The flavor instantly reminded me of something my mom or grandma would make, but with a unique twist. They added a crispy fried element in the center that gave it an unexpected crunch. I came back a third time with a few colleagues who ordered pho and a variety of other dishes, including more spring rolls. Everyone enjoyed their food, and the portions were generous. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because during our dine-in visit, the experience was a bit less polished. I'm so sad to write this review. I love Rolls And Grill's shrimp spring rolls. Unfortunately on my last visit, the spring rolls were old. The wrapping was rubbery and the crunchy stick inside was moist not crunchy. They were wrapped really well, but I could tell they were made days before I ordered them. I couldn't even eat them. This is the third time I've called around 7:20 PM to check if they're still serving, and each time they say yes. I then drive over and arrive around 7:30-7:35, only to be told that last call was 7:50 and the grill is already off, so they can't serve us. It's frustrating to spend time and gas driving there after being told they're still serving, only to be turned away. The food is great, but clearer communication about last call would really help customers avoid this situation. Time is precious--please do better with letting people know when the kitchen is actually closing. read more
