1 Star Better than Vincenzo's of East Meadow; - Staff / Manager are not friendly and looked at me as if I was a loser. Very cramped inside - Seating is not comfortable; - Many of they tables are blocked up with "Inventory" - so you can't really sit anyplace; I get the picture they just want you to take out; - Lot of nonsense going on; - Young peope - working the location and inept. Tried the Regular & the Sicilian - Poor; D- Garlic Knots had no taste; - Parking is Bad. - Don't waste your time! - They have their locals who support the location; - They are clueless. read more

Ordered takeout for my grandson's first birthday. Food came hot and everyone loved it. Especially loved that the dressing for the Ceasar salad was on the side. Only thing I wish is they gave extra vodka sauce for side for the pasta. It sometimes soaks it up entirely. Thanks read more

I am a handicapped, senior citizen who rarely gets out of my house. I order several times a week from Vincenzo's. They are very accomodating, delivering my orders in a timely manner. The drivers are very polite and respectful, even when it takes me extra time to answer my door due to my handicap! The food is always on point! Pizza, pasta, salads, chicken, veal, salmon are delicious! I also enjoy the deluxe cheeseburgers they serve. Most reasonable prices in town. The owners are two very compassionate human beings, who go out of their way to help those in need. They regularly donate leftovers to those needy in the community. Disappointed due to misleading advertising. This place has been mailing and circulating the same Wingcenzo's flyer for months, advertising wing prices and specials that they do not honor when you actually try to order. The flyer clearly lists prices and says "free delivery," but when you call, you're told the deals are no longer valid -- despite the exact same advertisement continuing to be distributed. This has been going on for at least three months, which is frustrating and misleading. If the prices or specials have changed, the ads should be updated or pulled. Customers shouldn't have to argue or feel misled after relying on what's being advertised. Food may be fine, but advertising one thing and charging another is not acceptable. I'd recommend confirming pricing before ordering. read more

I deffinetly enjoy the food here at Vincenzo's. The pizzas they put out are great. They have a nice menu with many differnet options. One of my favorites is their Loco Wrap and my favorit slice is the chicken caesar. Plenty of parking in the parking lot which is a huge plus. read more

Well, that was... disappointing. Price was fine, food... barely adequate. Amongst a couple other things; we got a baked ziti which was disappointing and barely edible: flavorless and mushy. The garlic bread was lacking in garlic, and the extra $2 for cheese... wasn't worth it for the messily amount of cheese on a burnt couple pieces of bread. Just a big oof. read more

Had time to kill while in the area...came across Vincenzo's while driving around. Located in a small-ish strip mall, it's easy to miss. It's quite small inside, mainly a take-out establishment. There are however a few tables inside. When my mother and I walked in, a lot of people were standing around waiting for their take-out orders. That's how you know it's good! I ordered a white slice and my mother ordered a regular slice. Wait time was fairly quick. The white slide was good, but VERY greasy. The regular slice was different than most regular slices The sauce was sweet. It was a tasty slice of pizza. My mother enjoyed it. Service was very friendly. This place is super close and convenient and we love the food but it's unbelievable how often they get the order wrong. I just can't go anymore. It's such a shame. I've complained a bunch to the manager Joe and he tries to rectify but then it happens again. I now drive all the way to Phil's in wantagh for our quick pizza nights. read more

Today was my second time ordering from here. All of the employees are so friendly, funny, accommodating and know the meaning of customer service (rare these days especially) The 12" pie is absolutely perfect for my son and I. Not a lot of places offer it and they should! I am a customer for life now... P.s thank you to the delivery guy for making me laugh with the corny joke when I ordered over the phone. My friend recommended them for takeout when I'm in the Bellmore area.I have ordered from them a few times and I really like their Pizza. They have been busy each time I went so they probably have a good local following. I did have an eggplant parm hero once (off season) and it was a little disappointing but overall I give them high marks. read more

Vincenzos is a great take out pizzeria! They only have 4 tables inside. We live a few blocks away and can't beat their prices and great food! We're regulars and order an extra thin pie and it's always delicious. Garlic knots are always very garlicky and their sauce on the side is very tasty. Monday-Thursday pretty sure regular pies are $9.95! read more

Not pleased about customers sitting down without masks as they were not eating and the whole area is only 7x 10 for what can be as many as 8 people on line or waiting. I just spent 13 minutes waiting for my time to order only to be ignored by all three people working the counter. Have eaten in the past and they don't seem to be able to help more than one person every five minutes. Disorganized would be a compliment. Being ignored after patiently waiting is an insult especially when I'm the only one standing at the counter. Perhaps they only had minimum wage workers but most places will at least acknowledge waiting customers if they are busy. read more

Very good local pizza. This is primarily a take out place. It is a small pizza place with 4 tables that can seat 4 each. They have a normal pizzeria menu. All different kinds of pizza, heros, entrees and salads. I usually order a pie with meatballs and an order of french fries. They have a great fries. They are crinkle cut and the perfect amount of salt. If you want to come in for a slice they have a few choices. I always see a ziti pie, buffalo chicken and another type of chicken. There plain slices tastes great. When I come in for just a few slices I always get pepperoni slices. They are great. The parking lot is very congested. It is in a strip mall with a bunch of other places and it is very narrow. There isn't Dunkin' Donuts there which gets a lot of business so there is cars coming in and out. read more

