Showing how she shave her when she could've brush her when I paid double time.

Very disappointed with gromming, I took my 3 puppies for a bath and trimming and the girl Alisha didn't treat my puppies nicely, she pull them inside and I told her you are shocking them, my golden doodle Lexy supposed to be with another girl, so Alisha took her and I clearly told her take your time and don't shave her, I don't want her bold or the hair short, so when we picked up our puppies we were mad seeing our baby all shave and patches everywhere, I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND living your dog with her, but Brianna took care one of our puppies and she did an good job, i recommend her plus Breanna is a loving girl and will treat your dog nice. Don't schedule with Alisha 0 starts for her. So disappointed plus she charged me double for the time, she could have brush her instead of shave her all. SMH Bad experience with that girl..

I love this place and I come in here weekly. They really need to fix this line being so long every time, I get it gets busy but this is happening way too often.

My dog has been groomed here three times now and on his third visit was told he was "too reactive" and that this setting was not for a fit for him..He is 6months old and not the first or second visit was anything bad said about him by Brianna D. But this time was groomed by mikayla and now he's not allowed back..On top of that the cashier was telling me about how bad the collar I BOUGHT THERE was bad for him because of the tugging ? It's a non tug collar ! WHAT?! A store of Karen's

This PetSmart has to be the worst managed PetSmart anywhere. I think they think that COVID is still a thing. ALWAYS One loooonnng line of customers waiting for the 1-2 check out people. Also, it is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY on the outside sidewalk. I mean, BAD. Trash, smeary, greasy looking spots, trash, trash and more trash! Hey STORE OWNER... do you have NO PRIDE for your store and how PetSmart presents itself? I feel sorry for any animals in this poorly managed store. Rancho Cucamonga store is a world of difference.

For some products can be expensive but for the most part Petsmart is a really good place to take your pets for grooming as well as just shopping for every day surprise. They have so much to offer! Currently lines are long due to COVID but they have amazing deals and it's a nice clean place! One of my favorite places to take my pets after they have behaved!! There grooming specialists are terrific! I took my 5 month old frenchie and my German Shepard! I for sure give the salon a 5 star!

Raymond's training program was very thorough & we are very grateful for this program. Our dog Koda was 10 months old when he started the training program he had aggressive tendencies & would always require being carried into his kennel at night time for bed. When it came to walking our dog that wasn't even an option he wouldn't let us put a leash on his neck. After the training program with Raymond for five weeks, we saw significant changes. We were actually able to take him on walks & put a leash on him. When given a command he walks into his kennel without any issues. We highly recommend Raymond's training program.

Deku is a terrier/chihuahua mix and he is also very stubborn/bratty. Deku is/was a very reactive towards mainly strangers & random noises due to him having anxiety (he even takes anxiety pills especially when going to the vet). Deku also had problems with pulling when walking. I know it's mainly the owner's fault to get your dog like this, but this is something I had a hard time fixing myself, even with all the research I have been doing and implementing for Deku. So for a long time, I have been wanting to train and board Deku and have been exploring who to go to, but Jonathan was the trainer I chose for Deku and he was absolutely AMAZING with Deku. Deku's transformation has me and my family so amazed and we are just so happy with how great Deku has turned out from this train/board process with Jonathan! I know Jonathan does not have many Yelp reviews, but the only reason why is because he is new on Yelp. I was a bit skeptical of this at first, but I did my research and have seen pictures/testimonials of the previous dogs he's trained before. He's the real deal! The first step of my process was doing consultations with different trainers to really see who I could trust more and I ultimately chose Jonathan because even during the consultation, he was so very understanding and communicative of Deku/Deku's problems and was explaining to me the ways we can tackle some of Deku's issues. Even with just the consultation, I already saw a difference in some of Deku's issues from the training tips he gave me. About 2 weeks later, I took Deku to board and train with Jonathan for 3 weeks. 3 weeks without your pup is so hard, but what helped was that Jonathan would give me pictures/videos of Deku and his growth being with him. From showing me Deku's lowest of being unfriendly towards Jonathan, you can see the journey of how Jonathan in the end bonded with Deku and trained him to be a more obedient and non-reactive dog! There has been some concerns with Deku being a little reactive towards small things, so I texted Jonathan and he replied instantly when I texted him about these small instances. Jonathan explained everything so thoroughly and even asked me to keep him posted on updates with Deku and that gives me peace of mind that this trainer really does care about the dogs he's worked with and all of his clients! I can safely say that walks are not nerve wracking anymore and Deku has not been reactive towards strangers during our walks. Deku does not pull as much anymore (Jonathan has taught me how to correct it if/when Deku starts to pull a little) and does the commands I want him to do. I'm still in the process of taking Deku to public places, but even if there's a little problem, I know I can talk to Jonathan about it and I already know he will give me great advice on how to handle/train Deku so he can be his best dog self! I truly can not thank Jonathan enough for helping me as a dog owner who loves their dog and wants whats best for him! I will be recommending all of my beloved dog owner friends to Jonathan and am also thinking about doing further training for Deku with Jonathan, since my experience with him was top-notch! I encourage everyone to support Jonathan and his small business! *Pictures attached are pictures from when Jonathan was boarding/training Deku. Will be updating/uploading more pictures to show Deku's transformation while being at home with me and my family.

