We like coming here for the $24 Chophouse burger in the bar. It comes with fries and it is super juicy and delicious. You can also go to CostCo before you come here and get $100 gift cards for $79.99 so a free 20% off your meal. This place is always busy and the bar is always packed. Lots of people come here after work or do after work dinners. Service is always great and the food never disappoints. One day, I'll try something else on the menu, but for now the burger is the way to go.

Prime rib eggrolls are terrific. Horseradish dip. Yum.

Love the bar in Peterson's for solo or a friend meetup experience. The bar food menu is delectable and the service is great. Love it.

We had gotten a gift card to use for Christmas/birthday so we went with friends. The service was over the top! Our server had timing down for food coming out and taking what we wanted next. The setting was like out of a moved everything was perfect. The lobster roll appetizer was mouth watering. The drinks were all really good we all tired 4 different ones. The dessert was Sundays ice cream that was a big win. The one down side that was kind of a bid deal was the food all had so much peper on it that it took away from the flavor of the stake and street corn . You could not actually taste how good the 8oz stake was. It was perfectly cooked but every bit was just hot pepper. For such a price meal I was just hoping to enjoy the stake more.

We came here for a family dinner and were delighted by all the food. The steaks were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the lobster bisque as well. 10/10 would definitely come here again for a special dinner.

Hubs & I celebrated our anniversary here in early Oct '24. We dined at 6:30 on a Monday night, and the restaurant was not that busy. Our server Wendy was a delight. The atmosphere is old school steak house, white linen table cloths. Also for our anniversary, they came around and took a photos, which was then printed for us and came with a card signed by the staff. Cute. (And, it was a great pic!) We ordered: A "three broomsticks" (like an old fashioned) for the hubs, wine was half price so a bottle of brutacao for me (they seal and bag the leftovers to go, as I'm good for about a two glasses), and a crab cake appetizer to share. I had 4 oysters (also half price), I said chef pick so these were west coast. Entrees were the duck breast for me, and the dry aged rib eye with a side of au gratin potatoes for the hubs. Dessert was coffee and also their brownie a la mode, which they comped for our anniversary. Everything really was very delicious. Tender, flavorful, all that you would expect. Dinner came to $248, before gratuity. The wine norally $70, at half price was $35. My duck entree at $35 was very reasonable for a high-end restaurant. Half price oysters were $2 ea, also wonderful. The rib eye was pricey, $90. I thnk she said 20oz. It did not have the flash presentation of a giant bone-in tomahawk, but the concept was the same. It's high end pricing by our standards, but about what we expect for our special occasion meals, and again, everything was absolutely tasty. #yum #ReviewsByRL

10 out of 10! Amazing night celebrating our 13 year anniversary! Peterson's is such an amazing restaurant that provides stellar service, exceptional food selections, private dining vibe with dedicated parking. We had a 6:45p reservation and was greeted with "Happy Anniversary" and immediately seated. We were in a private area that allowed us to enjoy our special night with minimal interruptions. Our service team was attentive, knowledgeable and prompt; with everyone who engaged us saying "Happy Anniversary!" It has been several years since we celebrated an anniversary at Peterson's (primarily due to distance) however they will now be considered one of our primary restaurants for special occasions. Thank you Peterson's...we will see you soon!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this wonderful place, and we had a fantastic time! This place is absolutely stunning! The soft lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the white tableclothed tables add a touch of elegance. Our waiter was simply amazing! He knew all the ins and outs of the menu, from the appetizers and the perfect wine selections. I hate that I can't remember his name, but when we go back, I'll be on the lookout for him This is a grown folks' experience, my friend. They have an age limit to who can dine here. (which I appreciate) I have little ones in my life (grand babies) but sometimes you need that time away from all the babies. (LOVE YALL) For all this, you'll have a 5-star experience for the price of your local family-style restaurant. Highly recommend!!!

Very unexpected! Prime Rib, side potatoes, and pasta were all top notch. I highly recommend if you haven't tried this or are visiting town and looking for a good streak dinner in a white table cloth setting. Staff was overly nice and they have a decent size bar for the solo traveler or date night dinner without reservations. I recommend reservations on the weekends or during peak holidays. Perfect place for celebration. Extensive wine and spirits selection.

Peterson's is one of Indinapolis' hidden gems! My husband and I went for our 5 year Anniversary and from the moment we walked in to the end of the evening we were in awe of the restaurant. The customer service, the personalization, the atmosphere, the attention to detail and the outstanding food! We rate it a 10 out 10! Can't wait to return! Food was delicious!!