We had some food catered for my gender reveal on Christmas Eve from here. When my family went to pick up the food, it wasn't ready. They waited and waited and finally told the people they needed to deliver it to us because they were missing the party. When delivered, the food all came in pizzas boxes- no racks, no sternos. When my family called them to have them bring us the sternos and racks, they said we were supposed to request them in advance AND pay for them. They were telling my family if they left a deposit at that moment, they would come deliver them. According to their website (and 99.9% of places who have a "catering menu") these supplies are included and without needing a request. On their website it STATES these things ARE INCLUDED. In conclusion, we never got these things that are supposed to be included, and food was late. They were extremely difficult and unprofessional. STAY AWAY from here if you want anything catered. One word...YUM! Ordered for the first time last week. Honestly...we were going to order from a near by restaurant in Merrick. We placed the order (4 dishes and garlic knots), total was $98.00 with a 2 hour wait. We cancelled the order immediately. We called a few places and all were closed. We just happen to find Vincenzo's and so glad we did. We ordered the same exact plates and the total was $70.00. The quality and taste of the food was amazing. Order was to arrive in an hour. They arrived 40 min after we made the call. We ordered again for Mother's Day but this time picked it up. They were really busy and there was a long wait but it was ok. I was surprised to see that it was an actual Pizzeria and not a restaurant as I thought it was. We had a wonderful and delicious Mother's Day dinner. Will definitely go back. Not sure if I want to try something else but the Bolognese is amazing! All four dishes were amazing! Thanks again for the great food! read more

Recently turned onto this pizza parlor . Travel from Merrick bypassing all the trendy name places . Love the pizza love the staff . Crowded most times but workers are super friendly and receptive to everyone . My wife and I went for dinner to Vincenzo's pizza using a local flavor certificate. The restaurant itself is a takeout pizzeria with a few tables and was not very attractive.We ordered a garden salad and a round pizza with pepperoni. I would have liked to order a rice ball but the only one left looked like it was out all day.The salad was good but the pizza was ordinary although OK. Service was OK and was responsive.The price to value ratio was about average for this type of restaurant as was portion size. THEY SERVE PEOPLE WITHOUT MASKS. STAY SAFE OUT THERE. they were serving 5 teenage boys- not a single one wearing a mask. The staff did nothing about it. Lemme tell you I felt like royalty there, Luke is very knowledgable about the whole menu and the place and you can tell he is very passionate for his work, and proud that he works there. For an appetizer I got the rice balls, something small and quick before my blood sugar was in the negatives. I was saddened that there was no meat involved because I am growing boy who needs protein but they were extremely good regardless. Very flavorful, and I was really impressed off rip and excited for what was to come. Oh yeah side note skittles has an allergy to literally EVERYTHING. Peanut, treenuts, shellfish, cheese, water, etc. So he literally didn't want anything. Onto the entree! Luke and I discussed what's the most flavorful thing I can obtain with a hefty amount of protein. He looked me dead in my eye and pointed to the Short rib ragu and told me to add a chicken cutlet. He was so confident in that dish I had to get it. I received it and it was really good, it hit the spot. I thought maybe a little more garlic throughout, I thought the salt was overdone a tad, but the pasta was awesome the short rib was a good portion, and the chicken cutlet was your typical long island cutlet. Actually a great dish that I would get again. I then was in need of a sweet treat. That's how you know I was satisfied.. I don't like desserts or I'm not a fan of really any sugary delight, but I was so relaxed I felt like I had to. I got this hardened chocolate shell with three flavors of ice cream inside and it was good! Again I'm not too fond of sweets so after about five bites I was dead, but then Doctor Bs wife spawned out of literal nowhere and ate the rest. Then about 12 more people arrived and watching Luke in action was like watching Jalen brunson drop 45 on the spurs. Total confidence and was extremely efficient. He then made me a fig martini which also was cool! Had a nice color and a perfect starting drink for the knicks game. I have to give my props to the rest of the staff too, including the manager. Everyone worked very well together and it makes me very happy to see a business come together with the same goal to work collectively to run the place as efficient as possible. Not a single one has the presence, smile, or kind attitude that the owner has. Hire some more guys, reevaluate your hiring guide lines..... do something. Their pizza and dishes are probably one of the best for a small business. My only problem is that the prices are pretty high here, but it's well worth it. Man, if it was closer to the school, I would be coming every week. The place is kept very clean and the guys here are pretty friendly. He told me to go inside and ask them if they're willing to give him more. He kept asking for more, became angry and rude, and the interaction lasted a solid 2-3 minutes before I finally walked away and called the store to report it. Mind you, it takes A LOT for me to want to complain... The first manager I spoke to was a woman who basically just said sorry, and that was it. However, I later spoke with Rich, who I believe is either a manager or the owner, and he completely changed how I felt about the situation. Rich took the time out of his day to go over everything with me in detail, listened to what happened, made sure the situation was made right with us, and handled things with his driver. He could have easily been rude, dismissive, or just brushed me off, but he did the exact opposite. He immediately took action, handled the situation professionally, and resolved it to the best of his ability. I genuinely found that commendable. Because of how kind, respectful, and professional Rich was, I still plan on supporting the business moving forward. For our next event, I actually plan on ordering 3 pies and other items from them. Their food is absolutely amazing! I'll personally be doing pickup moving forward rather than delivery, but I truly do want to support Rich and his business because of how well he handled everything.
