Forgot the name but it was all well done beef pho

super great customer service and nice people. I was skeptical about the previous reviews but I wasn't over charged or anything like what I've seen. Clean place and the food was amazing. Currently pregnant and this is will be my new obsession. Friend got the chicken noodle pho and that was delicious. Eggrols were fire too! I would 100% go again.

My husband and I really enjoy this pho spot. Don't be fooled by the looks because the food tastes delicious and pretty consistent. I decided to try the bun bo hue and let me tell you... I've been looking for a good bun bo hue in fresno. A tad bit oily but so flavorful! The pho broth is good too. They're very generous with the meats and the portions are bigger than average. I have not tried any of their rice dishes so I can't speak for those but I often see other people order it.

    My FAVORITE Pho 1

For my husband our 14 years anniversary of being together we decided to spend it at our favorite restaurant in Fresno. The never changing atmosphere and delicious pho broth that will bring us right back to nine years ago when we used to come by often for a quick delicious meal together. The service provided and customer satisfaction is always great to have here ! Thank you for always providing us with quality service.

4/14/23 Getting lunch! Two chicken Pho, shrimp spring rolls with an extra peanut sauce ordered. The worker was a little difficult in getting the order, but hoping it's right. He even hung up right up after taking the order without getting a name or giving a time when it would be ready. Strange. Fingers crossed! I went in to get it. FYI! Cash only and he didn't say so, but of course they have an ATM in there where they take another deduction. Not right. The restaurant is large. Open. Clean and safe. They have a picture of Marilyn Monroe on the wall and that was different. The last thing I'd expect to see in a Vietnamese restaurant. Oh well! Lunchtime! I got it ready. They didn't include an extra peanut sauce like asked. =( Luckily, the chicken pho was pretty good! They include hot sauce to spice it up and make it better. Good amount of chicken, fresh jalapeños and sprouts. Really good how it is easily set up to put it all together separately. The shrimp spring rolls were small from what I've had before, but still good. Only 2 little shrimp in each roll. Really good peanut sauce. That is separated as well from the nuts. You add them to the sauce. Hot sauce included there too. Mother said hers was good. She said it tasted fresh and she liked the spring roll too. Said it was small, but good. The small chicken pho is a plenty amount for 1 person too. Wished the experience was better, but the food was good. Earned an extra star.

Phö with brisket and filet mignon, notice the huge helping of basil, springs, and lime!

Passing through on my way to Yosemite and wanted some phö so I looked for a place that looked like they did it right. Im from Stockton so I usually ate homemade phö growing up and get really picky with restaurants and, Im telling you, they do it right. The broth was a little potent but that's classic homemade flavor. They were very kind and whoever says anything about the service is crazy. The service is literally the best service I've ever had at a Viet place. Ever, ever, ever. If you are in Fresno and want phö, this place is literally #1! Its right in the name! Will be my go-to spot when I pass through from now on

I'm obsessed with their Pho. I always get the #00 XX bowl with a side of spring rolls. So delicious. I love how easy it is to get my order. They know exactly what I want. I would eat here everyday if I could.

While we enjoyed our food here, the service and atmosphere wasn't that great. Most pho restaurants bring out their pho within 5 minutes, no matter how busy it is. This place took a good 20-30 minutes to do so. The place definitely is outdated and dirty and so hot inside. Fresno is normally a very hot city but man, having no A/C inside was torture. Prices were much cheaper than socal pho restaurants though. It's not a bad pho restaurant but I think I've had better.

I love this place, the smoothies never disappoint, great customer service , this place is underrated

Wanted to give this place a shot because it's close to my new work place and really enjoy it!…read more It's attached to the Tea Shop, which you have to walk through first to get to the restaurant. You'll then have to wait to be seated at the register. I think this set-up is kind of awkward but hey, at least they have cute sidewalk seating. There are plenty of tables and long benches to sit at and the restaurant itself feels clean and well-lit! The staff are super helpful also. Tried the House Special Beef Pho and it was pretty tasty! You do have the option to order your dish with regular thin noodles, flat noodles, or egg noodles. The broth is basil-y and the flavor has great depth. They have a self-serve station for condiments where you can grab some chili oil, jalapeños, bean sprouts, and lime. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that I don't feel too bloated after eating here (compared to other pho restaurants). Been enjoying this restaurant and eating here at least once a week!

