Brutus sandwich - added ham, pep, salami
    Zach T.

Is this place divy AF? 100%, absolutely. Is this the best sandwich I've ever had? Most likely, YES! Ordered the Brutus, added pep, ham, Salami. Totally worth the $4. This sucka is packed with meats. Delicious French roll toasted, and cut in half. You know it's a sandwich of love if it's cut in half. Side Caesar salad just Beautiful! Toasted croutons. Look and taste like they're in house. Toasted oregano. Lemon included. Creamy Caesar on the side! Last. The pickle spear. Boring plain pickle? NO! It's a zesty dill! Perfect. Here's the deal. Is it in a great location? Na braaa. It's not. The people that hang out outside the establishment are not in a good spot. The people that work there are rough around the edges. Typical PNW downtowners. Maybe that's why the food is so good. Everyone loves their last meal. I recommend and wish I had room for all of it. Still give a 5 star.

Been here a handful of times located in hilltop & always had a great time staff always great & their sandwiches are bomb .i always try to take advantage of their lobster roll on fridays ! This bar is poppin & love the ambiance! If you're ever in the area give them a try!

I want too bad. I was here several months ago and the sandwiches were delicious. Today was so disappointing. The hot pastrami had no taste, as did the red onions. Lots of bread and pickle taste, but I didn't order a pickle sandwich. And I sure didn't order the cheese on my sandwich. I was so sad. Great ambience and waitstaff were so friendly . Let's get back to great sandwiches. I hate leaving less than a five star review.

This is my favorite bar, I found it accidentally when I stopped for a sandwich and the bartender told me about the NA beers they carry. Since then I have been back a few times. The food is always good, the service is always pleasant. And it always passes the vibe check. Love it!

A dive with great craft beer and even better food? I'm in. Can't believe I haven't been here before. Had the 'men's room' by black raven that was super fresh and a Sando I can't recall but it was the most choice of cuts. They make their bread in house so you know they're doing it right. I'll be back...

Always a great experience here! I come here frequently for sandwiches and a couple rounds, but have yet to write a review.. so here goes! I think I've tried every sandwich on the menu and you can't go wrong with any of them! Soups of the day are always good, and I like how they serve Tim's chips instead of fried foo(fries, tots, etc). Adds a nice, local PNW, touch. There has been a turnover in staff recently, but everyone is still very nice, accommodating, and attentive to you and your table. And if you are wanting a clean, fun, but classic bar-style venue then this is the place for you! They have so many cool, nostalgic, vans vintage decor everywhere including Rainer through the decades and some abstract artwork (they even have a tv that ONLY plays old Rainier commercials! ). Definitely come here for a fun night out - plus it's close to several other things and just a short Link ride down to downtown!

    CBTea cocktail--dangerously delicious.

Came here on the advice of a friend. We rolled in around 7 and decided on the Friday special of a Lobster Roll and Clam Chowder. Crab Roll was meh, okay--chowder was delicious. We stuck around for a few hours and had a few cocktails. A friend stopped in to hang out for a bit. The place was pretty busy with a change of crowds over the time we were there. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Ambiance was pretty chill and diverse. Definitely want to come back and try more of the menu.

Such a cool 70s vibe! I loved all the decor and the ambience! My large group took a seat in the back near the swordfish and fireplace, which I loved!! I had a lemon drop, which was absolutely perfect. My only complaint came by the request of my two friends who are steadfast, "old-fashioned" drinkers. Their old fashions had some type of red flowers sprinkled in the drink. Every time they took a sip, they complained! I eventually went up to the bar at the end and they told us it was Bergamont! So perhaps if you'd like to stick to the classic, ask to skip the Bergamont- as it has a very strange texture when you're drinking the drink. Overall, really, really cool place!

At first glance it appears super tiny, but the bar goes back pretty far and is a good size. We got there before the nighttime crowds and managed to score the cozy couch in front of the fireplace in the back. It filled up quickly after that, though! The mood is moody and cozy, the perfect spot for making this apart of date night. I can't speak much to the food as we did not order any, but the menu is pretty elevated for a bar. I wouldn't say this place is divey at all, but the menu was still surprising. Service was good and they had a great selection of drinks. I got a hazy IPA (as per usual) and it was delicious! We also got a couple of shots here and absolutely adored the shot glasses they use. They look like tiny cocktail glasses! Overall we thought Holy Moly was a vibe and we will definitely include this in our 6th Ave rotation.

The food is my favorite part. I can have a beer anywhere, but the food is actually pretty on point minus the nachos, sad to say. Always overcooked, cheese is hardened and well beyond melted, but a massive portion in size. The sandwiches are amazing, the quesadillas are amazing, have yet to make it there before breakfast ends but I'm betting it's probably pretty good. Staff are friendly, efficient, and do well on checking to make sure you're not waiting too long for service without being too bothersome. It gets a little loud, busy and crowded on nights especially on the weekends, but that's typical bar atmosphere. Lot of machines available, seems like frequent tournaments are going on. According to pinball map they have 24 machines, which is pretty large compared to some places. Not so busy you can't play though, prices are comparable. It doesn't seem too claustrophobic like some places, lots of space to move around. Full bar and friendly service. Places to sit.
