Food was mediocre at best. We had the philly fries and they were flavorless according to my friend that was with me. The tacos were good but so greasy. The best thing was the first few bites of the funnel cake fries but so much grease. I guess if your body can handle that much grease you might enjoy it. Not really worth it in my opinion. read more

This is my first time trying a cheesesteak at The Collective! It smelled fantastic, and the menu looked great, so I had to try it. The cashier gave me a suggestion of chipotle dipping sauce for my fried, and it was a wonderful choice. I had the portabello mushroom and steak Philly. It was huge and so flavorful. It was topped with sour cream, which was unusual but very tasty. You get a text when food was ready, and it was quick. The order counter was tidy and welcoming. read more

3.5 stars. This restaurant is located in The Collective, where there are several eateries to choose from. You order and pick up from a counter. The service was matter of fact, and not overly friendly. I ordered the Philly balls (fried mozzarella cheese balls) and a classic cheesesteak. The fried cheese was good, but one was just an empty shell. The cheesesteak was hot and fresh, but a bit bland and pretty greasy. I had to add some seasoning. Phil Me Up is one of my favorite cheesesteaks in town because I'm I whiz fan over the other. I can't find anyone else in OKC that makes them in town with whiz unless I go into bricktown and that's a hard pass. HOWEVER, there has been an occasion where I received more onions and peppers than steak. I'm sure I could I taken it back to the counter and it could have been corrected but I had been starving and already eaten the other half which had been okay. Visited the Collective last night, a Philly sounded good so I figured I'd try Phil Me Up. Service was nonexistent, there was a human there but she never made eye contact, spoke at an extremely low volume, and acted as if she wasn't excited to help me. Food took over 20 minutes to make two sandwiches with no one in line (Monday before a thunder fame) and 2 single orders before me. I've never had a Philly so dry in my life, Jersey Mikes is blowing this place away on a simple "OG Philly". Zero onions, overcooked and completely dry meat, terrible. Will happily spend my time and money somewhere else, sadly should've looked at reviews first. read more

I love warm toasted sandwiches so it's a no brained that this one was going to be good! Food came out in a decent time frame. My only complaint would be that all of their sides were fried in some way for or fashion. I'd be nice to have some lighter options. read more

Tasty and worth the wait. Stumbled across this place late after the bar. Surprise it was open. Meat was juicy and tender.

4 star food, 0 star service. Sad, because it really affected our experience here. I had classic chicken, my hubs got the chipotle philly. We agreed the chicken was supreme!!! Very flavorful. We had some basic questions about the meat, asked if we could sample before committing. We were treated like we were idiots. Almost didn't go through with the order after trying to talk to this girl for 2 minutes or less. My order came out wrong, with provolone melted instead whiz. Hubs went back in to just get whiz added. After he asked, they said "so you just want us to throw this away??", as if he was asking them to waste food they messed up. "No... please just add the whiz." It was an annoying process but it tasted great! The name on our server ticket was Hannah, but it could have been anyone and Hannah logged into the system. read more

Sadly this going to be a 3 star review due to the poor service we received upon ordering. The food was amazing- philly cheese steak sandwich and fries were delicious. The meat was flavorful and tender and the fries were nice and crispy. We arrived 1/16/21 and when we walked up to the window we were ignored by the female employee working the grill. She saw us multiple times and instead of acknowledging us she totally ignored us. Then my son ordered some cheese balls and she literally yelled at him and said he can't have them because they only have one order left. Wait, what!?!? Like why can't my son have the last batch?! Then she tells the male employee "we talked about this and he can't have them." I almost walked away without ordering. If my son hadn't been set on his sandwich I would have. Totally unprofessional behavior by the lady working tonight. Very sad because the food is great. Female employee needs to have additional customer service training.
