We had the best server tonight Tabitha! She was 10 stars on service, speediness and friendliness! She even let me borrow her cellphone charger when my phone died! The food was amazing. Food is great. Servers are HORRIBLE if you have a call in. This is the SECOND time that I have ordered and picked up and AGAIN, two different waitresses have walked RIGHT BY ME, and not even ask if I have a call in, if I've been helped, NOTHING. Not even a "I'll be right with you". This visit, I had another lady walk in 8 minutes AFTER ME, and they asked her if she had a pick up order. The pho here is delicious! Its comparable to the home made taste. Their pork egg rolls are mouth watering! Although i don't always like their service, especially when i order a to go. We gave it a second chance. The food was good however the tables are all very very sticky!!!! It kind of grossed us out. The waitress was very friendly..I feel bad for her because the owner walks around with an angry look on his face. I made eye contact with him, gave him a smile, & he just looked away. Horrible Customer service really bad I ordered a Korean sea food dish and I asked the waitress ahead about what in it she said only sea food then dish came with pork in it , of course I told her I do not eat pork so she apologized took the order back and instead of making anew order they tried to fish the pork out and brought it back and As i was eating I found pork soaked in the salsa Of course I left and they did not even offer to refund me the money . Try opening on time so we could taste your food. I have an Asian girlfriend that craves Pho. Twice we been there when its suppose to be open and you weren't. The pho itself is pretty good. They don't have an option on the menu for charbroiled chicken in the pho instead of the gross pho ga (almost raw chicken breast). Every single place in LA I've ever been to will put the charbroiled chicken in instead of the breast IF they don't already have it on the menu. I've come here 3 times and all 3 times they wouldn't do it. They already have the charbroiled chicken on the menu and i said i would pay extra. I don't understand why you wouldn't make a little tweak on the order for the customer. Not good service in my opinion. I really wish they would because this place is so close to me and I would come here all the time. The waitress said "we used to have it on the menu but now we don't so we can't do that". Food is fine however I wish we were given more noodles for the pho. They are always understaffed every time I come in here. Every single table was filthy and there's only one waitress. If saving a buck in payroll is worth lacking in customer service then I will just go get my pho from somewhere else because the wait times are ridiculous. What a find! This place was wonderfully delicious and inexpensive. I had the fried tofu and veggie Pho. It was really incredible. The soup broth was perfect, and in addition the the tofu and veggies, I received a side plate with fresh basil, cilantro, jalapeños, limes, and bean sprouts to add to my already abundant amount of soup. There were two sizes available, so I ordered the regular and it was enough for two people. I couldn't finish it all. My husband had the vermicelli rice noodles with beef, shrimp, and chicken, and again it was a HUGE serving. It was served cold like a salad with a sort of dressing on the side. He loved it. I was not a fan. My friends and I decided to go out to a new place to eat so we came here. First off, there was only one waitress working which is a horrible idea especially if the place is moderately busy. She was somewhat all over the place, and I felt bad that she was the only waitress working during the dinner hour. Additionally, it seemed like she didn't know much about the food on the menu. Secondly, they gave us metal chopsticks for our pho. The noodles kept slipping and falling everywhere. My friends and I have been using chopsticks for years, but it was so difficult to eat pho with metal chopsticks. Lastly, the food quality wasn't that great. It might have been the worst I have ever had. Honestly, if you are ever in the mood for pho or ramen, I would suggest going to Chef's Choice Noodle Bar. My uncle and I wandered in during their "Soft Open" on a whim after seeing their sign. All of my reviews start with 5 stars and work their way back from there - None of the seafood items on the menu were available - minus 1 star. We ordered the beef pho with egg rolls. The 2 large orders of pho were excellent. However, the plate of fixin's (basil, sprouts, lime and jalapenos) on the side was only about as much as you'd get for one order anywhere else. I love Pho and wanted to try a new place. I came in figuring that the Pho would be what I have heard as instant Pho ingredients, instead of slow cooked, like traditional places. Pho 88 has great servers, and we got our Pho quickly, but I was disappointed in the lack of sauces. I'm used to having the broth dark brown, but it looked like the color of chicken noodle soup, so I was disappointed. This place is great. My boss and I come here almost every Friday for our lunch break. The food is great and I definitely recommend the Spicy Noodle Soup with the seafood and well as the spring rolls (the peanut sauce is amazing). I would not recommend this place to anyone, I do Door Dash and I went in for a simple food order that only contains two items the employee that took my order was very rude and he snatched the card out of my hand and had a personal conversation on the phone while I waited for him and I didn't really bother me but when He gave me my card and receipt back he dropped them on the floor and rolled his eyes at me then I picked it up myself and when My boyfriend went to get the food from him he shoved the bag into his chest and left. There were only two waitresses for the packed restaurant. A large party came in and they were immediately served drinks. The owner came out to greet them, so it's safe to assume they knew each other. It took ten minutes for someone to take our drink order and we went ahead and ordered to prevent waiting any longer. The table next to us arrived around the same time we did and ordered before us. The large table received food before them and they canceled their food out of frustration. It took exactly 35 minutes to get our food. It was disappointing that they only give you bean sprouts and limes to top the pho, definitely needed the basil and jalepeños. The pho was mediocre and lacked flavor. First time trying today and was very excited. Upon arrival me and my husband are greeted by an obviously tired waitress bussing the tables. Restraunt was pretty full and she was doing all of the work by herself. She finally seated us and took our order. It seemed it took a good 15 minutes to get our order. Food was very hot and fresh. We ordered the #1 soup and the veggie soup with beef broth also the gyoza and combination spring rolls. Food tasted ok, kind of lacked flavor. But it just didn't seem very clean and inviting as it should be considering the area of town. Tables were disgusting and loaded with dishes. Having this sense of uneasiness made it not pleasant. I admire the waitress who held it together and kept her cool with all the responsibility she had. She definitely needed help and i overheard her tell someone in the kitchen she called a coworker and asked for help but they told her she would BE ALRIGHT! The restaurant is small and kept clean. Their pho however is very bland. Not the worst but definitely a runner up.

Spicy Korean noodle can add few more shrimp and other seafood. The one that I've ordered only have 2 shrimps and 2 slices of squid, man I paid $12.95 for that! Overall it's not worth the money it's just mainly noodle soup for almost $13.00 hmm.. Paid Too much for so little soup! Not recommending to anyone with right mind though! read more
