Combo meat pho half and half broth..PERFECT

So we came back with a big group and we were able to try the curry pho, short rib pho and duck pho, holy moley YUM. All if them were good but I loved the curry pho, so different and the flavors worked!! The lemongrass chicken dumplings are fried ever so lightly, soor no pic the were so food we ate them up before I could. The service was amazing per usual. The espresso martinis are $10 and boozy..This is our favorite pho spot now!! Yay

Came here for a solo lunch mid week in September. They weren't too busy when I walked in and had the choice of sitting anywhere. I selected to sit inside at the booth. The menu isn't too extensive which is nice because everything sounded so good-- made it just a little easier to settle on something. I went with the Pho white meat chicken and mixed the traditional & house broth. Pho was phenomenal-- I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Our go to Viet spot in/near downtown. Their house special pho is like a combination of bun bo hue plus pho broth! We get this every time. The prices are great as well as you'd expect a place like this to cater to higher income individuals given the location and demographics. It's a hip, trendy, and modern looking restaurant. Their to gos even come in a very cool looking recycle bag. I love the fusion appetizers. The pho roll is def a must! They don't skimp out on the elote either.

Literally my husband and I just got to Denver and we're craving some pho! WOW!! This place is all the feels! The music was a vibe, servers were kind and helpful. We got a bowl of pho with beef meatballs and a lemongrass beef banh mi! The portions are huge!!! Also free 2 hour street parking. What a great find when visiting Denver!!! A must to visit!!!!

Went to this joint between visiting the museum of science and nature and the Denver zoo. Food: - ordered the combination traditional pho for $15 - soup wasn't very hot - brisket was chewy and did not taste fresh but the meatball and rare steak were fresh and delicious - noodles were cooked to perfection - basil, jalapeño and lime were fresh but the bean sprout were large and browning Ambience: - definitely feels geared to the younger/working population - very modern - creative drinks and creative decor - trendy music was playing even in the bathroom Service: - freaking amazing - I have never been to a pho place where they were so willing to split the bowl for you (and it was literally buying 2 bowls for the price of 1... thank you!!) and so willing to customize to your liking (such as I didn't want any of the meat so all the meat was placed in the other bowl) - taking out...they were so willing to separate the noodles from the soup too!! Parking and location: - you see a lot of folks walking around - not much to do - parking is mainly street parking but it isn't difficult as you can find free parallel parking in the neighborhood without signs (apologies to those that live in the area!) Thank you Pho & Bar for making my day and for such an amazing experience!

Yummy! I've been wanting to try this place as it's only a mile away from our house. I was first blown away by this tote bag that is reusable. What a beauty! My hubby is sick so wanted to order him some comfort food. This place did not disappoint! He is loving the broth and the rare steak pho. I got the grilled chicken pho, what a burst of flavors in my mouth. It also is very filling, I can normally eat my pho in one setting but with this one, I have left overs and also more broth. I can't wait to go see this place inside, whoever is on their design team and marketing, deserves a raise. Amazing job everyone! :)

pho & bar has a really cool bar and cute outdoor seating area. this is a great place for late lunch or dinner. i really enjoyed my vegan pho. i thought the flavors were just right. also, free refills on soda! my waitress was great as well.

I've been wanting to come here for a while, but it's always busy! I finally met up with friends here one Saturday afternoon for lunch, and we all had to park several blocks away. Just be prepared to wait at least an hour. Service was fast, but it's a little chaotic. We were seated at the bar, and I loved the fusion between Asian restaurant and sports bar vibes. I ordered the Combination House Pho which was DELICIOUS! Plenty of noodles and meat, and the thought of the broth makes my mouth water. I did throw a wrench into my own plan by asking for Vietnamese Coffee to-go. It was totally forgotten about until I managed to flag someone down, who then personally prepared my coffee. Totally coming back again!

What a great spot that I can add to my list before I have a concert at the nearby venues (Fillmore and Ogden). This is a more Vietnamese fusion serving great rolls and drinks! Atmosphere is definitely more upscale and hip, you won't expect authentic pho (which I recommend actually going to more authentic places like Pho Saigon, or any of the great hole in the wall places on Federal). House Pho is almost like a Bun Bo Hue but meant for people are not used to spices and the other offerings you typically get. Broth is fairly light, I had to add a decent amount of hoisin and Sriracha to bring up the flavor profile. It's cheap but compared to other places in Denver, you get less here. Toppings are in the light side. The beef pho rolls were a hit! The fish sauce based sauce was amazing and all of the flavors blended well. It was definitely a flavor bomb! Crunch garlic and shallot bits as well as fresh herbs really elevate this dish. You won't expect the best Vietnamese food here, but for a fusion it does it good. I would highly recommend their apps, but pass on the pho.

