Interior entrance.

We love this restaurant but there are quite a few Vietnamese restaurant by the same name so it's hard to locate the right one to post my review. They do all their dishes perfectly. Staff are attentive. Portions are hefty. Prices reasonable. So I am posting the exterior and interior photos so others don't get confused.

Favorite Vietnamese place in Tampa. Food is always fresh and flavorful. Love ordering the create your own rolls with lemongrass beef or pork. Bun Bo hue is also excellent here. Their family style dishes are also soo good (pictured here) Well priced and good service!! Lots of variety to choose from. Clean and bright & airy spot to grab food with friends and family. Chef is always very accommodating for spice levels! Just ask! Give this place a try.

This is an additional review. My daughter and I went for valentine's day. She loves Vietnamese and Korean food so for her Vietnamese fix we normally dine here. Per usual we got pho (sliced beef), pork egg rolls, and fried dumplings. It was all fresh and my waiter was so sweet and accommodating. The ambiance was peaceful and very family friendly.

It's smells so musty in there. I go there all time out of convenience and don't know if I noticed it got worse after the storm. It actually smells like sewage BUT The food is good and I like that they have a full bar. It's a shame they don't market this place to be more like a lounge with how awesome the bar set up is. Turn the lights down around 8 and crank up some good music. Have apps and martini specials or something like that.

Pros: Clean interior and some decent ambience .This is one of the few pho places you could bring a date. The servers were helpful in answering any questions and being friendly. I love Saigon Deli, but it's kinda like a crazy cafeteria in there lol. Fair prices for food. Solid pho. This is no 3 for me with Saigon Deli at 1 and Saigon Bay (56th street) at 2. This is just a hair behind S. Bay. The broth is serviceable, but there were no fresh jalapeno slices with my food. 7.5/10 Open Sundays and till 930 pm. Cons They don't serve banh mi sandwiches of any type unfortunately. Sad Panda The wait to get your check is too long. After finishing and waiting 20 minutes, I just went to the main entrance and asked for the bill. Overall: If you're in the USF area/New Tampa area and you want some pho without driving too far, this will get the job done.

I am a sucker for pho, and this one was pretty good. I usually always get the regular sliced beef, and this broth was very nice and sweetly delicious, you can never go wrong with it. The beef stew pho was alright, i'm not the biggest fan. The crab rangoons were also not bad, very cream cheesy. There's a lot of seating, and it's in a nice little plaza. Our server was kind and brought the food out very quickly. Not bad! but not my favorite place.

My family and I have been going here for many years and I can't believe I thought I had a review up already! I may be a little biased but honestly Pho Quyen is one of the better Viet cuisines in the USF area. While I'm not the biggest fan of the Pho, the other dishes are always a hit and I love trying different items. My top faves that I highly recommend are of course the fresh summer rolls, the roasted quail app or the pepper shrimp app; the cubed butter beef with a side of fried rice; newest fave is the angel hair with grilled pork; and finally, my most fave since they are the only ones that offer it around here, whole fried pompano. When I ask for it, the owner generally knows who it is lol! Do yourself a favor and try out these dishes. I've watched this place come a long way and are well worth becoming your favorite as well. Huge shout out to Tommy and Stephanie for being the awesome servers that help keep this place popping! I look forward to seeing them when me and my bf come by.

My sister and I stumbled across Pho Quyen while we were in the plaza getting teastori. Our meals were perfect for a rainy day. The staff is very efficient and gets your meals to you quickly. : absolutely love, will come back, can't wait to try more things and bring people here : pretty good, some quality issues, would return again : simple stuff, nothing crazy here, location could not be clean or employees not friendly : I may give this place a chance to improve at least one more time : I will not be returning here

Ordered without boba... yet...

As we drove back to Orlando on our last day of our Florida trip, my lovely partner was in the mood for some Pho, and she found this location. The decor was a bit more modern than most Pho restaurants I've been to over the years, but nothing to write about. We were seated pretty quickly and had our orders in less than 10 minutes. We both wanted the Pho Quyen Dac Biet, so that was a quick and easy order. We actually took more time picking our smoothies. I had the avocado smoothie while she had a mango smoothie, both without boba. My smoothie was horrible. Almost no avocado flavor, and the ice wasn't blended well. My lunch date's mango smoothie wasn't blended well either, and oddly had boba balls in her drink after explicitly stating not to add them. When our Pho bowls came out, they look quite decent. Broth was not cloudy and had a nice flavor. They did remember that my partner emphasized not to add cilantro to her meal, so it was nice to see they left it on the side plate with the jalapeños and bean sprouts. I would say the Pho was OK. Would I recommend this place? Maybe if you really want some Vietnamese food.

It was perfectly balanced with crispy bread, flavorful, tender pork, and fresh ingredients that made every bite incredible. You can tell a lot of care goes into their preparation. The pho was just as impressive. The broth was rich, aromatic, and full of depth, exactly what you want in a great bowl of soup. It was comforting, fresh, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. On top of the delicious food, the service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful Vietnamese food, Pho 813 is definitely a must-visit. Highly recommend!

If it's cold or there is a heavy rain storm outside there is a 85% chance you will see me here for dinner. It just makes sense. I throughly enjoy a lot of things about pho813. From the sauces on the table to the attentive waiters this is the spot. I've done solo dates, group events after sports and birthday celebrations here and everybody enjoyed their meals. Also the bar seating is clutch for solo outings. I don't have to worry about occupying a 4 top and you can chop it up with the staff behind the bar. Heck yeah. Once I was blocked in by the owner/manager in the car lot (I may have parked in the staff parking becuase it was so busy) and when I told the staff a man came out in full 3 piece suit and we laughed our way to the car and he told me he thought I was apart of the kitchen crew so why not park behind me. A great vibe accompanied by great food. I love this place. I can't wait to come back and try more and more dishes and up those 4 stars to 5!

I also tried their Bo kho which is the beef stew, they have the mini Vietnamese tacos very crispy, and other options like the broken egg rice and vermicelli noodles to pair with pork and fish sauce. They also have banh bo lot which is a popular option people love to get as well as dessert options like making your own Che. Ambiance is a tight space, parking is also tight, you for feel crammed. However, it also gives that homey vibe like as if you're walking into your grandmothers home.. service was good, our plates were cleaned but they do rush you in a way if there's a wait for bigger parties. Unfortunately, it's a buffet style so you can't have dietary restrictions when you come here..

The wife enjoyed a small roast quail for $5 and a serving of 5 garnished clams in the shells for $10. She did not like the $15 garnished bowl of beef slices/pig elbow/cheap canned luncheon meat/and pig blood noodle soup as she says it lacked flavor and she was not thrilled with the cook wiping down the countertop and handling her food with the same gloved hands. I only had a skewer of 4 large chunks of grilled pork belly at $7 and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll come back just for the pork belly. The vendors all were very polite and patient as we had many questions about prices and portion sizes. There was a DJ kicking out several nice tunes with his mixer. Nice job whoever you are! You do need to be vigilant when it comes to product prices. For example, a vendor was selling grilled wieners on a skewer for $7 each without bun, or typical condiments. I instead opted for a huge Sam's club polish dog in a bun with large 30 oz. drink with napkins and all the condiments I needed, and I topped it off with a rotisserie chicken, all, for a total of $6.81. There are some vendors with already cooked food for sale before opening. Parking gets challenging after opening so I would recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before opening for a better chance for a parking space. Overall, I had a nice time at Saigon Summer Nights this winter with its fun lively atmosphere and tasty food, for the most part. We will be back for sure!
