We got ourselves greeted warmly, other patrons in the store are also super friendly so it wasn't stressful for my dog. Obviously the store has a great variety of pet food, from novelty snacks, freeze dried, canned, desserts, all the way to the high end raw nutritious meat. The staff that day, Amanda, kindly walked us through their vast selection, so thank you for that! We decided to go with smaller canned food to stock up and bought a few snacks for the road, but Amanda gave us a free bag of dry topper. So nice of her! I'm very satisfied with the smooth opening and closing of the bag. Better than other treat bags. Better than other treats. Anyways, as I was saying Marble, tried the treats he liked it. He didn't go crazy for it like he does for some other treats. It takes him a second to eat it during training. Overall I may not get another treat from Vital Essentials. And the pricing of it was overpriced. It was $18.31. I see how it's more than others because it's freeze dried raw. But overall I wasn't the biggest fan of it. The toys at Protein For Pets looked like my pup would have a good time. I also saw some chew toys. I was satisfied with that section. But I didn't come for that. So I only glanced at it. There was some good pricing. Like the cat churu look alike it was only ¢99 very cheap. Although I didn't test the product. I'm sure it was good. The birthday cakes. It's a neat way to see what supplies and feeders that they have and see what little buddies they have in store. Okay, if you own reptiles, you're probably accustomed to the smell, but got a huge whiff of fishy smell (sometimes happens with Dubia roaches or other feeder worms, iykyk), but I got used to it in a bit. Might be since we were visiting right after feeding time. There's no overcrowding and they're pretty well-stocked. Good number of snakes here if that's you're thing (I'm more of a lizard person), and the have live feeder mice too, if you're so inclined, and as a lot of their clientele were too during our visit. There's some inverts here too, tarantulas, hissing roaches, death feigning beetles, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful as they welcomed us in and answered lots of customer questions. There's the usual you see here like bearded dragons and leopard geckos, but they have a couple African Fat Tailed geckos (love these cuties) and Uromastyx, including an impressively large Egyptian one, a real treat if you've only seen the smaller ornate ones. Some monitor lizards and young blue tongue skinks (one day you'll be mine), and some tortoises too. Love that the sale of iguanas can only be done after they're given proof of proper enclosures. We love to see responsible pet ownership. Lots of supplies in stock too like water and food dishes and bowls, lighting fixtures, supplements, decor, hides and climbs, gecko powder food, and much more. It's a staple of the community, and the fan art from the local children are a clear indicator of that.

I left Passion Fur Pets a message last night and my call was returned by the owner within an hour. She gave me a price but said she had no openings until January, although her husband just had a cancellation for today so I was happy to take the appointment. Jim arrived on time and had a nice aura, my dogs seemed to like him and he even carried my big blind dog out to his vehicle. My dog looks great and I can tell she feels like a princess. Jim did a wonderful job with her and was patient and kind. The cost was really affordable!! My dog was washed, brushed, toenails trimmed, ears cleaned, glands excreted and teeth brushed!! They took advantage of her vulnerability and tried to charge her an arm and a leg to save my granddog. They seen her desperation as a money grab rather than trying to save the pet ! I advised her to bring him here to Victoria Animal Hospital and they were so kind , and helpful in giving affordable and compassionate treatment. He has been getting treatment here for over a week and they have never failed to love him like their own pet. we are so grateful to Doctor Armar and his team for their support.

Do not trust this clinic. It is not just that they completely ruined my international paperwork;…read morethe entire operation is unhygienic, chaotic, and unprofessional. The clinic has major cleanliness issues--there was literally blood on the floor when we were taken into the office that hadn't been cleaned up. The scheduling and communication are completely broken; I was repeatedly left on hold over the phone for more than five minutes, and on one occasion, I sat waiting for over an hour despite having a scheduled appointment. When you finally do see Dr. Magid Anwar, he constantly rushes in and out between other animals, leaving you completely ignored. The only reason I chose this clinic was because Dr. Anwar is a USDA-accredited vet and I needed mandatory international travel and rabies documentation completed for my certified service animal, Leo. Because of their severe administrative negligence, the paperwork was executed completely incorrectly and flagged by authorities. As a direct result, I was legally forced to cancel my flights and am currently stranded abroad in Bangkok under a mandatory 28-day titer rabies test waiting period. My dog didn't need this and unfortunately, he's had to go through the stress of getting an additional test done because Dr. Anwar never submitted the form online properly. This clinic's chaotic environment and absolute incompetence have caused thousands of dollars in compounding damages and massive distress. He has refused to take direct accountability and just pawned me off on his insurance company. Look elsewhere if you want a clean, organized clinic that actually cares about your animal's well-being.

She was kept calm, comfortable & happy. Iris had great chill vibes! Iris gave us an informal debrief after and we got a report about how our lil puggie did with a pic and swag bag. I highly recommend Vanity Fur! We've tried 3 other mobile services and by far this is the best! Also the only groomer that asked for vaccination records. Important since our pug had gotten Canine Coronavirus and almost died from a previous experience. We can't thank you enough for the care of our baby!

I am so glad I did. Everything was perfect from star to finish! The booking process was super easy, they were very responsive and friendly, and answered any questions/concerns I had. And I love the fact that they were right on time! My dog was very matted and needed a deshedding desperately. Iris was awesome and made sure he came out looking and smelling like a new dog! They even sent me home with a complementary toothbrush after his first service.