My memory is shot. I don't want to be handing out 5 stars so easily but I think they deserve it. The restaurant is very clean, and I love the little Asian lanterns they have, all different, above each table. Plenty of seating. When we got there (a little after 5), there was only one other table occupied... by the time we left (6:30), every table was nearly taken. Our waitress, as well as the other on the floor, were both very welcoming and friendly. They handled the service remarkably as a team. The fact that they were a packed house and still were very attentive with us, checking how we're doing, checking on our water refills... these are the little things I appreciate most (and, of course, good food). I got the Pho with the Fatty Brisket, my friend got just the Steak Pho. They have a bar against the wall with all garnishes you may need to grab what you'd like. This is pretty smart... It saves them from waste. Instead of giving people items they may not use-- they would just grab what they'd like themselves. My friend grabbed her goodies, I prefer mine as is. To me, if your broth is good and doesn't require me to flavor it... I'll eat it just like that (unless I feel like adding spice). I've only ever been to a few other Pho places where I had to season up the broth myself...definite no no for them. All my friends who have gone out to eat Pho with me know I eat it just how I get it. Pho from my Mama is a different story though... I put the works (not because it's not flavorful) but, it's just different. Moving on... They also have a Teazona in their establishment. I've tried a few different drinks in the past but came to regularly deciding on the Tiramisu Milk Tea (no flan for me, light boba). Make sure to shake it well. You can also let them know your preference on the level of sweetness. We both got this tonight and it nearly tipped me over on the full scale. Couldn't finish it. Everything was really good though. Pho was the perfect choice for this weird, gloomy weather we've been having. The price is a bit up there but that seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. But-- for the portion, the quality, and the service? Worth it.

I think this is the only place that also sells bone marrow and once they sell out for the day, they are out! it's very popular! If you love caffeine please try out their iced Vietnamese coffee too! So delicious and strong! I've had their spring rolls and just two, those things are huge and fulfilling! We were asked for our phone number told it was a 20 minute wait. We decided to walk the little shopping area and were called before the 20 minute mark. Order Pho #1 no tripe with extra noodles. The server suggested he get the large for $1.50 extra which would give more broth, meat and noodles. SOLD! Pork chop plate, sub rice with veggies and it came with eggs, sauce and broth. I have already reviewed both and both are outstanding. I came here to say AGAIN. I do not eat bones in public, but it feels MANDATORY for me here to chew on the pork chop bone! I love the perfectly caramelized, crispy bits and just can't contain myself. You can taste the depth, richness, and care that goes into it. It's incredibly flavorful without being overpowering, comforting without feeling heavy, and perfectly balanced every single time. Seriously, this is the kind of pho you crave constantly after trying it once. Their pork belly banh mi is honestly my favorite in the world!!! The pork belly is perfectly tender with just the right amount of crispiness, the bread is fresh and crunchy, and all the flavors come together perfectly. I've tried banh mi from so many places and nothing compares to this one. The dipping sauce ! Are you kidding me?!! And the ban xeo? Absolutely to die for. One of the few to have an open bar as well. I ordered the 2nd option Pho on the menu along with an iced Vietnamese coffee which plus tip, came out to $36. Food: Their Pho broth is one of the best I've had. I've eaten at many places in the Bay Area and Orange County and this one wins hands down. Broth had the right amount of saltiness where I didn't need to add much. And you can actually taste the spices which I'm pretty huge on. Big flavor bomb indeed. Cons: My only knock is skimming on the noodles and meat. For $18, you do pay a little higher than most places. I'd definitely pay that for the quality alone but felt shorted.
