For the Leesburg area this is a pretty good pho place! It is very flavorful and the portion sizes are generous are reasonable prices. The servers are really friendly and gave us additional napkins without asking. I love how the interior is decorated with neon signs! The fish sauce doesn't already come with chili oil so you will have to ask for that separately. The duck noodle soup was tasty and filling and I love the mushroom, bok choy, and cabbage it comes with! It also came with a side of pickled carrot and radish which is a nice palate cleanser. The duck was a little dry but it was very large and the skin had good flavor. I also really enjoyed their fried egg rolls and shrimp rolls!

Fantastic Pho place in Leesburg! Popped in for dinner with my siblings to fill our hot soup craving on a chilly fall night. Pho Bar is a lively restaurant that is perfect for big groups or just grabbing a bowl of pho on your own. I got the Pho Tai (Flank Steak) and it paired perfectly with the flavorful broth and add-ins. I enjoy my pho on the spicy side and added plenty of sriracha! The service is top notch with the owners taking their time to be very hospitable to all customers. Great spot to check out if you find yourself in the area!

This might be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Loudon County if not the best. The Bahn Mi is a must have, it's super tasty and the service is always prompt.

Nobody cares club. It looks so nice on the inside. But when you get through the front door it's a bit awkward, do you stand there? Do you seat yourself? "Go sit anywhere at this point..." The service was rough. I had even started a countdown and considered leaving before we ordered anything. I ordered the vegetarian pho and it did not have any flavor at all. It was okay. Glad we tried something new but I wouldn't want to go back.

Really great Pho restaurant! Fast service, clean & inviting atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Nothing beats a bowl of pho on a cold winter day!

Tried the Mi Vit Tiem - Roasted Duck egg noodle soup, on their Grand opening day. This was the most succulent roasted duck I had in a long time. The flavor was perfect and am going back this winter(hopefully a lot) The rolls were nicely fried, can't wait to try more appetizers from their menu. Staff was patient and accommodating.

I was looking forward to trying this place out after seeing in The Burn that they had their soft opening this week. We were really hungry and the menu options looked great. We settled on the Bun Bo Hue and the Banh Canh Cua. The server was really nice and mentioned that their Banh Canh Cua was uniquely made and likely not something we were used to. I wasn't sure what that meant at the time, but I was looking forward to it. I definitely understand the growing pains of opening up a new restaurant and working through all the kinks, but wow, the food took a very long time to come out! After about 25 minutes, the manager came by and gave us complimentary iced jasmine tea and thanked us for our patience. About 10 minutes later, the bun bo hue was brought out and the first thing I noticed was how clean the broth was. It was very tasty too. When we were almost finishing up our bun bo hue, the Banh Canh Cua finally came out about 15 minutes later. Generally, that dish is very thick and starchy, but this wasn't at all and I liked it a lot! They were also very generous about the seafood (crab and shrimp) that came with it. I can definitely see why the server mentioned it was different than we were probably used to. Overall, I loved the food. The servers were all attentive and the portion sizes were pretty big. It was definitely more expensive than I'm used to paying for comparable dishes, but I'm looking forward to coming back once they get more situated. I'd recommend not going until they work out their kinks, unless you have a lot of patience.

Came here for lunch on Sunday knowing it was their soft opening week. The decor is super nice!! Love the face lift - modern, bright and inviting. We got nem nuong rolls and summer rolls. I was expecting the typical yellow sauce for the nem nuong instead of the hoisin sauce. Ehhh ok. The rolls lacked the sausage, just some thin slices. I was expecting some very generous thick slices for the price. It was mostly veggies. Summer rolls were good - could use some more deveining for the shrimp but no big deal. The appetizers left much to be desired. Both of us got pho. I got the special combo and he got tai, nam. I don't love that I couldn't order a small. I couldn't finish the one sized bowl. It was rather on the high priced side at $15 and I felt like the meat quality could have been better. It was very chewy and my tai was well done and tough by the time it got to me. I got mostly tendons and there were two very small meatballs. Could have made up to be a whole one. Our table didn't get any hoisin sauce for the pho and didn't need any since the broth was on the salty side. They were overwhelmed and seemed to be understaffed at the time. Overall - pricier compared to many pho places around the area. Will try their other dishes but for a pho bar - I was expecting more.

