I am a handicapped, senior citizen who rarely gets out of my house. I order several times a week from Vincenzo's. They are very accomodating, delivering my orders in a timely manner. The drivers are very polite and respectful, even when it takes me extra time to answer my door due to my handicap! The food is always on point! Pizza, pasta, salads, chicken, veal, salmon are delicious! I also enjoy the deluxe cheeseburgers they serve. Most reasonable prices in town. The owners are two very compassionate human beings, who go out of their way to help those in need. They regularly donate leftovers to those needy in the community. Disappointed due to misleading advertising. This place has been mailing and circulating the same Wingcenzo's flyer for months, advertising wing prices and specials that they do not honor when you actually try to order. The flyer clearly lists prices and says "free delivery," but when you call, you're told the deals are no longer valid -- despite the exact same advertisement continuing to be distributed. This has been going on for at least three months, which is frustrating and misleading. If the prices or specials have changed, the ads should be updated or pulled. Customers shouldn't have to argue or feel misled after relying on what's being advertised. Food may be fine, but advertising one thing and charging another is not acceptable. I'd recommend confirming pricing before ordering. read more

Well, that was... disappointing. Price was fine, food... barely adequate. Amongst a couple other things; we got a baked ziti which was disappointing and barely edible: flavorless and mushy. Had time to kill while in the area...came across Vincenzo's while driving around. Located in a small-ish strip mall, it's easy to miss. It's quite small inside, mainly a take-out establishment. There are however a few tables inside. When my mother and I walked in, a lot of people were standing around waiting for their take-out orders. That's how you know it's good! I ordered a white slice and my mother ordered a regular slice. Wait time was fairly quick. The white slide was good, but VERY greasy. The regular slice was different than most regular slices The sauce was sweet. It was a tasty slice of pizza. My mother enjoyed it. Service was very friendly. All of the employees are so friendly, funny, accommodating and know the meaning of customer service (rare these days especially) The 12" pie is absolutely perfect for my son and I. Not pleased about customers sitting down without masks as they were not eating and the whole area is only 7x 10 for what can be as many as 8 people on line or waiting. I just spent 13 minutes waiting for my time to order only to be ignored by all three people working the counter. Have eaten in the past and they don't seem to be able to help more than one person every five minutes. Disorganized would be a compliment. Being ignored after patiently waiting is an insult especially when I'm the only one standing at the counter. Perhaps they only had minimum wage workers but most places will at least acknowledge waiting customers if they are busy. read more

Very good local pizza. This is primarily a take out place. It is a small pizza place with 4 tables that can seat 4 each. They have a normal pizzeria menu. All different kinds of pizza, heros, entrees and salads. I usually order a pie with meatballs and an order of french fries. They have a great fries. They are crinkle cut and the perfect amount of salt. If you want to come in for a slice they have a few choices. I always see a ziti pie, buffalo chicken and another type of chicken. There plain slices tastes great. When I come in for just a few slices I always get pepperoni slices. They are great. The parking lot is very congested. It is in a strip mall with a bunch of other places and it is very narrow. There isn't Dunkin' Donuts there which gets a lot of business so there is cars coming in and out. read more

We had some food catered for my gender reveal on Christmas Eve from here. When my family went to pick up the food, it wasn't ready. They waited and waited and finally told the people they needed to deliver it to us because they were missing the party. When delivered, the food all came in pizzas boxes- no racks, no sternos. When my family called them to have them bring us the sternos and racks, they said we were supposed to request them in advance AND pay for them. They were telling my family if they left a deposit at that moment, they would come deliver them. According to their website (and 99.9% of places who have a "catering menu") these supplies are included and without needing a request. On their website it STATES these things ARE INCLUDED. In conclusion, we never got these things that are supposed to be included, and food was late. They were extremely difficult and unprofessional. STAY AWAY from here if you want anything catered. One word...YUM! Ordered for the first time last week. Honestly...we were going to order from a near by restaurant in Merrick. We placed the order (4 dishes and garlic knots), total was $98.00 with a 2 hour wait. We cancelled the order immediately. We called a few places and all were closed. We just happen to find Vincenzo's and so glad we did. We ordered the same exact plates and the total was $70.00. The quality and taste of the food was amazing. Order was to arrive in an hour. They arrived 40 min after we made the call. We ordered again for Mother's Day but this time picked it up. They were really busy and there was a long wait but it was ok. I was surprised to see that it was an actual Pizzeria and not a restaurant as I thought it was. We had a wonderful and delicious Mother's Day dinner. Will definitely go back. The restaurant itself is a takeout pizzeria with a few tables and was not very attractive.We ordered a garden salad and a round pizza with pepperoni. I would have liked to order a rice ball but the only one left looked like it was out all day.The salad was good but the pizza was ordinary although OK. Service was OK and was responsive.The price to value ratio was about average for this type of restaurant as was portion size.
