I was scared to hand her over because I didn't trust that I'd actually get her ashes back (I fear some places lump all pet ashes together). I called all over the bay area and no one gave me enough confidence until I spoke to Dr. Ramos from P.E.R. She actually spent a lot of time hearing me out, then making calls to ensure all of my fears were just that- fears. I was treated with respect and kindness. When I brought my baby to the center I was given space and time with her to grieve before she was taken. This was much harder than expected so their set up and process was appreciated. The team was very communicative and helpful. When her ashes were returned to me a couple of weeks later, I was extremely touched that they felt moved by my baby's story and had kindly added little treasures that I will always cherish. I never expected to lose my beloved pet and I don't wish this on anyone, but having this team help get me through it was a gift. If you're reading this it means you're probably grieving your own loss. I'm so sorry. Have faith and confidence here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Ramos and Pets Eternal Rest team.

I've been going through the most devastating time and experience of my life, and still am, after losing my fur baby and soulmate. During this heartbreaking time, Dr. Cheryl has shown an extraordinary level of compassion, honesty, and care. She communicated clearly, was patient with my questions, and treated my situation with sincerity and respect. What stood out most was her transparency and the gentle way she handled everything. Even in the middle of overwhelming grief, she provided reassurance and comfort through her professionalism and kindness. It's clear she truly understands the deep bond we have with our furry family members. I'm deeply grateful for the way she supported me during such an unbearable and emotional time. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. If you're looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares and provides the type of end-of-life service she offers, I highly recommend Dr. Cheryl.

I've been a client at All Four Paws in Suisun City, CA for the past 2-3 years, but my most recent…read moreexperience has left me deeply concerned and disappointed. First, I was shocked to see the clinic owner publicly posting dogs' photos, medical records, and medical histories online in response to a review they did not agree with. As a client, this felt highly inappropriate and alarming. Whether intentional or not, it raises serious concerns about privacy, professionalism, and ethical boundaries. Clients should never fear that their pet's medical information could be shared publicly as retaliation. Second, in all my years coming to this clinic, I have never once been allowed to speak directly with a veterinarian or see a vet in person--not during exams, not during treatment discussions, not ever. You're not permitted to go inside for an appointment, and all communication is filtered through front desk staff or nurses. Instructions and recommendations are relayed secondhand, which leaves you wondering: Is there even a vet on duty? As a paying client, this lack of transparency is unsettling. The front desk staff often appear disgruntled, and while the nurses do their best, they are the only point of contact you ever get. Medical guidance should come directly from a licensed veterinarian--not passed along indirectly while the client remains completely removed from the process. My breaking point came when my dog contracted a virus. At a time when empathy, reassurance, and clear communication were critical, the response I received was cold and dismissive. After spending nearly $3,000 on exams and prescriptions, the complete lack of compassion was heartbreaking. I felt like a transaction--not a concerned pet parent. If you're looking for a clinic where you may never see a veterinarian in person, where communication is indirect, and where the focus appears to be more on revenue than genuine care, then All Four Paws may be for you. However, if you want transparency, empathy, and a vet who actually speaks with you and treats you like a human being--not just a bill--consider going elsewhere. There are other vets in the area who truly care. The contrast between the level of care provided and the image presented (including luxury vehicles prominently parked out front) only adds to the discomfort. Trust is essential in veterinary care, and unfortunately, that trust has been lost here.

They talked to me about his diagnosis, the expectations for his life, interventions, treatments, and palliative treatment . They gave various estimates for the treatments to help me make an informed decision. If I had my way, I would keep him alive forever, but I couldn't do that to my boy. We let him go peacefully. I'll reach out to this place again one day when I find another fur baby, they've been incredibly compassionate.

Our beloved dog Delilah passed away in the early morning of April 7, 2024 at the age of 13 years…read more Her passing happened on a weekend, and many of the locations that I contacted were either closed, couldn't pick up until another day, or couldn't do a pick up due to us not being part of the area they serviced. It was already a stressful situation as it was. Thankfully, Pets.RIP was available at any hour of the day, so I made a call to Kwasi who answered my call and answered all my questions that I had. Kwasi is definitely a gem of a person; he is very compassionate, and being a pet owner himself, he understands the stresses that a passing of a beloved pet can have on its owner and family. There was no rush on when he could pick up; he told us to take as much time as we needed and to call him when we were ready for her to be picked up. After he picked her up to have a private cremation done, we kept in contact with him and he provided updates on when her urn would be ready. After 10 days from when he picked her up, he contacted me to let me know that her urn was ready. He went above and beyond and drove here to personally bring her to us. We would have been okay with having to pick her up from where ever she was, but the fact that Kwasi did this really touched us. Again, he is truly a gem of a person. Her urn was a beautiful sheesam urn with a nameplate of Delilah on it. Seeing it made me cry because I missed her, but also happy that she is finally back with us. If you ever need a private cremation (they also offer communal cremation) for a beloved pet that passed, please do not hesitate to contact Pets.RIP. The prices are reasonable, and they will take care of you from the moment you contact them until the time you receive your pet's urn.

