Food was decent. Lots of different things on the menu you don't usually find at all the Vietnamese restaurants which makes it a bit unique on the Tampa side. Pho broth was ok. Lots of different things for everyone in the group including vegetarians. Service was good we came in with a group of 11 about an hour and a half before closing so that blindsided them. Lots of different drinks to choose from and then desserts by the front.

Such a great spot. The menu pulls dishes from multiple regions of Vietnam, so there's a lot more to explore than I'm used to seeing. Everything tasted so fresh and was incredibly flavorful--definitely one of my new favs. And if you leave room for something sweet, the yogurt at the front counter is a must try!

Came in for lunch with my friend. The place was quite busy. The aroma of the place is so inviting and just makes you hungry. We both got pho and I ordered the spring rolls for the table. I also got a Thai tea. Food and drinks were out quick. Pho was great. Spring rolls were a bit soggy on the inside. Thai tea was really good. Service a bit slow and we never got the check so we just walked up front and paid. Staff so friendly. Will definitely be back.

I was craving Vietnamese food so I grabbed my friend for a late lunch. Pho Huong just opened a month ago, spacious restaurant few blocks away from Saigon Deli. Our server Ten was sweet and courteous. To my surprise, this place doesn't offer Bahn mi sandwiches (crying emoji), So we opted for some of their popular dishes like pork and shrimp spring rolls, Phó and Bún. While the presentation was on point, the food was OK. Ive had better Pho and the pork from the bun was overcooked. Overall, I've had better experiences at other Vietnamese restaurants.

Family & friends gathering to celebrate the new year over good food and company. Large party which we didn't expect the location to have limited seating so our party had a 20min wait, but it flew by after reviewing the extensive menu. Seriously it felt hard to decide on what to order for everyone. I saw many Goi /salad options, Mi quang, Bun Rieu, Bo Ne, Rice & vermicelli dishes, soups egg noodles & rice noodles, & pho, fried rice, Banh Xeo, hot pot, porridge, pad thai, pho Ap Chao, shrimp dishes, too many to name but definitely something for everyone. We opted for the family meal with some other dishes & everyone was happy with the taste & portions. Krab Rangoon is not your typical cream cheese block inside crispy wonton, it was more yellow and we all concurred it was more like a deviled egg or omlete with some cheese, it got 50/50 from adults and kids some who liked it some who didn't. Personally it was tasty since I'm not for the block of white cheese. Banh Hoi heo nuong - grilled pork with fine weaved vermicelli came with greens for wrapping. Hu Bo kho - white noodle beef stew, meat was so tender, noodle was thin like pho I thought it was supposed to be thick white, but still tasty Mi Hoanh thanh & Xa xiu - egg noodle soup with BBQ pork & wontons. Lemongrass chicken Caramelized catfish & pork ribs Canh Chua ca - traditional sweet sour fish soup great over rice Everything was so tasty even down to the 3 color dessert. Found a new authentic spot for food. Grand opening 2 months ago they said.

The new look of an old restaurant finally established and reopened today. The menu is very extensive. It has a lot of good choices, street food, authentic food, something we eat at Hanoi. Chim cut roti roast quail to start. It is a bit sweet compared to normal quail but it has good flavor. Recommended. For the main dish we got duck congee. My said that is a bit fishy but I think is good once you mixed in with congee. The next dish is the L6 Bun Cha Hanoi style grilled pork. This very similar to the one we had in Hanoi. It is pork patties with marinated sweet sauce. Recommend this dish. Overall they are good and so do the service. Overall is good to revisit restaurant.

Highly recommending this restaurant. The food were well prepared and delicious. The services were excellent, they really go above and beyond, very friendly and professional people. The ambiance is cozy and family accommodation. Well kept and very clean. I took a few pictures but not all the dishes we ordered for a party of ten. Definitely, I will go back again. The main point was the delicious food and people working there. These were some of the appetizers and not the main dishes and salad. I got distracted with eating and not to mention the drinks too. LOL Next time I will take more pictures.

Food was delicious. Authentic food with tons of options. The service was quick. The staff were fantastic and polite. Had good ambience and was super clean. Going back soon.

We came in super hungry (3 of us) and ordered a lot, but everything was sooo good! Shoutout to the friendly server who took care of us at lunch on 04/26. The presentation was really nice too. My favorite was the salad, and the 'nam tom' was so well-made I dipped it with literally everything lol. I'll be back next time I'm in Florida!

