolls was tossed in and were also extremely greasy, mushy. We hate to waste food. However, we trashed the rolls, fries, marshmallows that we paid extra for, and a large share of the fatty, greasy, ribs "meat." We cannot recommend any of this food that we ordered for pickup on Friday, January 2, 2026. read more

Perhaps one of our best experiences at Texas Roadhouse last night. I have the 6oz filet which was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. Loaded sweet potatoes are also fantastic, large and full of marshmallows and brown sugar. Husband had the chicken fried chicken, which was also fabulous. Evenly flattened, cconsistently breaded, and with lots of creamy gravy. He loves the steak fries and their steak sauce's unique flavor. Great service, clean restaurant, quick seating and lots of menu choices. Let's face it, the rolls simply can'tbe beat either! We'll done! read more
