I have owned only Price Pfister for my kitchen sink faucet. For a while now it did not have enough pressure. Customer service was excellent and they sent me a couple parts to try to figure out the problem. Ultimately, it was the entire faucet and not the other components that they sent. No hassles I did have to find a plumber, they were so nice over the phone and now the pressure of my faucet is perfect. I also noticed that they re-engineered some parts most likely because of the issue it was having. I included videos what the water pressure was like before and after. I am 100% totally impressed with the customer service and how much they care and no questions asked with their lifetime warranty. Thank you so much! read more

I wish I could list a lower score. We bought a higher end, faucet for our newly remodeled kitchen. This faucet has broken twice in the past 4 years and these faucets have a life-time warrantee. I cannot get the replacement parts for 4-6 days of which I'm without a sink. I demanded that these parts where expedited because the short time between the two repairs. The company could said, it couldn't be done. Even though both the company and myself are in CA. Where does company service/integrity exist anymore? Pfister's warranty is a joke. I built a house years ago with a Pfister faucet in my kitchen sink. it lasted many years ago but went bad in 2023. I called them and they sent me a new one with no questions asked. This faucet only lasted 2 years before it went bad, so I called them to replace it again. They asked for a receipt, which I don't have and I don't recall them sending one with the sink a few years ago. So they refused to replace it this time. I asked why they replaced it the first time with no receipt required, and they told me they changed their policy. So besides changing their policy and not honoring their 'lifetime warranty' their new faucets won't last long, Don't waste your money on this companies products. read more

We had a plumber come out because our shower head was leaking. After spending an hour and a half on hold waiting for their "expert" to help because the cartridge that the plumber had to replace the defective one wasn't fitting, the expert hung up when the plumber didn't want to provide all his contact information. Blackmailing professionals to give their contact information to get "expert" assistance is problematic to say the least. The plumber asked the expert to email him the directions since they were not making sense. The expert refused. Price Pfister cost me over an hour and a half and provided little to no help. The suggestion they made was useless. The plumber said that their workmanship is shoddy now and customer service seems close to non-existent. I bought a pfister kitchen faucet and immediately after installation ther is a drip from the handle. I contacted pfister on 6/3/25 and they determined I need a new cartridge and they will ship it via USPS to me within 10 days. On 6/15/25 I still do not have the package. They failed to have my complete address, which we confirmed before shipment. On 6/18/25, they agreed to ship me another package, expedited, with delivery in 3-4 days. On 6/21/25, I called them again about the none delivery of the package. They replied that they do not know when I will get it. This is very frustrating. The worst customer support EVER! I am a design professional and specify numerous types of hardware. A very important client of mine called me to see if I could do them a favor and get a replacement part for a Price Pfister bath fixture of his, apparently my client was unable to get any resolution from the Price Pfister customer support or parts support personal. I thought I would be able to help, was I wrong. They will not even tell you if they have a simple part in stock without opening up a case number. They insisted before they could answer a simple parts availability question that the needed to know the reason why we need the part! When I told them because the part needed replacement the customer service rep stated that such a reason was not satisfactory. It came down to asking for a supervisor to handle my inquiry and the customer service representative just put me on eternal hold. In the over 30 years of design and construction work, and specifying minor and major equipment; I have never experienced such unprofessional and inept behavior. A simple "do you have this in stock" question should never be an ordeal such as this. What a waste of time. read more

I installed a Pfister kitchen faucet with a solo tilt soap dispenser 7 months ago. The install was easy and the faucet looks great and works well with no issues. However, the soap dispenser stopped pumping up soap from the attached undercounter soap bottle. I followed Phister's written instructions on cleaning and soaking the pump, but it still would not pump any soap or even plain water. I called and spoke with a Phister customer representative who was very courteous and helpful, and understood my problem with the pump. She politely stated that she ordered a replacement and I would get it in 7-10 business days. Well, it's been 18 business days (not counting weekends) and I have not received the replacement pump nor heard from Phister. I'm at a point where I don't expect them to fulfill their warranty promise. If the item is back ordered or there is a delay in shipping, they could at least communicate the issue. The lack of delivering the item and lack of communication results in poor reviews such as this one. read more

