Plenty of parking, large crabs for $90 per dozen were very good, meaty, hot and heavy. Also got hot fries for the little one and a crab cakes not much filler. Would order again, would give it 7.5 out of 10. Customer service was great!

We liked our food so much that we forgot to take a picture.

Outstanding restaurant, delicious food, and great service. Much of Ocean City consists of giant food halls, and this is a unique spot because it's a charming little hole on the wall that feels very authentic and charming. It feels like an Eastern Shore original, not a tourist trap. Definitely recommend! They have great seafood and a variety of beers on tab and in bottles.

PGN Crab House is a great place to check out the steamed crabs with shrimp and oysters. Our server was very attentive to our table's needs and she followed up repeatedly on drinks, condiments, etc. throughout our visit. We also ordered the cheeseburger steak sub and the fried crab cake sandwich, with an extra side of French fries, which came out piping hot and both sandwiches were plated with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and anything else we wanted on them. All in all, a great visit and great service in a friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend it if you are near 29th street and are looking for steam crabs, shrimp and oysters.

Crabs came out hot and juicy!!!! We came in a little late and the staff was so accommodating! Looks like a usual crab house. The outside is not as updated but do not let look deceive you. Amazing crabs and service!

My wife and I were refused service at this restaurant because she was wearing a crop top. The person who refused service to us was an older woman who all of the employees seemed afraid of (they apologized on her behalf). We didn't look "nice enough" and she commented (after misgendering my wife) about her "belly hanging out in the back" (??). It's unfortunate, we wanted very badly to enjoy this place after seeing the reviews, but her attitude and behavior was abhorrent. UPDATE: My wife changed into a dress to see if that was "nice enough" for the restaurant, we went back in, and one of the staff led us to a table saying we would get the "VIP treatment." We asked if we would get an apology from her, he said no and made excuses on her behalf saying she's not going to change her ways because she's "an old Greek woman." No apology (except from the staff of women who were genuinely horrified by the older woman's behavior). We left and went to Higgins instead, which was a MUCH better experience.

1/2 lb medium steamed shrimp. Yummy!

Let me start by saying, everything we ordered was excellent. Last summer we tried a few different crab houses and were disappointed, so we returned to PGN, and left happy. I'll never go astray again. We had the sweetest server who was attentive, quick and efficient. The restaurant has several options for dining, outside seating, indoor seating and takeout. The prices are reasonable, and portions are large. My husband and I could have shared the crab cake dinner as we both brought home one crab cake. We shared an order of steamed shrimp and we were extremely pleased with everything we ate. This place is a keeper.

Agreed. They do have different specials that may fit your needs. I would call and ask them.

Pretty cool alternative place with a cool "punk" beach vibe. Staff polite and very nice. We ordered sodas for the kids and got ourselves 2 cocktails, one mule and another one with gin (they were ok, a little too sweet, needed a little more balance (the only thing that needed work honestly). I been craving a "lobster roll" and I ordered one - and I'm glad I did - they did not went light on lobster let me tell you. Very well served portion and the flavor was off the charts. I split this with my wife and still managed to "steal" some fries from my kids lol. Crab cake was well cooked and very good too and the chicken tacos were interesting with the Doritos smashed all over them, different, and my oldest kid ate everything! In the end, very glad we stopped by and decided to come here. Would deff come back!

I ordered a drink and pondered the menu while watching what my neighbors ordered. The tacos were indeed on corn tortillas (by request according to our server on our second visit). The shrimp boil looked excellent although the couple next to me preferred the aguachile version. We missed happy hour both times, which was disappointing because I paid $12 for the same sangria that is half that price before five pm. No worries, it was delicious either way. The sangria came half full in an extra large glass because they were out of normal glasses. It's garnished with a sprig of rosemary and an orange wedge. I settled on the Blitzkreig Bibimbap bowl, a fabulous creation with a perfect steak over basmati rice garnished with avocado, seaweed salad, kimchee and a fried egg with spicy sauce. WOW I loved this dish. Tried to recreate it at a mongolian bbq later and missed by a mile. Shotti's Point has a varied menu and seems to do a stellar job on ALL OF IT. Ordered a Old Pro Chicken wrap for husband to go, he was back at the vacation rental while my exercise walk ended up at the bar. He had to eat it twice to finish the wrap so it was large, but alas I did not secure a photo. He saved his side (a literal bag of doritos). They got the "avocado on the side" part correct and left the chili sauce on the side too. He thought the shaved egg was an odd addition to this wrap but otherwise it was good. On a second visit together, he ordered a pepperoni mushroom pizza while I had the El Guapo tacos. No drinks, as we had been to Seacrets that day for a distillery tour and needed to hydrate! The pizza was a beautiful creation, lightly charred crust and hunks of fresh burrata dotted with curled up pepperoni cups. The tacos were delicious, but it was not the blackened chicken that made my nose run it was the bangkok chili sauce! Topped with a bit of lettuce and cabbage, the chicken seemed a little dry. Requested and received a side of the most delicious salsa, so then I was very happy. The corn tortillas were dry, could have used more time on the griddle with a little oil. They lost structural integrity long before being fully consumed. This was a quick visit at the bar for our meals since there were two seats immediately available. The place was packed at 7pm on a Thursday, a testament to the quality of their food. It was loud and fun, but we ate and ran (with no argument from our bartender). I did enjoy sitting by the pizza prep station and watching the artists at work. Smile.