Great modern Vietnamese restaurant. I came with my partner for a date night and we split the pork egg rolls and the bowl of House Pho with brisket. I really appreciated that they split the bowl up into 2 smaller bowls for us to share. The House Pho tasted like a fusion of pho and bun bo hue to me, which is another traditional Viet noodle soup. I really liked it and would recommend it if you like something a little more savory and spicy! The egg rolls were good although I wish they included 4 instead of 3. They had some cocktails on the menu too but I didn't feel like drinking. Next time!

Pho & Bar is one of my go-to's with it being a close walk from me. It's a modern Vietnamese restaurant with great cocktails. It's small so it fills up fast, but I haven't had to wait long for a table. To start, the buffalo wings are very good, perfectly tangy with a kick. The chicken is cooked well with a slight crunch to them. Absolutely love their house pho. It is basically a Bun Bo Hue broth with pho noodles and toppings. This means it's spicy with a touch of lemongrass. It is perfectly savory and healing. Their traditional is also a good broth. Perfect for a lazy day or a day where you might need a hangover cure. And if you need hair of the dog, they have great cocktails. My all-time favorite is the Lychee Mule. So delicious and refreshing. If you're up for a challenge, they have the mega mule which can be shared with 3 other people or 2 if you're feeling ambitious. Another good one is the spicy thai bloody mary which was seasonal so isn't available any more. Pho & Bar has some of the best pho in the Denver Metro area, and I can't recommend them enough.

A pretty unique spot! I've been wanting to come and try the pho roll since it is the closest thing to a dim sum roll (Cantonese style rice crepe with fillings such as shrimp, beef, etc.) not often can you find a rice noodle sheet that is white and not translucent, it makes for a different texture. It's fun to eat and the filling was tasty. With the signature Vietnamese toppings such as peanuts and fried shallots which added a much welcomed crunch. The house pho had me sniffling! It was spicy for my standard (of course since I'm pretty weak in that department, lol) but I couldn't stop eating it! That tells me I enjoyed it very much. We came at a good time: not too busy and easy to find party. Service was friendly and attentive. The amount of food was perfect for digestion so we had room to explore this side of town with snacks in mind!

5 STARS! So bummed that we're just passing through town on a road trip because if I was a local I would keep this in rotation! It's a little pricey compared to other Vietnamese places, but I promise it's worth the splurge. Everything we ordered had great flavor and the servers were very nice. Pho & Bar was absolutely delicious , my last night in Denver so I decided to try it out and im so glad i did. O started with the Lychee mule it was a great perfect sweet alcohol ratio got myself the corn for an appetizer and Ioved it and for my entree i had the house pho with brisket , the brisket was nice and tender and the broth very delicious. The service and the Ambiance was great very attentive , the music in the background high enough to hear it but low enough to have a conversation. read more

Took my in-laws here who had never had Vietnamese food before. They loved it! All of the food was amazing. The Pho Roll had a really fancy twist to it that made it unlike anything I had eaten at a Vietnamese restaurant before. The food is very reasonably priced just be wary the cocktails are pretty pricey. My in-laws got the Lychee Mule and Pink Mojito and loved them both so the price was worth it for us. read more

5 stars for me! We didn't veer from what seems to be the restaurant's go-to's: VFC wings, pho roll, and house pho. My partner and I split everything and the server was awesome about splitting the pho into two bowls, no extra charge, without us asking! The VFC wings were delicious, although I will never be able to eat them gracefully in public :| . Pho roll was also great, we will definitely order this again in the future. But the house pho was FIRE. I haven't had such a rich, complex pho broth in quite awhile, and coming from the east coast, I generally don't expect much from Denver's Asian spots (no offense!). The pho we were served was phenomenal! I saw other reviews that disagreed, so I'm definitely curious about consistency, but we had a great experience. We snagged some drinks too - the wine list was affordable and had some good options for pairing with spicy Vietnamese food, and the cocktail list was fun! Prices were spot on, too. Will definitely return! read more

Great place to go with friends or even a date. their appetizers such as the pho roll, and fish sauce wings are a must try! their drinks are very good too. lychee mule WOO WEE it's good! i love both their pho broths they have, one is the house pho and the other one is the traditional pho. i recommend asking for a side of sate sauce to add to it. Game changer. overall the experience was great and i will definitely come back again and again! one of my favorite restaurants in denver! read more

Loved loved loved! This industrial-designed, modern pho restaurant is memorable during my time in Denver. No wait for a Sunday lunch, really hip and fun interior, but my only complaint is the service took a very long time. Now, the best part--the food! For appetizers, I got the Vietnamese Cotija Corn (Grilled Corn. Sriracha Aioli. Cotija Cheese) and it was delicious! All the right flavors together and a nice fusion twist. And you can't go to Pho & Bar without getting the house special pho. I ordered the House Broth (Spicy Beef Bone Broth. Strong flavors of lemongrass and hint of shrimp paste) with Brisket. Not only was the dish amazing, but the quantity was great value for the cost (~$10.50). Give this place a visit when you're in the Denver area! read more