I called because my spray head kitchen faucet was leaking under my sink. Customer service seemed genuinely concerned, but the order would take 7-10 business days and it is covered under the lifetime warranty. So after a week the parts package arrives, but no hose. Only the spray head, which seemed to be working correctly. So the hose can not be expedited without me PAYING for the expediting. The best they can do is 3-4 busiess days. UGH!!!! So, we wait yet again without a kitchen sink. This hose problem is common for Model F-529-7NDGS. STAY AWAY get a MOEN. read more

Called customer service dept. to order replacement parts on a FOREVER warranty faucet and they basically called me a liar saying that they didn't offer "FOREVER" warranty until 1997 I purchased this unit in 1995 and have used the warranty in 1998. 2002 and 2003 and once again in 2012, They had all this information on file because they read it back to me..I was told that they wouldn't help me unless I provided proof I had the document even tho I had registered it when I purchased it. So, I read parts of the document to them and asked how could I know that information IF i wasn't holding the document..they still demanded PROOF of the document be emailed to them so took a picture and sent it as per requested and THEN.... this is great.. THEN they asked, with out an apology....... what I needed.....THEN I tried to contact someone in corporate to discuss this issue BUT was rerouted to the same customer support number 5 TIMES.. finally I asked how can I speak with someone at corporate OMG this is the best part.. I was told I can't speak to ANYONE at corporate.. so much for buying a product with FOREVER warranty.. don't mean a thing to corporate greed. Going to replace this faucet. and the rest with different brands when they fail.. However, select models out there came with a document called a "Pforever Warranty", that we do gladly and will honor. However, because it was such a select few faucets that came with this document, we do ask for a copy. We keep the photocopy on file for you to help avoid confusion, this would explain how the confusion with the warranty began. We built our house 18 years ago. Our Master Bath has all Pfister (Price Pfister) back then, faucets including a Roman Tub faucet and shower. When we purchased all of them, they came with a lifetime guarantee. IMO plumbing products were built out of better materials 18 years ago. Over our 18 years, we've needed to replace the cartridges on each faucet at least twice, due to faucets dripping. Each and every time I've called customer support, they've sent me the needed cartridges for no cost whatsoever. Additionally this call I needed the Roman Tub cartridge, normally retail $32 each. It's a two handled faucet but only one side was leaking. However I asked if they'd send two so while the plumber is here he can change both. I was assured by Bryan, he'd send me two. read more

Pfister Faucets is a great company.I am in the interior design business so I probably buy more faucets than many other people and Pfister offers great looking products and excellent price points. What to me though is probably one of their better selling points is how they back up their products. I personally have a faucet in my own home that I purchased in 2019 (seriously) that started leaking from the pull down hose. I called their customer service department and explained my issue and they promptly dispatched me a replacement part at no cost to me. It's been 5 years. I don't find many companies that have the same ethos of claiming to deliver exceptional quality products and actually backing it up with a lifetime guarantee. Terrible customer support and do not support their warranty policy. Original owner from 2002, Bathroom faucets continue to fail with leaks, rust and handles that lock up. After several attempts to replace valves and handle and spouts, eventually in 2010 sent me new faucets for my home. (Basically ran out of parts and needed to change to another style) Sound great other than the plumbers bills associated. In 2016 received another round of parts, valves, handles for the next style, cost to install on me. Now in 2025 most of the bathroom faucets are failing, and rust on countertops. Now no longer have parts or replacement faucets for the 2010, and will not warranty because I do not have a receipt of purchase. (Since they sent replacement, no receipt) Told they can't pull up my case number from 2010 to prove they sent. I believe they can and are ignoring the situation. They offered me one faucet of a different style. The bathrooms are double sinks, so I guess they would want me to have two different styles in a bathroom. I have the box with lot numbers from 2010 for proof. I have made multiple calls, with representative not calling back. For reference I had a kitchen faucet last month that the sprayer and magnetic connection was rusted and not working well (Ugly to look at) Called Delta and rep on phone ask some questions, told me he know what I needed. Sent the parts a few days later, and was easy to fix myself with included tool. Going Delta for plumbing products going forward. We've been using the Pfister Wheaton Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen faucet for 8 years or so.  On the positive side, it's worked OK most of the time.  Negatively, the screen is located at the very front of the spray head.  Removing it requires a special tool that is not included with the product.   Pfister offered a limited lifetime warranty, which is good because they had to replace my faucet twice in 6 months, due to low water flow.  Finally, it happened again and we have now switched to another brand, the brand we bought when we remodeled our kitchen in the 1980's. I would attach a video, for the slow flow (no it's not plugged, we've checked and tried every solution on youtube), but it only let me attach photos. read more

