    Before (black nails, hind paws, wouldn't let me trim it)

    Highly recommend. Great customer service. Groomers are upbeat, friendly and professional! Got my pup's nails cut and filed which took no time. My girl was so happy once her long black nails were trimmed up nice that she was jumping on me for joy! Her long nails must have been giving her pain. Shout out to groomer L. Rios who helped my girl today...Thank you so much! Will come back :)

    First time taking my dog in for grooming services! I am very happy with how clean and happy she looks! The staff was very sweet and made my dog and I feel very welcomed! Definitely coming back!

    All the fur that came off my dog with 15 minutes of brushing after I spent more than $100 getting her groomed.

    Forget their grooming service. After they "groomed" our fur baby - I came home and brushed her again and I swear they made zero effort with a furminator. Save your money and go somewhere else

    Our puppy is 5month, this is his 2nd time to have grooming at PetSmart. The staff told us he can only do a trim but still charge us full hair cut fee. When we asked him to switch the service from a hair cut to trim, he said he will do a hair cut (1 inch short) then. These were pictures after we picked him up, still long hair at the button of feet, no cleaning around his eyes, had dry poop around his anus, literally no changes in his body at all. We had the 1st trim with another girl, it wasn't like this at all. We are very upset with the service this time.

    Just used PetSmart grooming service for the first time for my two goldendoodles! One mini & one regular size. Ali did an absolutely incredible job. Better than any mobile grooming company that we have ever used. She was so kind and gentle to both the pups! Total time was around 3-4 hours for both pups. My smaller doodle had some matting on her back legs, but Ali worked so carefully to remove them! I will definitely take both pups back to Ali at petsmart!

    Great bath and brush by Garrett!

    This is specific for petsmart grooming. Garrett was our groomer for Finley, she was so dirty, sticks stuck in her under coat, smelled of mildew from the lake water from our trip, and this guys did wonders on her! She smells great, looks beautiful, and is so happy. She has a bad leg right now which he was made aware of before hand and it seems he treated her kindly even with that going on. He really did such a wonderful job, I believe this is the second time he might have groomed her, I would absolutely take her back again to him!

    Ali in grooming was great with our dog River! He's a larger dog and can be a handful but she was patient and good with him. So grateful!

    We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

Our little family includes George, our Frenchie who recently underwent back surgery, and Waldo, our Portuguese Water Dog/Poodle mix who struggles with extreme anxiety. Leaving them anywhere can be stressful for us, but Ian immediately put our minds at ease. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful with our dogs. He takes the time to understand their individual needs and treats them with such patience and care. With George's recovery and Waldo's anxiety, that extra attentiveness means everything to us. It's clear Ian truly loves what he does, and it shows in the way our pups light up when they see him. We keep coming back because of Ian and the way he treats George and Waldo. I'm sure the entire team is just as kind, but Ian consistently goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful to have found someone we trust with our babies.

That changed this last time the owners sold the company and the new owners took over, as things have definitely gone downhill, which brings me to this review specifically. This past Thursday, July 2nd, I swung by Paw Sweet Paw on my way home to pick up my dog, since my wife dropped her off for a half day. I told the young lady at the front I was here to pick up Boba, and she said, "I'll be right back with Boba."I waited for 15 minutes for her to return, and when she did, she did not have my dog with her, and she stated something like, "they are in the process of moving the dogs". Some more time goes by, and a manager walks by, and I am livid by this point, and I said, "Where is my flippin dog, although I didn't use flippin. She said, " Please hold on for one minute and she walked away and went upstairs. By this point, it had been a half hour, and not to mention there was another gentleman there to drop off his dog, and he had been waiting 15 minutes. Some more time goes by, and I told the lady at the front that I was walking to the back to get my dog, and you can call whoever you want, but this is BS. When I opened up the gate and was proceeding to walk back, the manager came walking down the steps, and again, I said Where the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ HELL is my dog, to which she replied, I don't know how to tell you this, but WE GAVE YOUR DOG TO THE WRONG PERSON. Needless to say, I lost it, and I said, how the hell is that even POSSIBLE on your end, let alone the person that took my dog home. Who the hell picks up their dog and realizes that this is not my dog and takes it home?????? The Manager said that somehow either she lost her paper collar or someone neglected to read the name on the collar and handed her off to another staff member, and they are the ones that gave her to the wrong owner.....When the new owners of Paw Sweet Paw took over, they implemented this paper tag collar policy, and when you check your dog in, they take the regular collars off of the dog and put a paper collar on the dog. I think it is absolutely ridiculous, but somehow, they believe it's to protect the dogs in case they get in a fight or something, to which I still don't understand. By this point, I cannot even see straight, and I am basically yelling at the Manager as to where my dog is and who the hell is going to get her. She said, "I just spoke to the owner, and I am driving to her house right now to get Boba." The lady that took my dog had two dogs, so as the manager was leaving, I said You might want to go back and get her dog..... She said it would take her about 15 minutes to get to the lady's house and 15 minutes back. Finally, after well over an hour, I got my dog back!!!!!!.. Needless to say, she was extremely anxious and was panting very heavily all the way home, and her heart was racing as well. She finally settled down later that night.....I am not sure what dogs think, but I believe Boba might've been thinking she was being abandoned because she has never been anywhere except Paw Sweet Paw. All in all, I think it was about a 1.5-hour ordeal (nightmare). The Manager said she started 3 weeks ago, apologized profusely, and said she is going to rectify the problem so that it never happens again. She also said that the District Manager would be calling my wife, because by this time, my wife had come down as well. They did call later on that night from a blocked number and left a message with no number to call back. We're still waiting for her to call back. It really sucks because this is the only place we have ever taken Boba, and she actually likes it there cause she is not locked up all day and can play with other dogs. My dog is already anxious, so the idea of finding a new boarding place is less than desirable, but I might have no choice.