Now, 50 years later, Phillips is gone and many establishments advertise their Crabs as the best in OC. Having not been here since 2012, I need to scour the reviews to find where we could get the best take out seafood especially Maryland Crabs. Lo and behold, just steps away from our Courtyard Marriott is the Crab Stop. It's before season so many places are still closed but the Owner answered when I called, had a great sense of humor, and happily took my order for a designated pick up time. We arrived 10 minutes early and they had just completed the order, packed it up, and we were out the door in minutes. This is a Father/Son establishment. Dave (?) the Father is 85 and his son Tom (?) run this fine eatery. It's built for take out and there is no disappointment. We ordered 6 large crabs, 1# of Lump Crab and 2 ears of corn. Within minutes our table was covered with crab, crab shells, Old Bay, and we savored every minute of the delicious fresh sweet crab meat. Look no further than Crab Stop to enjoy the best crabs that OC has to offer and the friendliness and service of these two gentlemen.

We were set on getting the salmon and the swordfish dishes which we did, and it did not disappoint! They were the most delicious dishes I had experienced in a long time. I asked about the seasoning on the salmon and the waitress, who was fabulous, said it was Moroccan. I loved the hint of cinnamon but according to the Moroccan spice I looked at on the web, it is a combination of numerous spices which amounts to a delicious combination of flavors. Both dishes were paired perfectly with their sides and sauces. I have never left a review about a restaurant before. This will be one of my few unforgettable meals. If dining inside, bring a sweater. Not much has changed with the ambiance - bar atmosphere, with each time there being a live music act when we came in to eat. As a party of 10 the last two years (a yearly trip) we were sat in front of the music. Not my favorite place as it's hard to have a conversation but the music was good. We had a younger waiter take care of us - we put in some drinks - I ordered a blackberry bourbon tea. It wasn't very sweet or flavorful. Almost like it was watered down. Meh. We put in several apps to start our meal: crab pierogis, cheesesteak egg rolls and crab dip. The crab pierogis sounded good - but the sauce on them or around them was watery. Another person in our party got the crab corn chowder- it was watery. Chowders are thicker, not thin. The cheesesteak egg rolls were good - had a nice flavor to them. The crab dip was very very flavorful - maybe one of the best on the island I have had. For my meal I ordered the Baltimore bird which is fried chicken topped with crab dip. It was a HUGE piece of chicken and looked great -- then I took a bite. The chick was raw inside. Hoping it was just a part of the breast I bit into another part - middle chicken was pink and raw. What makes matters even worse was the Heinz ketchup bottle on the table - billed as a Pittsburgh bar - did not have Heinz in it. Ketchup was way too sweet - definitely off brand. We shared desserts as a table - the brownie Ala mode and the tower brownie cheesecake. Both were.. well small. Good taste but, limited. Again - just ok overall.

We ordered the seafood combo that included six hard-shell crabs, three pounds of snow crab legs, a half-pound of shrimp, corn, and hush puppies. The hard-shell crabs were decent, although they seemed slightly oversteamed. The meat in the legs was practically fused to the shell, making them difficult to eat. The snow crab legs were good, but the shrimp were noticeably undercooked, which made peeling them nearly impossible. There were a few bright spots. The beer was reasonably priced at $4.50 a pint, and the hush puppies were excellent--arguably the best part of the entire meal. The corn, however, was tough and seemed past its prime. For the roughly $145 we spent on the combo, I expected a better overall dining experience. Sadly, this seems to be the standard at many seafood restaurants these days: higher prices without a corresponding increase in quality. And while it's a minor issue compared to the food, the deck seating chairs were surprisingly uncomfortable and felt out of place for a restaurant charging these prices. Overall, the meal wasn't terrible, but it fell well short of expectations given the cost.

My sandwich was in a brioche bun and it complimented it perfectly! The fruit was a decent serving size. I also opted for some pancakes. I just had to satisfy a craving. It was two pancakes served with fresh fruit, powdered sugar and syrup. It hit the spot. Their menu had a few crab options for those who are looking for breakfast that includes crab.
