I'm not sure because the owner is Korean or Vietnamese, but they should research the Vietnamese food before they open a Vietnamese restaurant. Moreover, the staffs who were Korean laddies very rule. Spotted this because of the huge white tent with tables and chairs in the parking lot of Zion Market on Beach Blvd. You order and pay inside then they will serve to your outdoor table. Food came out hot and quick. Egg roll was pretty crispy and peanut sauce of the spring roll was top-notch. I ordered the regular size well-done brisket, rare steak noodle soup. It hit the spot, broth was very tasty with a good amount of meat and onions. Husband enjoyed his pork chop with sunny side up egg rice meal. Big menu with pictures and reasonably priced. Honestly, the pho is not that bad here. And I love how much they give you! Their portion sizes are ginormous and for that reason, they definitely deserve 4 stars. The broth is pretty average and the spring rolls are bland as usual. However, it's definitely edible and affordable. I am so sad to say that they don't have any more sriracha here. They have this off-brand watered down sriracha that definitely cannot fill the shoes of our beloved real sriracha. The service here is alright. They forgot about our order and we had to wait a bit longer than everyone. It took ~30 minutes for us to get our food. Usually at pho restaurants, it takes less than even 10 mins since the broth is constantly cooking. It was fine though, we understand that there was a lot of people in the restaurant. The place inside is very bright and decently clean. I think the ambiance did get better after the renovations! It seems more lively in there for sure. I also love that they close fairly late because pho is such a late-night craving. Many restaurants close early near here so definitely a bonus to close so late! Overall, I would recommend this pho place to anyone in the area, especially for a late-night munchie sesh. I do come here pretty often but that's because I only live a few minutes away. Im not sure if they think more noodles than soup is better, but this is what the disappointment was. There were so much noodles that it absorbed the soup. It should be 50/50 not 90/10. The egg rolls were yummy but at any pho place you can't go wrong with egg rolls. The broth to my pho was not flavorful and you definitely have to dress it up. It's just today I wasn't in the mood to do so but I had to get a side of pickled onions, lemon, sriracha, and Worcestershire sauce. The service which I am huge on was trash! I can't stand feeling like it's too much to ask for things such as napkins & extra lemons. I wouldn't give them another chance because of the terrible customer service. We love coming to this spot after a long day and night spent at DISNEYLAND & CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE Park, specially when we leave DISNEY @ 11PM or 12 midnight. And the drive is not bad at all it's about 10 min drive right off the freeway on BEACH BLVD. Parking - You don't have to worry about parking at all, lots of parking stalls specially right directly in front of the Resturant. Food - I love getting their #6 Pho it comes with beef balls and beef brisket and they have 2 bowl sizes small and large. I normally get the small cause it's already a lot. And we also get their PORK CHOPS with white rice *Pork chops so yummy and soft. Also we get their SUMMER and SPRING ROLLS as well. So if you looking for a spot to GRUB on late at night *PHO 21 is the spot @ Buena Park.
