Large, tasty, and filling? Yes, Ma'am.

I stopped in for a sandwich while at Bleu Garten last night. The cheesesteak I ordered was generously filled, and had just the right amount of au jus, grilled sweet peppers, and caramelized onions. The bun had a chewy, brioche-like texture to it, and that really topped things off for me. The service I received? It was both courteous and fast. I hope to try the garlic aioli on something next time I visit. Yeah. Thumbs up.

The food was really good. I had the chicken tacos. I think the tortillas were homemade. If not, I'd like to know where they got them. They were great. The chicken was tender and juicy. Loved the flavors. My husband had the beef frito pie. He said it was really good too. He said there were a few too many chips and not quite enough cheese. He's a big fan of the cheese whiz cheese The wait for our food was pretty long. There were probably 10 people who ordered ahead of us so we expected a wait. 30 minutes seemed long though. It was extremely hot outside so that made it even worse. The heat is obviously not their fault, just explaining why the wait bothered me so much. There were times when no orders came out for 5 minutes. Then a group of orders came out. We actually got our order before several people who had ordered before us. Pretty much every order has the same meats on it so that didn't make sense to me. Anyway, the food was good. The wait was not.

Well the food was quite good but when paying with credit the card program screen defaults to a 30% tip which is automatically added when pressing the continuing to pay button which added a 30% tip and I had verbally requested to leave a cash tip to the cashier as I wanted to choose as it was a take out order which I planned to be 20% I clearly asked to cancel the transaction redo it and the employee claimed she did not know how to reverse the charge and stated was not trained on how to do it - this is a sad reality that makes me write a negotiable review I will not recommend a business that has incompetent employees and will never return my business to them again. The default charge was difficult to see on the small screen and I believe intentionally imposed. This is clearly an unacceptable wrongful practice. First time writer of a complaint.

Found this food truck at the Scissortail Park grand opening Friday night. Out of all the options available, the cheez whiz and shaved ribeye on a fresh baked and toasted hoagie really pulled me in. Topped with caramelized onions this sandwich is a one stop shop of deliciousness!! I can't wait to find them out on the streets again. Go support this local business and try any one of their amazing options from Frito Philly Pie to the classic Philly Cheesesteaks.

Philly. cheesesteak. tacos. They were the best thing ever. I mean seriously, I love a good philly but don't tend to care for food trucks. This place changed my mind. I go anytime they are near my work now. The tacos had the queso not the cheese wiz, although I've had both and the cheese wiz is pretty damn good. The tacos were overflowing with meat and veggies, and they were even nice enough to give me the peppers without onions. Just writing this is making me look up where they are at today.

How have I never left a review?! Y'all I have been *obsessed with this truck for years! Years of working as an event planner i regularly asked them to come to events because everyone loves them! And they literally always would sell out! First their employees are amazing! The most kind people you will ever meet- I'm serious. Second their food is to die for! The most authentic philly I have had outside of philly. And yes I have had both Pats and Genos. If you know, you know. Seriously love them. This past weekend they were in our neighborhood and boy did they deliver! And also sold out within 2 hours! Bam. They don't skimp on the portions. Every sandwich is huge! Hot, fresh and everything is made to order. Now they have tacos! Say what?! So of course I had to try those suckers out and wow! They did not disappoint. Their onions are cooked to perfection. They use actual cheesewiz (which is the only acceptable cheese for a Philly IMO). Seriously if you get a chance you have got to try them out. I promise you will not be disappointed- bring your appetite!

I'm usually not a big fan of cheesesteak but I decided to split something while working my booth at a recent festival. We got the Frito Philly Pie and surprisingly I liked it. It's a little weird to have Cheez Whiz on cheesesteak but with the Fritos, it worked. I plan to try other items next time! The brownie was dry and seemed old. Maybe it was the heat that dried it out because it was crazy hot that day. The line was long but what would you expect at a festival? It didn't take too long to get the food after placing the order.

The Texan (special of the day)

Came across this food truck at Bleu Garten. We got there at 10:56 before any of the trucks opened so the wait wasn't long at all. We tried the Philly, grilled philly (your typical philly fixings on toast vs a hoagie), tacos, and their special of the day, the Texan which had queso instead of the cheese whiz. All in all the food hit the spot! As mentioned in another post, the bread was fresh and made it easy to eat the sandwich which overflowed with meat cheese and grilled veggies. Might I suggest the option of adding jalapeños to the sandwiches?

Excellent Cheesesteak. I look forward to when they come to my work location. I always get the Philly Griller but I hear from coworkers it is all good!

Must try! I've been wanting to try this food truck for a while.. glad the boss convinced me to try it today.. Food truck came to our base today and it was by far delish! I ordered the Hello Portobello with chicken instead of steak.. and it was beyond delish! Everyone tried something off the menu and all was great and well worth the buck! Again must try!

Original Philly Cheesesteak with provolone instead of cheese whiz and a side of garlic aioli.

Disgustingly salty and greasy. Easily the worst cheesesteak I have ever had. Went straight in the trash. You've been warned!

The service was smooth and efficient, and the food came out fast without feeling rushed. When it arrived, it was hot, fresh, and clearly made with care. The presentation was on point, and the portion size was more than satisfying. Most importantly, the flavor delivered. Everything tasted bold, well-seasoned, and exactly what you hope for when you're craving something indulgent. It had that perfect comfort-food feel messy in the best way and full of personality. Easily a place I'd stop at again and confidently recommend to others.

Fries were decent, still had some crunch by the time I got to them. I tried one of the sauces on the side and it worked well with the chicken, though I couldn't tell you which one it was off the top of my head. The spot inside Parlor has a decent energy at lunch. Not loud or chaotic, just active. I was surprised how fast the order came out given there were people ahead of me. Staff were straightforward and friendly, nothing to complain about there.

Price: pricey for portion size - lobster roll is a hotdog bun size. Saltiness/seasoning: everything was just bland - the lobster tasted like the butter, and the bisque tasted like it was watered down. UPDATE: I was able to speak with Bethanie, the Customer Relations Manager, for about 10-15 minutes to discuss my concerns. Our conversation was helpful, and it appears this was likely an isolated incident. I've agreed to visit the OKC truck the next time it's in town and will update my review afterward. Because of the professional and thoughtful customer service interaction, I'm updating my rating from one (1) star to two (2) stars.
