The reservation specialist was very condescending and dismissive. It felt as if I'd offended her by asking for information. I have a new puppy so I'm generally new to boarding, training, grooming, etc. Which is why I would have preferred a more clear and consistent communication of what you offer and how that could be customized to support the individual needs and preferences of each dog and their owners. I'm sure I'm not the only customer feeling this way, and the lack of transparency in pricing and what's included in the services is off putting.

OK was only supposed to be for one night however, my apartment complex was not as communicative as they should be and let me know that I need to keep her there an additional night. The team graciously let me know it was no problem. I picked her up two days later in the morning when she was free roaming in the cat room and ask if she really didn't wanna go. I miss her terribly. One of the things we liked most about Sarah's Pet Corner is that we didn't have to leave our puppy in a place where he'd be stuck in a tiny cage with little socialization and exercise. After his stay, she provided us with homemade puppy treats, a "report card" of how he did and a dvd slideshow with pictures of him playing. You can tell that she genuinely has a passion for what she does. I know that Brewer had a blast while he was there....he was so tired when we picked him up that he cuddled up with me and slept on my lap for the very first time. We trust Sarah and have now taken Brewer back there every time we are out of town. He LOVES going to visit his friends at Sarah's Pet Corner :)
