Cranberry salad pizza, barbecue chicken pizza, taco, chicken, bacon & ranch, white, spinach, stuffed meat, baked ziti pie, broccoli, Caesar salad, Grilled buffalo chicken, balsamic chicken, chicken Francesca, uncle Phil's, godfather, Grandma, Sicilian, marinara, Chicago, Mike's hot honey, stuffed vegetable, spinach & artichoke, Sicilian pesto, Sicilian Oven, grandpa .... The pizza isn't greasy, it doesn't taste like salty dough but we really get the flavor of sweet sauce, fresh basil, and thick slices of fresh mozzarella. Phil's is always spotless! This is an Italian restaurant with table waitress service. It's more than pizza, there's pasta, sandwiches, soups, salads, calzones, meat and fish dishes as well. But, I've only had the pizza here. There is a large free parking lot in front and at lunchtime it's busy with families, ladies that lunch and business lunches. Prices are competitive, and they do catering as well.

    Chicken Parm pizza

Got turned onto this place through a clip coupon. Ordered a chicken Parm pie lightly cooked and it was cooked perfectly. Pizza was excellent. Super nice people behind the counter. Can't wait to go back.

Best on LI? If not, it's up there. While they have other items on their menu (also real good) it's the pizza here. If not the best on Long Island, it is close to it. A lot of varieties to choose from.

So good my husband had to take pictures of the slices we got! Such different flavors but all so good! Everything was so filling we had one of the best sleeps of our lives that night. Screw thanksgiving dinner coma, this was legit!

Smallest Sicilian pie Ive ever spent almost $30 for. Tasted pretty good though, but still felt there was about a quarter of the pie missing

Every time I visit I always grab a few pizzas to bring home and I always make sure to ask to upgrade to DOP ingredients. This place is as authentic as it gets. From the oven, which was imported from Naples, to the owner being a certified pizzaiolo, and the amount of DOP ingredients in use and available, there's a level of care and respect for Neapolitan pizza that you can taste in the each pizza. The ingredients are excellent, the crust is consistently great, the dough has the perfect chew , and nothing feels like an afterthought. Over the years they've grown in popularity and have added several new items on the menu, to include pizzas, but the ones that stay constant in my rotation are Moms, The Margareta (DOP), and the meatball with ricotta. For me, they make the best neopolitan pizza on Long Island. I also love that it's connected to the pork store next door. There's something about the whole setup that feels like a throwback to my childhood and the kind of Italian American places I grew up around that seem like there's so few of today. Going to Saverio's is more than just grabbing a pizza. There's whole experience has a warmth and authenticity to it that's increasingly hard to find...and while you're waiting for your pizza, going next door and buying some food, whether it's cold cuts, cheeses, or pasta is very much a part of the experience. Saverios is genuinely one of a few places I always look forward to visiting when I'm on the Island. You should check it out if you haven't already.

And with hungry stomachs and excitement we decided we see they have a back patio let's eat there. While the space is nicely decorated we saw several staff talking to tables and making eye contact with us and not waiting us. We stayed for another few minutes before we found another staff member and asked if we could just grab a table or do we need to wait. We aren't familiar but given the previous man didn't acknowledge us maybe we could just self sit. The women told us she will be right with us and proceeded giving the other customers water. We said ok and patiently waited. I asked the gentleman at the bar if he could give location for restroom. I took my toddler with me to the long walk around. They really could use a bathroom in the back. But regardless, we went and were hoping to see we had a table on the return. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. My husband was still standing around. We waited for 15 minutes, mind you there were plenty of empty tables. I see this place has amazing reviews, I can't tell if this is just a local spot and they just service them but truly it was baffling to see several people working yet no one could give us a table. Disappointed that this was a save on our list and couldn't even taste it. Poor service

I see my friends mostly at wakes now and my ride fell down on me, so here in Jamaica i stand. For all who've not been, it is about the dirtiest, most germy place per square foot in NYCs transportation world. Its the kind of place I hope you'll never ever see in your life. Everybody's bumping into you and yelling about track changes, looking like a bunch of morons who think they're going somewhere important. Anyway, I ended up getting off at Massepequa and going to Leonardo's Pizza hoping they had a beer but they didn't, figures. First, I had the Italian Wedding Soup. It arrived looking like a drowned swamp with all those stringy, pale noodles swirling around in the broth like a bunch of white wigglers, similarto what i had for first lunchies. They were just sitting there next to these limp green leaves and the carrots were just floating in it. It's like the soup is trying to convince you it's healthy, but the whole thing just looks depressing. You take a bite, and it tastes, well, it tastes rather good, but the name is what really gets me. "Italian Wedding Soup." That's a odd name if I ever heard one. What does soup have to do with getting married? It just makes you think of a bunch of grandmothers crying and guys in rented tuxedos talking about their golf handicaps and portfolios. Plus I'm never getting married again, never ever - i learned my lesson. Then came the Detroit Slice. It sat there on a paper plate next to my copy of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, which was the only thing in my whole damn life that's keeping me company. Look at the edge of that crust--it's burnt to a crisp. Black as night, dark as spadesbut maybetgats how they do it on Long Island. The sauce is piled right down the middle like a thick red streak, covered in all these little dried oregano herbs I applied. I sat there eating this cheesy crusted square, staring at Mark Twain on the cover, and I swear it made me feel sad. Not because the book is terrible, it reminded me of my childhood, another complete disaster. The pizza actually had that crispy, cheesy edge going for it, I'll give them that, but because it felt lonely eating alone in public,vi never do that. Me, Samuel Clements and a thick slice of pizza on a cheap paper plate. Next time I'll be sure to eat out with someone fun.
