She's super sweet and ensures a great experience. Rupa and the other ladies are great too. They offer hand sanitizer at the beginning so you can clean your hands before touching your face to hold the skin tight during threading. In between, they provide a handheld mirror to confirm you're happy with the shape, so you're not surprised at the end.