This is a review for the pet burial services for my pets. Not cremation…read more I researched for the closest pet cemetery in my area, and Bubbling Well was the closest (although still far..2 hours away) as all the local pet cemeteries permanently closed/shut down during the pandemic. Last year, we went to Bubbling Well to get our dog a burial service. Georgina from Bubbling Well has guided me throughout the process, and was super kind and sympathetic to me and my family during our grief of losing our longtime loving companion. She was patient and provided us with detailed pricing information and suggestions based on our budget and burial land that is the closest distance to access. This year, our family had lost another loved one and Georgina remembered us. She gave us a hug and again guided us throughout the process, was very flexible with our appointments, and overall was a kind and caring staff member. I can't thank Georgina enough for assisting our family in giving peaceful burial services to both of our dogs. If you ever want a pet burial service for your loved ones, I'd recommend coming to Bubbling Well. The only hardest part was the drive to the pet cemetery as you're required to drive up a small mountain with wind-y roads. You'll need to drive carefully, but once you reach there, the pet cemetery looked very maintained and well kept. The drive up is less than 5 minutes. *** If driving up the small mountain is difficult for you, then I do NOT recommend having a pet burial service at Bubbling Well because it can impact your desire of wanting to visit your pet since the drive is a dread. Highly recommend you check out the pet cemetery before deciding on this place. I love this cemetery personally and don't mind the drive to visit my loved ones *** When talking to Georgina, I learned that the furthest customer that has came to Bubbling Well was someone who flew from New York last week! This just tells me Bubbling Well's incredible impact they have on those outside of this state too.

We recently used Restful Pets for our beloved boy, and I truly can't recommend them enough…read more We called several other places first, and many were far out in places like Fresno or Gilroy. It was really important to us to be able to bring him ourselves and have that sense of control. I had also heard too many stories of larger operations misplacing pets or losing ashes during transport, which felt unimaginable. Some of the places we spoke to also felt very transactional. It didn't feel like they were meeting us in what was a very real, emotional moment. Restful Pets was completely different from the first call. They were genuinely compassionate. Being local made everything easier, and their turnaround was much faster than what we were quoted elsewhere. It's definitely no-frills, with no big packages or upsells, but that ended up being exactly what we needed. What mattered most was knowing he was close and that we were in control of the process, with someone who treated us with care. That made all the difference.

Lost my beloved fur baby almost 2 months ago and while in a state of shock (it was completely…read moreunexpected) I had to search for someone to help me take care of my baby and make proper arrangements for her.. After some searching online I came across Restful Pets and after reading a few reviews - I knew this was my best option. I immediately called and Mark, the owner answered. His tone was perfect given the setting/circumstances. He came within 1.5 hours to my home, allowed me to say my goodbyes, explained the process to me, and took her in a larger size "suitcase" which was hard to see but I understand that's how the process works. Within 2 weeks I received a text message from "Justine" letting us know Princess was ready for me to pick her up; throughout this entire process my only complaint or complaint would be the message when notifying the family that their fur baby is ready for pick up, it stated "good news, Princess is ready for pick up" which in one way, I understand how it can be perceived as good news - I've been without her for 2 weeks and receiving her remains should feel like "good news" but for me, it wasn't good news. It was confirmation I'd never see her face again so I felt the choice of words weren't the best. Besides that - they did such a good job and made an already painful process less stressful. Cost - it was as pricey as anywhere else you're looking. As a stay at home mom, I can't afford much and had to research quite a few places and the price is about the same everywhere $20-30 difference max and again, they came to my home and took care of the arrangements. The only thing I felt was overly priced was the clay paw print, I paid $100 for her print and it was gorgeous - don't get me wrong. But the clay molding can be purchased for $20 so $80 for the labor of doing it seemed a bit unreasonable but I wanted a final paw print so I paid it. The box I received with her ashes was also gorgeous. Again, great services and owner was a great person. I hope to not need to use their services anytime soon but would if needed and I do highly recommend if searching for someone.
