This is for the dine-in experience. I had a chicken pad thai and a com dac biet (combination rice plate). The shrimp on the rice plate looked really artificially colored and the egg looked like it had been cooked and sitting for a while (based on how firm and dry the yolk was). The chicken in my pad thai was like orange chicken from Panda Express rather than the typical chicken pieces that are found in pad thai. The pad thai itself was good but on the sweet side. I had an almond smoothie which is made from a powder. It was a bit too strong. I've made these almond smoothies a lot in the past because I used to work at a boba shop and I thought this one was overly flavored. The directions on Yelp led me to a weird residential area parallel to Parker so make sure to be weary of Google maps' instructions. The interior smelled kind of funny and we were the only customers there on a Saturday evening. I think more people order to-go from here. read more

I am so glad I found this place while browsing Uber Eats! I called to ask about vegan options and they were very nice and accommodating. Placed our order of two large vegetable and tofu pho, 4 vegetable spring rolls and two sodas. They were fast and my food came packaged beautifully! Not a single spill or messy food. Very very neat packaging, we were very impressed. Turns out the portions are generous and true to their size description, since we ordered large everything, this means leftovers for lunch! I am feeling under the weather and wanted some good, spicy, nutrient rich pho. I checked Yelp! And this place was close for delivery. I ordered the large rare steak pho, which came with a very generous portion of meat, noodles and fresh veggies as well as sauce. The broth was very flavorful. I also ordered some egg rolls, which were fantastic and a taro boba. The boba arrived still frozen and was delicious. The delivery man was very friendly and overall the customer service was superb. One thing you can learn about your pho when you have it delivered during a pandemic is how fresh it is. These guys are always second to none. Husband had the rare steak pho and was fine with it, though he'll eat most anything that's comprised of noodles and broth. The egg rolls take it down to 3 stars, though. Great food and service! The owner who seems to do everything is impeccably courteous and welcoming. The food is equal to the best in town Vietnamese. The peanut sauce is unlike any other I've had it has a subtle rich flavor that doesn't shout out "peanuts". This was our first try at a pho restaurant since moving to Denver and it was just alright. We're from an area with a high Vietnamese population and know good pho (thankfully), so our standards are a little high. We played it safe with spring rolls and peanut sauce as an app, which were okay. My bf ordered the C1 plate (combo rice w/ chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp) and we liked it. I ordered a medium P11 pho (brisket, flank, steak) which was mediocre. It had a good amount of noodles and the meat was good, but the broth was bland and had a weird aftertaste even with hoisin and srirachi sauce added to help. We also noticed we were the only customers even though we went during "lunch rush" (around 1 pm). If we happen to return, we'll just stick to rice plates. read more

*Under New Management* If you are a regular, beware - new management, food and prices since early March 2019 and not necessarily in a good way. For example, the pad thai's used to have the peanuts, bean sprouts and thai food separate within the same container, now it is mixed. I usually order the seafood pad thai, which had a big real claw, it was replaced with imitation crab meat. My other half ate beef pad thai and there was significantly less meat also. The ambiance in the restaurant area is also very different, instead of the regular native music I listened to jazz. This was our favorite place, will unfortunately need to look elsewhere. read more

Driver was extremely rude, basically shoved the food into my hands and ran off to his car before I could ask where the drink was. Not a good look when your tip has been prepaid at 25%. Food was meh, nothing memorable. Second time, I waited over 2 hours before finally calling and having the order cancelled and refunded. First time I called, the lady assured me it was on the way. Second time she actually asked for my order number, making me think that such long delivery times are the standard for them and they just automatically respond "it's on the way" if you call for an update. For what it's worth, they did refund the money and I got a text this morning offering free food, but to be honest, I don't think this place is worth it. I've had a lot of pho and this broth is spot on. I got it to go, the steak comes raw in a bag which might sound weird but its wrapped really well and looks and smells amazing. It cooked in seconds after i dropped it in the broth without reheating. They give you the 2 sauces on the side along with all pho ingredients. I put an order with this restaurant and they canceled it because they told me they couldn't do spring rolls without tofu (soy allergy) or do the boba tea because they don't know how to substitute milk (milk allergy) for green tea. How can you be an Asian restaurant and not know this? The sauce is orange/red which caught me off guard from a typical pad Thai and is sweet. There was some red chili flakes in the chicken that counter acted the sweetness. I've had numerous issues when I order delivery, twice they let me put in an order for delivery and about an hour later when I check on it, they tell me they are not able to deliver my order at all and try to get me to pick it up.
