GROOMING REVIEW!! If you truly care about your pets, DO NOT book a grooming appointment here, especially with Annie V. Two of my dogs (white samoyed and tan lab) came here for a grooming session on July 20th. I had to deal with the poor outcome and finally have time to post a review now (7 days later) after taking care of my dog. At arrival, a PetSmart associate examined my dogs and deemed them healthy with no matting or wounds. I had asked if they can trim my dog's butt area but the associate mentioned that the groomer had to leave early that day. When it came close to pick up, PetSmart called me and said my white samoyed only needed a few more minutes to dry his paws. Upon pick up time, both dogs appeared thoroughly cleaned however later that night I noticed that my white dog's undercoat was still damp. This led to lots matting and itching. The following night I tried to comb out his fur myself but wasn't able to do it all. The next morning because of the matting and itching, my dog had licked himself crazy and tore through a patch of skin!! Now he has a huge oozing wound that needs antibiotics and topical spray to heal. Look at the included image for the size of the wound :( my poor baby is in an e-collar now to keep him from licking the wound and I'm still trying to brush his undercoat out Also you can see in my photos, my dog's ears are still very dirty. Ear cleaning is a part of the basic bath and brush but clearly the groomer was in such a rush that she didn't do her job properly for both of my dogs. PLEASE BEWARE AND ALWAYS CHECK ON YOUR DOGS IMMEDIATELY AFTER A SERVICE

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PETSMART! I just visited the store today on August 11, 2021 and can conclude that this store and its employees DO NOT CARE for the animals whatsoever. These poor animals are living in poor conditions to the point where they are dying left and right. This location needs an inspection because the amount of animals dying is absolutely unacceptable. Corporate needs to train their employees to ensure that all the animals at the store are maintained and cared for humanely. These poor animals seem as if they do not get fed enough because they were eating one another! At first, I did not realize there was a dead hamster until I looked closer. One of the hamster's limbs were chewed down to its bones and the poor hamster's guts were spilling out. In another tank, I thought a bearded dragon was sleeping, but realized that it was dead because it was not breathing at all. As for the aquatic animals, there were an ABUNDANT amount of dead fish. By not removing these dead animals, it puts the other living creatures at risk as they are more likely to get sick. Worst experience in my entire life. I left the store feeling disgusted and sick myself...

Our frenchie just went pee for no more than 3 seconds and this just spread and started to seep through underneath. Not good

During our initial phone consultation, Andi was incredibly honest and genuine. After learning more about our dogs, she felt that Kiki was the one who would benefit most from formal training and suggested that we could apply what we learned with Kiki to Coco as well. We really appreciated that she didn't try to upsell us on training for both dogs when she easily could have. That immediately showed us how much she genuinely cares about helping dogs and their families. At the time, Kiki was about six months old and was extremely reactive to just about everything in the outside world. We were looking for someone whose methods aligned with our values, and we loved Andi's positive reinforcement approach. Kiki completed Andi's six-week program, and the growth we've seen has been incredible. What sets Andi apart is that she isn't focused solely on teaching dogs tricks or obedience commands. She truly cares about each dog's emotional well-being and how they're feeling throughout the process. We learned so much--not just about Kiki, but about ourselves as dog owners. Andi helped us understand how our own behaviors and responses can shape our dogs, which was eye-opening and incredibly valuable. Of course, the work doesn't stop when the training sessions end. It takes consistency and ongoing practice at home, but Andi gave us the tools and confidence to continue building on Kiki's progress. The effort has been absolutely worth it. One of the best parts is that we were able to use many of the same training methods with our older Maltipoo, Coco, and she learned and benefited from them as well. Andi actively encouraged this, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and ethical trainer who truly puts dogs' well-being first, we wholeheartedly recommend Andi and Diamond Dog Training.

Our main issue was walking and pulling on leash. After our six-week training course, our pups improved tremendously. Not only do they no longer pull on walks, but the other techniques Andi shared have also improved our communication with our dogs. Andi is incredibly patient and has a straightforward, easy-to-follow way of explaining things. She followed up after every session with detailed notes and references, which made a huge difference .Again, I cannot recommend Andi and Diamond Dogs Training enough.

We were so happy with everything that we decided to progress further by sending her to his 2 week boot camp at 16 months old. When I asked why such a good dog would go to boot camp, Vladae responded with, "Same reason that the smartest kids go to university, to become all they can be and hone their skills." That made sense to me! If it was any other boot camp I would have been nervous about my baby. I know how well Vladae treats his campers though and his focus on health and exercise. "Only the tired dog is the good dog" Thank you Vladae!

While it's understandable to feel upset when receiving negative feedback, it's important to reflect on the reasons behind my review. I noticed that during our initial interaction, you made a comment about my background that many found to be a stereotypical and racist remark. In fact, I saw that you previously posted video footage of our encounter on your Instagram, but you removed it after receiving backlash for those comments. This indicates that others found your remarks concerning as well. I want to emphasize that my intention was never to harm your business; rather, it was to share my experience. Thankfully, I have since found another trainer who practices positive reinforcement, which aligns much better with my values and my dog's needs.

Our dog was working with Bryan who gave updates on the days promised with no delays. We have a husky who is a bit skittish and of course a tad stubborn. When we watched her videos, she clearly was getting the training down well! Once we came home and picked her up, Bryan made it easy to understand the next steps and has consistently followed up with us to check how she's doing. It was suggested to train with an electric collar. My partner and I were considering it ourselves but didn't know how to use it properly. The SMS team have you try it - I wouldn't try something like this on my dog without knowing what it feels like a promise you, it's not at all painful. Since using it, our dog has followed commands and even does things naturally like being right at our side while walking or sitting and staying. We've only just begun and it's been great results. We hope that this keeps up and that once we ween off it, she'll be an even better dog. Two last things. They also understand a dog is a dog, her release command is literally "go play". Bryan helped train to lifestyle and our dogs specific needs. Secondly, they coordinated trainings on holidays - we flew in Christmas Eve morning and they easily accommodated us in such great manner.

The location was completely closed. I finally called the office myself, and Sean told me the trainer would be there in 5 minutes. There was no apology for the delay, even though they were clearly aware the trainer was running late. After waiting even longer, Ryan, the trainer, finally called and said he would arrive in another 15 minutes. At that point, he would have been over 30 minutes late for our appointment. Being late occasionally happens, but the lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating. A simple phone call ahead of time and a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was not a great first impression, and it made us question the level of service we could expect moving forward.

I went back to all my previous emails from Zoom Room HB and there was not a single announcement that they will be closing down. We immediately emailed the business requesting a refund for the unused credits and it has been over a week and we kept being told by Vince to be patient. My partner asked for a timeline, and in which Vince had requested another 5 days. I had filed a dispute for a portion of refund with my credit card company before they completely disappear. They decided to wait until the day after closure to announce they are permanently closed to not deal with in person questions from their customers.