I purchased all matching Price Pfister for the house in 2007. 2 kitchen faucets, 5 bathroom faucets, 1 roman rub and 5 shower units. So far I've had to replace two kitchen faucet valves and sprayers, 1 bathroom faucet valve and a bathroom faucet drain. All covered free with their lifetime warranty. The customer service was very accomodating. They sent me the parts within a week. The only issue I had, was them discontinuing the Marielle line which was replaced with something similar. Not the best case scenario, but at least they honored the lifetime warranty. Who does that these days? read more

Bought a Price Pfister bath faucet some years ago. Started leaking from underneath; bath cabinet flooded before I figured out what was up. Contacted PP about issue; they did not have exact replacement available, but said they could get one that would be exactly like what I had, except drain would be a little different. OK. But when replacement showed up, it was an inferior product to one I originally had. Replacement had a lot of plastic, where original was almost all metal. I had several Bixbys in the past. Loved that faucet. I don't know why it was discontinued because the handle always, even after 10 years, fit snugly in the holder. The Corvo handle is a lot looser and doesn't fit snugly in the holder like the Bixby. But it does stay in the holder. The spray is excellent and cleans all around my farmhouse sink with no issues. I wanted a shorter faucet so my view from my window wouldn't be obstructed with a long neck faucet. The Corvo looks very similar to my Bixby that's why I purchased it. I am happy with my choice. I just wish the handle fit snugly into the holder. I have no problems with the unit turning side to side, but it's only been installed 2 months. Arizona water is very hard and corrosive, so I move the unit side to side every day to keep it loose. Plus, the price wasn't too bad. read more

I had a shower handle break and contacted Pfister customer service. They no longer had the original model but worked with me to find a "close enough" replacement. They shipped it right away with no charge under warranty. The new handle fit perfectly and looks good. The total time from my first inquiry to receiving the part was less than two weeks. What a piece of trash, the Pfister kitchen faucet I bought and paid a plumber to have it installed. It's PLASTIC and a total piece of junk. It is difficult to turn from one sun side to the other and the lever sticks so it's even difficult to turn on which requires lifting the faucet lever up. Literally the ONLY GOOD thing is that the spray feature works in a very low water flow rate. I bought it at Home Depot Lake Forest and I plan to have it replaced but I won't buy any cheap garbage from them again. Turns out, Pfister no longer makes quality faucets and Home Depot doesn't carry quality faucets. Want real quality? Prepare to pay for it! read more

I purchased my new home in the mid-90's that was equipped with Price Pfister plumbing fixtures. After a few years, my shower head started to leak/drip. I contacted Price Pfister to validate the replacement part #. I expected to source and pay for the part but was surprised to learn that the product was under a lifetime warranty. They quickly sent me a replacement cartridge. My single handle kitchen faucet developed a leak due to bad "O" rings on the cartridge. They sent me the necessary parts to repair the problem. 1 year ago, the faucet in my laundry room started to leak/drip. I contacted Price Pfister and they again sent me the necessary replacement cartridges at no cost. A week later, the hot water started to leak/drip in my master bedroom faucet. I contacted Price Pfister and was surprised when they informed me that my home was purchased outside of the lifetime warranty period. They claimed that the warranty terms had always been in effect with the established cutoff date. They provided no explanation beyond this statement which I found suspicious. Was there an error on their part for the three claims that they honored earlier, or did they change the terms of the warranty? After being very happy with their products, I've decided NOT to purchase Price Pfister products going forward. I replaced my kitchen faucet with a Delta product a few years ago once I concluded that the Price Pfister faucet was beyond its useful life. I recently submitted a warranty claim to Delta who sent me a replacement cartridge under their lifetime warranty. I would not recommend dealing with Price Pfister products. Our upstairs bathroom faucet broke at the supply line flooding my entire home. We are now at about $50,000 in damages.