B9. Chin, Nam, Gau, Gan First time eating at pho bar, the first thing you notice is the wonderful decor and layout of the place. Very well designed and welcoming, the atmosphere of the Pho Bar plays well on its name! The food itself is also another main attraction of Pho Bar, very large bowl of Pho with many options to choose from. For those who aren't in the mood for Pho there are other great menu items to choose as well. Will be dining here again

Appetizers calamari (unusual but really tasty crust) and sweet and sour cauliflower (different crust and crispy kale with yummy sauce). Entrees osso bucco and braised short ribs both really marvelous but the short ribs - oh.... They gave my friend her choice of any dessert for her birthday so she got the souffle with a fancy presentation. I splurged on the entremet which was gorgeous and yummy and not overly sweet despite being a million different chocolate things. I stuck to the sweet prosecco and my friend enjoyed several different wines - liking one red blend so much she bought a bottle. We capped the night with Carmel cappuccinos - smooth and creamy. The food and drinks were fantastic, as was the OUTSTANDING service we received from Jason. An excellent night - we'll be back!

We were here for a birthday meal for my husband, which we noted on the reservation. The good: Service, while not great, was ok. She asked if we were here for anything in particular and I mentioned his birthday (which in many places, they would have known from the notation on the reservation, but again, this was not something that bothered me in particular.) The rest: First, the food. Our appetizers were on the "specials": a watermelon salad and crab stuffed squash blossoms. The watermelon was good overall, but with the current issue of cyclospora outbreak, we probably would have picked something else if the menu had noted that one of the ingredients was arugula. I realize that this is just us being overly cautious but it would have been good to know in advance. The squash blossom stuffing tasted more like tuna than crabmeat. Edible but not that good. It got worse with entrees. Husband ordered the ribeye and I had the short rib. I was actually shocked to see that steak: it was SO thin. Wish I had thought to take a picture of it. Due to this, it was overcooked - almost impossible not to do so for such a thin piece of meat. A ribeye at Texas Roadhouse would have been superior to this, and probably half the price (it was criminal to charge $58 for this.) Also nowhere on the menu did it say that the seasoning in the steak was spicy. Again - would have ordered something else had he known that. Short rib was dry and the reduction sauce was overly salty. The goat cheese potato puree that accompanied both tasted good but there was so little of it that it was more of a suggestion of a side than an actual side. We skipped dessert and asked for the check, which took a long time to arrive. Eventually the waitress arrived, apologized for the wait, and set down an empty plate with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate syrup with a birthday candle. Huh??? Either give some kind of dessert or don't bother! We would have rather had no acknowledgement than this waste of time and dirtying a plate. To be clear - we weren't looking for a free dessert; we were ready to go and would have ordered something if we wanted it. But this is just weird. I'm sorry to see this place go downhill. It is overpriced and lacking in the quality that it had in past years.

The food was beautifully presented and the wine pairing was superb. Definitely recommend having them pair your wines. The grilled shrimp was a great start. The sparkling rose made the shrimp taste even better. The goat cheese ravioli was probably my favorite savory dish of the evening. The sweet sage-maple syrup-tomato sauce was fantastic. The Sancerre was pleasant with it, although I thought the ravioli itself was more impressive than the pairing. I had to order bread so the sauce wouldnt go to waste. I ordered the lamb medium rare, but it arrived closer to medium, and initially it was somewhat underseasoned. After adding salt and pepper and getting some of the thyme from the plate into the bite, the lamb became significantly better and worked better with the Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The creamed spinach underneath was delicious on its own, but I didn't enjoy it with the wine. Interestingly, the absolute highlight of that wine pairing was the braised garlic. The sweet, mellow garlic and Châteauneuf-du-Pape were wonderful together. Dessert was the highlight of the entire pairing. The lavender ice cream was outstanding, the Chantilly surrounding it was light and delicious, and the strawberry sauce wasn't overly sweet. The Sauternes was excellent with the dessert, particularly with the fresh strawberry. This was the pairing where the food and wine truly made each other better. Even though I was one of the last diners of the evening, I never felt rushed. My server was very attentive and social which I love. It was very romantic and yet comfortable enough that dining alone wasnt awkward. I'd happily return.

My wife ordered the Pork Belly Benedict, which offered tender-crisp, thick slices of braised pork belly atop soft, buttery focaccia and coated with well poached eggs and creamy hollandaise. We both highly enjoyed my Broadlands Breakfast Sandwich, a clever take on a standard bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich swapping crispy, perfectly sweet French toast for standard bread. The breakfast potatoes served alongside were crispy on the outside with fluffy interiors and good seasoning. Our friends enjoyed their sandwiches as well.
