I wouldn't care but it is almost inedible with just dry plain chicken on top of plain fries. I even clicked for extra sauce on my order The chicken was over cooked. The fries were droopy soggy with oil. The pickles were floppy,mushy and mealy textured. My salad came with nothing but lettuce. We ordered the OG and Korean chicken Couxp sandwich. Wowza. Kimchi on the sandwich is on point with the amazing drizzle sauce. The OG sandwich was a classic delicious chicken sandwich packed with flavor and a good aioli sauce. It was our first time and they hooked it up on sauces. We wanted one of each. Every single was great flavor. Fries were fresh and sandwiches are piping hot. While we didn't realize this was a good truck, there was ample parking right by the truck and a few picnic tables. The food took about fifteen minutes and we were given a little buzzer to call us up. Everything was so fresh and hot! The staff was extremely friendly! Prices are a bit steep since you don't get any sides with your sandwich, it's all a la carte. As I got deeper into the sandwich I thought the mixture of the slaw, sauce, and chicken was making for some weird textures, especially as I got closer to the middle, and that plus the change in flavor went into "it would be a waste to throw this away" territory. Best food in humboldt by far! Everything on their menu is delicious. My favorite is just the classic chicken sandwich... it puts any other chicken sandwich shop in the dust. This place is unbeatable 10/10 My only complaint is the wait time. Ordering 2 or 3 items can sometimes make you wait 30-45 minutes. I understand their kitchen is small in the food truck however.