He weighs about 90lbs and struggles with reactivity (excitement and pulling when he sees other dogs/people) and he did not consistently obey commands (especially "heel"). Elaine was patient, consistent, and very communicative. She took the time to ask us what issues we wanted to focus on, and then was able to come up with a highly effective training on the spot. She was able to get him to follow commands that even surprised us (including getting him to "place" onto a picnic table). And by the end of the session, we walked him around and had zero issues with pulling or reactivity, even when there were dogs and kids nearby. It was impressive to see so much progress in such a short time. Throughout the process, she explained everything she was doing, including the specific steps AND the purpose. She answered ALL of my questions with thoughtful and kind responses. And throughout the whole experience, she was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend her.

Before training, Forrest was a very playful and excitable pup who struggled with focus and discipline. He was easily distracted, didn't consistently follow commands, and had trouble behaving appropriately around children and other dogs. After spending two weeks with Elaine, our amazing trainer, Forrest came home a completely transformed dog! He's now obedient, focused, and confident -- even in high-distraction environments like parks and public places. He mastered six core commands and continues to respond beautifully to them at home. Elaine truly is a "dog whisperer." She's local (Murrieta), which made drop-off and pickup super convenient, and she went above and beyond to keep us updated. We received daily videos and photos showing Forrest's progress -- we looked forward to them every day and loved watching his transformation in real time. We are so impressed with Elaine's skill, patience, and dedication. Forrest is still the same silly, lovable dog we adore, but now he's also well-mannered, obedient, and an absolute joy to be around. Thank you, Elaine and Off Leash K9, for giving us the best version of our pup!

My boyfriend and I took in our cattle dog, Ollie, as a stray almost 4 months ago. Quick background: Ollie was found tied to a fire hydrant outside my work. Ollie is the sweetest boy, however is very reactive to other dogs and is a bundle of energy that presents as endless jumping and nipping. We have a senior Saint Bernard at home in which Ollie has been too rough/aggressive with her, even when our Saint Bernard makes it known that she doesn't want to be bothered. We tried water sprays at home and other attempts at training to no avail. We began to feel helpless as our biggest concern was his relationship with our Saint Bernard, as it got to the point where we felt we had to consider rehoming him. During our session with Brad, we immediately saw results which had us dumbfounded. Like other reviews have mentioned, his technique is not "mean," but is a firm mindset that Ollie requires. All the while, Brad emphasizes when to correct your dog and when to praise him, while stressing the fact that these techniques are not made to scare your dog, but rather establish a leader mentality while simultaneously letting the dog know that you provide love and safety. Of course, like any training, one can only be successful when carrying over these learned techniques at home, but Brad left us feeling confident and ready to continue the work. Even when we got home today, we already had seen a shift from Ollie. As for Brad himself - he is very approachable and really looks to understand both the dog and all the circumstances that come with them. You could really get a sense of how personal he is. We definitely recommend him. Thank you so much, Brad!
