Great service as the server guided me through the menu as this is my first time. I ordered combination meat pho. The ambiance is nice, modern, clean restroom with plenty of free parking spaces. The pho served with bean sprout, Thai basil & culantro! I do love culantro & it is not cheap. I am so impress they serve that with pho here. I only order medium size and it came with 70% meat & 30% rice noodles which is rare. Typical, it is 50/50 meats& noodle ratio at other places. Quality of meats are tender, delicious & plenty! I have to take some leftover to go. Pho broth are legit beef bone broth as I can tell the different. Please if you are in Southglenn. Give Pho 95 a try & go eat Sulbing Korean shaved ice next door for dessert :)

EDIT: Aaron, the owner, kindly responded and messaged me after my review and apologized profusely and handled it perfectly and in a professional manner. My emphasis on loving the owner still stands! ORIGINAL: i would give 0 stars if i could. i've been going here for about a year, i love the owner, and i always got takeout. i got takeout today 03/27: 1 rare steak and tendon pho and 1 rare steak pho. they gave me the wrong order and gave me a rare steak and well-done brisket. i called them and they offered me credit. all good! then, i opened the actual package and found the well-done brisket and rare steak smelling like literal used shoes and had a metallic shine on it (indicating old meat). i had to call again and ask for the manager and explained what was going on with the meat. he said, "well we cut it today so".... i just asked for a full refund because i had to throw all the meat away. he hesitated a few times and it sounded like he didn't want to give me a refund, so i offered to send pictures of the meat, but he just concluded to a refund. the "sorries" were pretty flat. usually, i don't leave bad reviews because i don't want to be a karen, but management ruined my entire dinner. 0 stars. i will not be returning. you shouldn't either unless you want old meat. try pho lee or pho saigon on arapahoe instead. their management cares about their customers.

They have the Beef Stew here! In fact, I'm impressed at how large and varied the menu is. I'll have to come back and try the beef stew as my friend did not even share a little bit of his with us! That's ok though, 'cause I got a big meal myself: 9H. Wagyu Beef (Kobe Beef) with Seared Scallops. It's probably the most expensive item on the menu, over $40. I thought I'd be getting some real good beef. Which wasn't bad, but sadly, a tad overcooked. The ends were burned and it was swimming in oil on the hot skillet. What's nice about an Asian steak is the various fixings that came with the dish: seared scallops, carrots, and some greens and aromatics. I definitely used the rice that came with! Others in the group seemed to have enjoyed their appetizer (egg rolls) and mains (pho). So yes, I would recommend Pho 95. It's a good choice next to the theater for a meal before or after the movies!

I liked the people, the place, the menu, the location, but honestly I paid $30 for leftovers that I can't eat. It's a shame. I've never before seen anything this greasy. The owner came out to my car after I exited and asked why I didn't like it. While I respect that, he explained that what appeared as grease was instead, sauce, and that it was flash fried. The problem is that neither the sauce nor grease had taste or spice. When I placed several pieces of beef on a napkin, they saturated the napkin with oil. Maybe it's an oily sauce? They were generous with the beef. The beef quality was pretty good, and the vegetables were unique enough to merit praise. If it were me, I would ramp up the taste quotient in either the marinade or sauce, eliminate 90% of the oil, as it's unnecessary, and add spice. This could be a healthy dish if they used avocado oil, way less oil, and reduced the salt.

We came as a party of 6 and had to be split into 4-2 so be wary of that if you have a big party: Ordered the beef shank noodles and loved it. Noodles are house made and fresh. But walking in we were greeted in a timely fashion and being able to watch the noodles being made was awesome. Pros: large portions and friendly service. Even though it took maybe 15 minutes to get an order of steam dumplings, I can also understand that everything is made in house. We ordered the pork and cabbage steamed dumplings. Very good. I wanted to try the spicy wonton side dish. So next time. I ordered the beef and jalapeno dish. I loved it. The jalapeños weren't spicy but had a mild crunch to them. The beef was cooked really well. Had a light sauce on the bottom of the bowl that paired well with everything else. My husband ordered the Peking Wonton soup. The broth was light with a subtle taste that I couldn't identify. But it was a nice light broth. You could easily order half the menu since it's a small menu. Cons: I had to ask for our drinks, which our waiter forgot but did comp them. It was a diet coke and an unsweet ice tea. Service was a bit slower than I would have wanted. This is not a get in and out quickly restaurant. We did not see our waitress for more than half the time. But we did see other staff taking care of us. Recommended? Yes. Place is small and can fill up quickly. But the food was spot on as far as freshness of the vegetables and noodles. Staff is friendly. So those points make it a solid 4.

The service is a bit slow and its a more seat yourself and then they come to you with menus. So don't awkwardly stand there forever. The ambiance is super bright, and pretty mellow and quiet. My husband and I can never decide what to get so we opted for Chefs Tasting menu. Its $35 per person and everyone at the table has to participate. The soup was okay. It had a nice spicy kick. The kale chatt was interesting and crispy. Honestly I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Urban Cauliflower had a great flavor, kinda mushy though, but still balancer out. The tandoori chicken was tender and honestly wish it was bigger. The shrimp coconut curry was my least favorite. Just not a good combo for me. Lentils were hearty and had a cumin flavor. Goat and Lamb curry were very similar I could barely pull it apart. The butter chicken was our favorite. Garlic Nann you could eat on its own, Onion Nann always great but needed a dipper. Overall I liked it, but it was pricey for something I didnt love. Great start but onto the next :)

Definitely a place you should come eat at instead of going to the food court.
