I've used this mobile cat grooming service twice now for both my long haired and short haired cats, and overall I've had a really great experience! First, the convenience is amazing. They pull right up in front of my apartment, I bring my cats down, and they're very time efficient. Most importantly, they're really good with my cats, which is probably the biggest thing for me when choosing a groomer. I'm a first-time short haired cat mom, so after his first appointment I honestly wasn't sure if he had even been bathed He looked almost exactly the same! After doing some research, I realized that's pretty normal with short haired cats, especially when they aren't very dirty to begin with. The second time around, though, I could tell a HUGE difference immediately. His coat had been getting a little oily beforehand, and he came back incredibly clean, soft, fresh, and smelling amazing. He was still smelling fresh a week later! My long-haired cat has also looked great after his appointments. During our second visit, I asked for a sanitary trim, but afterward I noticed the hair around that area was still a little too long and he was getting dirty when using the litter box. I reached out to let them know, and their customer service was honestly wonderful. They were very sweet about it and came back literally the next day to touch up his trim. They fixed everything, and he looks amazing now. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled it. Finding a good cat groomer can already be difficult, and finding a good mobile cat groomer in the Bay Area is even harder. I'm really happy I found them. My cats are comfortable with them, their customer service has been great, and I love the convenience. My only advice is to book your next appointment ahead of time. They've actually been pretty good about availability, but for my own peace of mind I've started booking my cats' recurring appointments 2-3 months in advance so I know we're already on the schedule. Overall, great experience, great customer service, and most importantly, my cats come back clean, happy, and looking great. We'll definitely continue using them. Five stars! read more

Great experience! They were able to get Spangle in last minute for a bath. He is a senior dog with a bad leg that he never puts weight on anymore, so I've been really nervous with having him groomed by someone not in my family. I was surprised by how timely they were, as other services I had previously inquired with somehow always had "van mechanic issues" and this is the only time one has actually showed up and on time. It was a simple process from start to finish. The groomer let me know he was here, handed my pup over to him, and he was super fresh looking when he got back to me! Spangle came back super happy, and I know they listened to my request to be extra gentle with him due to his bad leg and senior fragility. Be aware that their website shows available appointment times after entering your address, then you request them, then they let you know that they can't make it at the times they say they're available because of your location even when it's inside their area. If they can't support such a wide area (they basically claim to cover the entire Bay Area), they shouldn't claim to do so or accept appointments. They don't put care into their booking system, so I don't trust them to put care into my pup. read more