It's not much to look at from the outside - in small strip mall off Fall Creek about 2 miles north of 96th, but the inside is both luxe and comfortably cozy. At just 12 tables, you get your table for the night, so there is no rush and your evening can be as long as you want to make it. They also have a gorgeous little side wine room that you can rent for parties of 6-8 for dinner. And there's a little bar area that seats maybe 4-6. We had reservations for 6pm, so there were only 2 or 3 other tables occupied when we got there, but they filled throughout the night (& we left close to 8pm). Our server Shaunda was delightful, and the owner Dan came around and checked on all the tables a few times as well. We were presented with a cous cous amuse bouche, a nice refreshing bite to start the evening. Hubs had an Italian Old Fashioned and I asked our server to pair wine for me, so it was a Decoy Sauv Blanc with our first course - the mussels. We asked for extra crostinis in order to soak up more of the delicious sauce they came in. Next was the beet arugula salad, so good! For entrees, hubs had the pappardelle bolognaise and got an iced T, and I had the short ribs with risotto, paired with a glass of cab franc. Dessert was coffee (americano) for each of us, and we split the tiramisu (see all my pics). We ate and enjoyed everything! Total with tax was right at 200 before gratuity. So this is more of a splurge place for us, (of course would be less without the beverages we did) but we will be back. It was a really pleasant evening and another big win for me picking birthday places! #yum #ReviewsByRL

Tony, our server, was on top of every detail from start to finish. As a result, we had a very enjoyable unrushed experience. Every food item we ordered was terrific: * Crab cakes with remoulade and corn relish were a perfect start. * Beet salad with greens, pecans & goat cheese was exceptional * The Tomato 'soup of the day' had a nice peppery accent * Eye of Ribeye was cooked perfectly to specifications - Medium Rare, Black & Bleu but with Gorgonzola * Sides of Roasted Carrots and Mac & Cheese (slices of a picante pepper added a nice heat) rounded things out nicely. * Wine list is not extensive but enough to satisfy even particular palates (I'm fussy). There were many menu items that intrigued me so a return visit is definitely in the cards.

Very lounger, sexy, chic yet cozy. 5/5. We sat in a booth by the bar. Small comment card, it is far too tight of a walkway. So there's sexy plush bar chairs along the bar top (love a good comfy bar chair with a back!), but then inches behind you- it's a major walkway of constant traffic. You can't stand and mingle w others that are sitting in the bar chairs bc you'll be in the way of a server or other patrons trying to get seated. There's a whole other section of the restaurant that is not inside the bar area - looked nice! Everything here is ala carte, so my guy and I eat got our own meat and then split a bunch of sides. I loved the red wine, filet mignon steak, Mac and cheese, asparagus and potatoes. My guy got the Wagyu steak, and to be honest- we were pretty disappointed. He ate it but he was wishing he was eating my steak. Ha! We also ordered the mushrooms-- I would not order again, they were sub-par. There was something in the sauce that just wasn't hitting the palette right. We usually love the shrooms the most when we go places, but not this night. But hey! You can't win em all! Overall, nice place! Is it better than Harry & Izzy's, 1933, or Provision? No. They still take the cake ;)

The restaurant only had what seemed to be 5 food tower stands and the event menu had the wrong dessert listed. That said, our waitress was able to get us a tower stands eventually, and the dessert misprint wasn't communicated to her until after we ordered. We were graciously greeted by two pleasant hosts and shown to our table after a short wait. As soon as we were seated, I was given a birthday card and well wishes. He wished me a happy birthday, told me to save room for dessert because it was on him and then proceeded to tell us about the history of the restaurant, the food they specialize in, the night specials, and his recommendations before taking our drink order. Eric really made the night special for me with his professionalism and obvious pride in the restaurant. He is truly top notch and we will ask to be seated in his section when we return and I highly recommend him if you desire great service. Now the food... Eric recommended the Oyster Rockefeller and Calamari for starters. They were both delicious! For entrees, I had the prime strip steak, fries, and Caesar salad. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and seasoned just right. The sides were good as well. My husband had the ribeye, mashed potatoes, navy bean soup, and wedge salad. His steak was cooked to perfection and he absolutely loved his chosen sides. My daughter had the king crab sushi roll, which she rated a 7/10. Now, on to dessert. Eric told us his favorite is the key lime pie. I love a good key lime pie so I ordered it. In fact, I always order key lime pie if it's on the menu where ever we dine. Of all the pies I've had in recent years, it was the truly the best with perfectly balanced key lime with a brûlée-d top. My daughter had the coconut cream pie and my husband had the bread pudding. We all agreed the desserts were scrumptious. We had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant has a great vibe, service was brisk without a single thing being overlooked. I really had a great birthday dinner! Thank you!
