This is absolutely my favorite Pho place so far! They're are quick and friendly, and the service is even better if you dine in! Sriracha and Hoisin sauce at each table and the to go order (that i placed today since it was a bit busy) comes with all the bean sprouts and things on the side! The pho is good, but I usually get the grilled chicken and rice for a delicious, quick, and healthy lunch. It's just a bowl of rice, with steamed broccoli, and two well-seasoned grilled chicken thighs. It comes with a tasty sweet vinegar chili sauce, and I add some Sriracha for a little extra heat. There aren't many pho options in the area, but this one has been one of three I've purchased from between northern and central PG County over the last 10 years or so. The pho soup is full-flavor and delicious. The takeout experience has evolved over the year; especially post 2020 lockdown. But the quality has remained consistent. The customer service is basic. The parking situation depends on your purpose at Beltway Plaza Mall, where this restaurant is located. If you're visiting only for pho, the parking situation might seem terrible as they don't have dedicated store-front parking and parking on that side of the mall historically is challenging. There is indoor seating and the ample space to move around in the dining room. Overall a good experience and it will continue to be one of my pho options. read more

I got the number one with all the beef cuts and my friend got beef and broccoli. My pho needed some love with chili oil and sriracha and it was nice for this super cold day. I can only speak for the pho, which I have had on multiple occasions. The interior is inviting, and there's a pretty cool looking tip jar thing right near the register. I noticed that a woman walked in and the cashier knew what she wanted to order before she even said anything. Good sign there! There's a great selection of meat combinations for the pho, and a large only costs around $8! I haven't eaten inside the restaurant itself yet, but I do know that once I get home, I can fill a pretty large bowl with the fixings I leave with. I mostly come here for the beef noodle soup-Pho, which I have gotten several times as take out but decided to dine in this time. The pho is pretty good, and the portions are quite filling (they come in small and large). The pho is well made a very rich broth. Also, the prices are very reasonable. They also have other dishes and bubble tea, which is just okay. However, there is little to no customer service and this is the reason for my rating. Staff was very respectful, but did very little to ensure your comfort/satisfaction. After your meals, you have to go pay in front at the cashier, but no one makes that clear (a little FYI). What I was most impressed by was the softness of the noodle and the depth of the broth. They really paid attention to the basics of what makes a good pho. While not terrible, the portion size was smaller than other competitors and the broth was mediocre at best. When I got home, I realized that they also did not provide any lime or sriracha sauce.
