This was not our first time here, we live down the street less then a mile away. We come here often, I'm not sure what happen to the other girls that used to be at the drive thru but the last few times have been a real struggle ; but today really took the cake. We get there the line is out to the street, but okay they are just busy...wrong come to find out they weren't taking orders on the speaker but at the window okay no big deal- The lady who we have never seen ask what we wanted, we (my daughter and I were in the car) ordered a grilled cheese sandwich combo (the lady said a combo?) I said yes please; And the fries well done and large Dr Pepper with extra ice and a small salad with the ranch on the side. She looked confused-went to ring it up and seemed lost came back gave me the total I thought it was a little much but maybe the prices went up whatever.. Ordered an asada burrito pretty much had nothing but beans with a few little pieces of asada entire burrito broke down. This review is strictly for the asada burrito I haven't tried their burgers and fry's. Anyone who thinks this is great food has retarded taste buds. The service is agonizingly slow and rude. The drive thru is on the passenger side, and i once waited 30 minutes in it for my side of zucchini and fries. I like this place! I love their fries with some 1000 island by themselves or with a burger (chicken sandwich) either way there, Yummy! I live down the street an being that nothing much delivers we can walk here grab some dinner or even stop by after work since they have a drive thru. I've been here on times when the drive thru is packed which is mainly the weekends (Saturday) also the drive thru window is on the passenger side so be prepared to reeeeeach if you don't have a passenger lol. This used to be my favorite places to grab a burger or chili cheese fries. This place has totally gone down hill! The service is HORRIBLE and the food is mediocre. Every time I go in the ladies behind the counter are incredibly RUDE, they're not helpful, they give you an attitude every time you ask a question, they argue with you, they can never be wrong. Just an FYI, they're mostly wrong and food is also usually wrong. You might be asking yourself "then why do you keep coming here?" My answer, my nephew likes eating here, and I don't feel like driving to two different places to get food. Why he likes it, I have no idea! Maybe the crazy amount of fries they give him, idk. My last visit I ordered a bacon and avocado burger, to my surprise no bacon (not really). As I went to talk to the lady behind the counter she rudely, almost yelling saying I didn't say bacon.