It was our first time here, since my daughter practices at a gym that's close by. I will say, I was quite impress! The staff were friendly, attentive, and very polite. The food was amazing! Well presented and such delicious food! My husband is pretty picky with his pho broth, so if he said this place was good-- it's good. Our server was Peter and he's super awesome... so give him kudos if he serves you when you visit this restaurant in Tampa! We'll definitely be coming back for more.

Few times have I been genuinely surprised by a restaurant, but man let me tell you about Pho Huong. First off, I have only seen family dining options three times at a restaurant. This option allows large groups (6+) to order a group order rather than individually. Big plus. Secondly, the flavor. The flavor, the flavor, the flavor. This was the first Bo Kho I've tasted outside of family meals that tasted like real genuine Bo Kho. Great job. The Bun Bo was extremely balanced between the shrimp paste, lemon grass, and beef flavor. The beef loaf was homemade as well, which was a bonus. Overall, 5/5, and definitely a must try spot for locals, people from near the area, and if you're a tourist to FL like me it's worth stopping by to get a hot bowl.

Most delicious pho with beef rib. Flavor was amazing.

The service was great, Delane my waitress took my order and checked in on me at the right intervals of time to see if I needed anything. The manager "chino Jay" also warmly greeted me and made me feel welcome. I requested some extra "beef tendon" for my Pho and he quickly responded to fulfill my request. Speaking of PHO: The pho was excellent -- rich, clear broth with plenty of tender beef, fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and that perfect balance of savory and brightness. Exactly what you want in a big bowl of pho. The grilled short ribs plate was another standout. Beautifully charred, flavorful meat served with a fried egg, yellow rice, fresh cucumber, tomato, pickled veggies, and a solid dipping sauce. Everything on the plate worked together. The bánh mì was fresh and well-built -- crisp baguette, good filling, plenty of pickled carrot/daikon, cucumber, and cilantro. No sogginess, just solid execution. They even got the Vietnamese iced coffee right -- strong, sweet, and properly iced in a big glass mug. Portions are generous, the food tastes authentic, and the place feels clean and welcoming. If there is a charge, restaurants usually let you know beforehand, and it is typically around $1 to $2 per cup. At this restaurant, no one clarified that there would be a charge, yet we were charged $5.50 per cup, while their actual drinks cost only $6. If we had known, we would have just ordered actual drinks instead. It is not about the amount of money. It is about transparency and honesty with customers. As for the food, it was overpriced and lacked flavor. I ordered their special Vietnamese udon (bánh canh đặc biệt), but they had the audacity to serve me Japanese udon. That is not bánh canh. Vietnamese bánh canh and Japanese udon are completely different in taste, texture, and preparation, so this was especially disappointing and felt disrespectful to a traditional Vietnamese dish. We also tried their "most popular" dish, mackerel snd fish cake noodle soup (bún cá thu chả cá), and unfortunately, it was completely bland and lacked flavor. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Between the disappointing, overpriced food and the lack of transparency regarding the charges, the experience left a very bad impression.

Vietnamese buffets are not a common business model, and from other types of buffets you know that sometimes the quality can suffer, but Quan Ngon strikes a great balance between quality but also diverse options from many subtypes of Vietnamese cuisine. I won't be able to go into everything I tried (that would be a novel) but I will hit some of the highlights: - Grilled pork with broken rice: pork was marinated well, savory and sweet with a nice chargrilled taste, great with the rice + eggs + scallion oil or even by itself - Curry chicken: tastes very similar to how I remember my family does it, light but a bit creamy and with tender chicken and potatoes - Braised clay pot fish (but it's buffet style so served in a warming tray): savory, a bit sweet, tender fish that goes well with rice to soak up all the sauce - Fish sauce wings: not a super traditional dish but it's popping up all over modern Vietnamese restaurants now, slightly crisp outside juicy inside with a delicious savory sweet just salty enough glaze - Dessert (Che) bar: I'm not a huge fan of Vietnamese desserts, but I have to admit their row of Vietnamese desserts are well cooked, and sweet but not too sweet (also approved by my Vietnamese parents so you know it's legit!) For the price, the Quan Ngon Bistro buffet is more than worth it; for not too much above the price of a single entree at most other restaurants, you get to try a generous array of well made dishes.
