Lou and Joe were so helpful, accommodating, flexible, and just did such a good job planning and helping with any questions I had asked. Also they answered emails quickly. The party was amazing. The two women who were assigned to our party were so helpful. We arrived 30 minutes early to set up and they went above and beyond. The flow and schedule they had was also great because the kids were able to keep up and never got bored or antsy! The food for the kids included chicken fingers and the best fries, too. And we ordered a bunch of food for the adults and everyone has already called and texted to rave about it. We also added Italian ices for the kids and it was a hit! It really depends on what your pizza type is this is thin and semi burnt spots it also doesn't have cheese covering the whole pizza but rather spots of cheese. The sauce is on the sweeter side in my opinion. The service is fast and easy to call and place and order. If you like a sweeter pizza sauce this is for you. read more

The slices looked incredible and I'm always looking forward to trying new spots so I planned to stop by after work. Once inside, there's a few customers waiting for their pizza. I placed my order for (1) slice of MVP and a pepperoni pin wheel. I tell the counter guy, I saw this place on social media. I'm from Stony Brook and I came here for some of this incredible looking pizza. He thanked me and gave me an extra slice of regular. Very classy! The pizza? It reminds me of a spot in the East Village called Pizza Groupo. Very Roman with its thin cracker like crust. The MVP is all that and then some. Pizza is very thin as advertised. I went in and bought 2 pies one to stay and the other to go. You go to the counter to order like most traditional pizza places. The wait for the pizza's was not bad. Regular pizza to stay it was very good no flop and the crust was crunchy pretty good. The to go pie was a pepperoni the pepperoni's had a mild kick and flavorful easy to warm up and remained somewhat crunchy but not like the pie we ate when we stayed there. Fresh, high quality ingredients and the dough NEVER leaves you feeling yucky after you eat-- even if you have a couple slices! Garlic knots- delicious and the assorted pizza rolls too. Their sauce is also super delicious, not acidic and a little on the sweeter side, you can tell they use quality tomatoes--highly recommend getting some on the side for dipping garlic knots in! Ordered a regular cheese pie and a specialty slice. Picked it up at the designated pick up time. Full pie was cold, old, and disgusting. Called and explained that there was something wrong with our pizza and gentleman was kind enough & said that they would make a new one. A couple of weeks ago I placed a large order for an event. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the order didn't arrive when requested. After a call or two to the restaurant, I ended up speaking with the manager, Joe. He handled the situation as well as I could have ever expected. His professionalism and care for his customer was off the charts. It took me by surprise because we've all "been there" and nothing is ever done about it, oftentimes not even an apology. Joe, however, went way above and beyond. When the food did come, it was exceptional as always. It's one thing to have great food (which they do), but it's entirely another when management actually cares and does right by their customers. Joe, your gesture was truly appreciated! This place came in like a hurricane...i lived down that same street 20 years ago and i think it was a gas station, turned terrible bagel shop, and finally a few years ago came to a rest as this joint. Fast forward after passing it a hundred times, we have ordered half a dozen times now and there is legitimately no complaints whatsoever!!! The upside down is and has always been one of my classic favorites and the sauce reminds me of my friends mom's sauce as a kid with just the right extra sweet!!! Thin crusts are crispy almost indefinitely and so many variations to choose from and the rolls (buffalo one in my opinion specifically my favorite) are so different in an amazing way! These guys are the real deal. We've been looking for a quality pizzeria since we moved to the island and i have to say, Undici just took first place in my books. The owners are the kindest gentleman that will go above and beyond for you and take special requests as well. They're also from howard beach so i fully trust their pizza skills and judgement. Their pies are beautiful thin and perfectly cooked - the sauce is homemade and has the perfect balance of ingredients. I must highlight their garlic knots are out of this world! Finally got a chance to try the new spot that opened up. There's a lot of pizza places in massapequa, so ya gotta be good to make it and this place is great. My husband picked up slices. He got a pepperoni and MVP slice. The MVP is marinara, vodka, and pesto which is a unique combo which he seemed to like. The crust on his slices were much thinner and he was hungry after eating his dinner. I had the vodka slice and the eggplant slices which were both Sicilian style crust and were filling. Super into this pizza!! It was so good. The sauce recipe was fantastic, and the toppings were very fresh too. I love that the mushrooms aren't canned like most pizzerias. The slices are VERY thin-- like thinner than a traditional NY slice. That's not a complaint just an acknowledgment. The garlic knots, although not very garlicky, are really good. Thin crusts with an explosion of flavor is not always easy. Sometimes it's hard to balance ingredients on a thin crust. Unduci though has mastered the puzzle. We have always enjoyed the plain, the hot honey, and the pepperoni cups. Tonight we tried the Buffalo Chicken. Incredible! Listen, they're busy and their consistency can vary slightly at times. Large staff and I'm sure morale of some guys can be off at certain times. Who cares! Within that range it is always a win! Their paper thin crust, and creative specialty slices make for a happy visit every time! When you are going into a pizza place all excited at which variety of slices you can fit down your pie hall, it says they are doing something right. The thin crust is something close to the best rated spots on One Bite. The variety on display is usually more choices than you need. The good thing is if you stick with round pie slices you can fit down a couple extra. Could they be a little more strict with the round pies going out, and add a little extra fresh basil? Yes! Again who cares?! It's always great regardless! This is the first spot I think of on a pizza night. The cheese is excellent and the slice is nice and thin, just how I like it. They cook it perfectly, never under cooked or burnt. I confess, I am addicted to the MVP! The pepperoni hot honey slice is so tasty. It's got a little zing to it but it's not overwhelming. I'm not a big specialty pizza person but when it comes to this place, these two types of slices are my go-tos. I wish that I could have uploaded some pictures, the problem was that the slices were so good, I devoured them before I had a chance to take some photos, maybe next time!