This place is really good. We had the pho roll which was really good, I've never had anything like it before and we each had the traditional pho and a Hanoi cocktail. The cocktail was amazing and the pho was really good, noodles were a bit softer than I like but the broth was very good. If you have leftover pho they package the noodles and broth separately which is a plus. I'll be back to try some other dishes. Oh keep in mind that the inside is a bit on the small side, and the outdoor seating wasn't open due to it snowing/winter so there may be a small wait during peak times. read more

AMAZING PHO! I am Vietnamese, grew up next to a major Viet community, and have traveled to Vietnam several times and this is seriously some of the best pho I've eaten. I got the spicy pho (tasted more like Bun Bo Hue to me) and my friend got the traditional. The flavors were so bright and fresh. I didn't find the pho too sweet. We also got the pho rolls, solid appetizer if you love fish sauce! I got the lychee mule and it was super tasty. The were short staffed when we went but both servers were still so nice. Just be patient with them because it's so worth it! read more

Absolutely speechless. Drove down this way to check em out to find out they were closed, but I came back after and fell in love. My wife had the pho roll and I the banh mi sandwich, along the shrimp fresh rolls and vfc wings. Nothing disappointed, the food the atmosphere the staff was all absolutely amazing. We got Pho & Bar for takeout and it was delicious. I ordered the House Pho with brisket and it had the perfect amount of spice. We also got the Bahn Mi sand which with lemongrass beef, which was also delicious. It was slightly sweet and tangy. We also got the crab cheese wontons, they weren't the best wontons I've ever had. I'm still giving this a 5/5 for the Pho and the sandwich because they were bomb. read more

THIS IS A MUST! I am extremely picky about my pho and hadn't found a great place in Denver so I learned to make my own to get my fix but then...Pho & Bar opened. In their first 30 days of being open I went at least 6-8 times. It's a family owned business and they are all very kind and always enjoy the conversation. When you order your pho ask for the black garlic sauce, it will change your life! Everything on their menu is delicious plus they have a full bar with a great selection. They have a great outdoor space so there is usually not a long wait and they are great about social distancing the customers. Again, THIS IS A MUST! So happy this place open near me. Pho isn't just for a cold weather meal. I can eat pho everyday- not only is it the best hangover cure; it just hits the spot. Its a cute little hip upbeat neighborhood spot. They can use more TVs for having a bar. But beside that no complaint. The atmosphere is super clean, friendly and good vibe in general. They have a sister restuarant call Pho-Hause. I've been there as well- this location is just closer for my convenience. The wings here a perfect, the sauce has flavor and its the right amount of crispy. They aren't cheap on the wontons fillings either. The Pho-ritto is unique and so delicious. Its the pho meat with bean sprouts and basil wrapped like a spring roll topped off with basil, red tahi peppers (which are spicy) and fried onions. Then come the main event. They offer two different pho- the hous special has added spice of you like spicy and then the traditional with your choice of protein. I always get the traditional with the spice on the side. The added spice on the side is different from your sirracha, has so much more flavor, and they make it themselves. Next time I have to try their other apps and entrees. read more

Best pho in Denver! The traditional pho is amazing, so are the asian buffalo wings and spicy edamame. Only bad part about this place is that they don't take reservations so sometimes the wait is pretty long, and it's also pretty small. But the food is totally worth the wait! read more

I'll take what I can get though We first discovered Pho Haus and loved it but it was on the other side of town. When we heard that this was Pho Haus' sister shop we were so happy. Top notch pho spot with exciting items to try. We ordered the Pho Roll and it was a hit. We could have eaten more! The table tried everything from traditional to house pho for a new twist. Personally my go to is a vermicelli noodle bowl with chicken, add a side of broth for the best of both worlds. We also had hot and cold saki but the real connoisseurs know that unfiltered Nigori saki is where it's at. read more

We ordered from here via Uber eats and decided to go with the chicken banh mi, the traditional pho and the Asian Buffalo wings. My favorite item by a long shot were the Asian Buffalo wings. They were incredibly flavorful and crispy. I will order again on these alone. My boyfriend really enjoyed the traditional pho. I didn't care for the banh mi because it was a bit dry but who cares I'll just get 2 orders of the wings in the future lol read more

This small soup is very filling, and I always wonder if adding a bowl of plain rice into the soup will make this dish a complete meal. We will have to find out later. Pho & Bar is hands down one of my favorite spots! I always have to order the Vietnamese Cotija corn. It's one of the best items on the menu and perfect for sharing. The pho roll is another must-try! Such a refreshing and fun twist on Vietnamese flavors. And of course, I can't leave without getting the spicy house pho, which is always comforting and delicious. Their cocktails are amazing too. The juice boxes with liquor inside are so fun and creative! The drinks are just as memorable as the food. This place never disappoints. I accidentally ordered vegetarian egg rolls instead of chicken on two to-go meals and while I understand that mistakes happen, I was hoping for some support in resolving this issue.
