For the Leesburg area this is a pretty good pho place! It is very flavorful and the portion sizes are generous are reasonable prices. The servers are really friendly and gave us additional napkins without asking. I love how the interior is decorated with neon signs! The fish sauce doesn't already come with chili oil so you will have to ask for that separately. The duck noodle soup was tasty and filling and I love the mushroom, bok choy, and cabbage it comes with! It also came with a side of pickled carrot and radish which is a nice palate cleanser. The duck was a little dry but it was very large and the skin had good flavor. I also really enjoyed their fried egg rolls and shrimp rolls!

Fantastic Pho place in Leesburg! Popped in for dinner with my siblings to fill our hot soup craving on a chilly fall night. Pho Bar is a lively restaurant that is perfect for big groups or just grabbing a bowl of pho on your own. I got the Pho Tai (Flank Steak) and it paired perfectly with the flavorful broth and add-ins. I enjoy my pho on the spicy side and added plenty of sriracha! The service is top notch with the owners taking their time to be very hospitable to all customers. Great spot to check out if you find yourself in the area!

This might be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Loudon County if not the best. The Bahn Mi is a must have, it's super tasty and the service is always prompt.

Nobody cares club. It looks so nice on the inside. But when you get through the front door it's a bit awkward, do you stand there? Do you seat yourself? "Go sit anywhere at this point..." The service was rough. I had even started a countdown and considered leaving before we ordered anything. I ordered the vegetarian pho and it did not have any flavor at all. It was okay. Glad we tried something new but I wouldn't want to go back.

Tried the Mi Vit Tiem - Roasted Duck egg noodle soup, on their Grand opening day. This was the most succulent roasted duck I had in a long time. The flavor was perfect and am going back this winter(hopefully a lot) The rolls were nicely fried, can't wait to try more appetizers from their menu. Staff was patient and accommodating.

Really great Pho restaurant! Fast service, clean & inviting atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Nothing beats a bowl of pho on a cold winter day!

I was looking forward to trying this place out after seeing in The Burn that they had their soft opening this week. We were really hungry and the menu options looked great. We settled on the Bun Bo Hue and the Banh Canh Cua. The server was really nice and mentioned that their Banh Canh Cua was uniquely made and likely not something we were used to. I wasn't sure what that meant at the time, but I was looking forward to it. I definitely understand the growing pains of opening up a new restaurant and working through all the kinks, but wow, the food took a very long time to come out! After about 25 minutes, the manager came by and gave us complimentary iced jasmine tea and thanked us for our patience. About 10 minutes later, the bun bo hue was brought out and the first thing I noticed was how clean the broth was. It was very tasty too. When we were almost finishing up our bun bo hue, the Banh Canh Cua finally came out about 15 minutes later. Generally, that dish is very thick and starchy, but this wasn't at all and I liked it a lot! They were also very generous about the seafood (crab and shrimp) that came with it. I can definitely see why the server mentioned it was different than we were probably used to. Overall, I loved the food. The servers were all attentive and the portion sizes were pretty big. It was definitely more expensive than I'm used to paying for comparable dishes, but I'm looking forward to coming back once they get more situated. I'd recommend not going until they work out their kinks, unless you have a lot of patience.

B9. Chin, Nam, Gau, Gan First time eating at pho bar, the first thing you notice is the wonderful decor and layout of the place. Very well designed and welcoming, the atmosphere of the Pho Bar plays well on its name! The food itself is also another main attraction of Pho Bar, very large bowl of Pho with many options to choose from. For those who aren't in the mood for Pho there are other great menu items to choose as well. Will be dining here again

Came here for lunch on Sunday knowing it was their soft opening week. The decor is super nice!! Love the face lift - modern, bright and inviting. We got nem nuong rolls and summer rolls. I was expecting the typical yellow sauce for the nem nuong instead of the hoisin sauce. Ehhh ok. The rolls lacked the sausage, just some thin slices. I was expecting some very generous thick slices for the price. It was mostly veggies. Summer rolls were good - could use some more deveining for the shrimp but no big deal. The appetizers left much to be desired. Both of us got pho. I got the special combo and he got tai, nam. I don't love that I couldn't order a small. I couldn't finish the one sized bowl. It was rather on the high priced side at $15 and I felt like the meat quality could have been better. It was very chewy and my tai was well done and tough by the time it got to me. I got mostly tendons and there were two very small meatballs. Could have made up to be a whole one. Our table didn't get any hoisin sauce for the pho and didn't need any since the broth was on the salty side. They were overwhelmed and seemed to be understaffed at the time. Overall - pricier compared to many pho places around the area. Will try their other dishes but for a pho bar - I was expecting more.

For drinks, The Moussetache was smooth and velvety with rich chocolate notes, while Fetish felt like a true dessert in a glass, decadent and indulgent. The espressotini had a bold coffee kick, and the Passion Agave mocktail was light and refreshing. The entrees were just as impressive. The Conche Burger was juicy and flavorful with subtle cocoa depth, the Harissa Chicken Sizzle came out tender with a nice balance of heat and smoky sweetness, and the Ribeye was perfectly cooked, rich, and elevated by their signature touch. The ambiance is warm, modern, and intimate, perfect for a date night or a special dinner. Service was attentive and welcoming, and they even surprised us with a birthday dessert of assorted chocolates, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would recommend a reservation because with rain outside aka the patio being closed, the whole inside was packed. A lot of the seats are super close which feels very European but you can hear most peoples conversations which can be annoying. Our waitress was really sweet and stopped by a bunch. We started with French 75's, hot coffee, and an espresso martini. The drinks were refreshing and quite large for the price. The espresso martini really reminded me of a grown up hot chocolate, I really enjoyed it. I later also got a cucumber vodka martini and it was one of the most refreshing drinks I've ever had - definitely the drink of the summer. For our food we started with the baked brie with fig and garlic and the escargot. The brie was a unique take on baked brie, I loved the way the flavors all melded and the fact the cheese wasn't completely spilling out everywhere. The escargot was soft with a phenomenal crumb/butter mix, the whole things really melded well and melted in your mouth. The bread served with it was nice as well, if only I had a bit more of it. For our mains we were here during brunch so we got the lobster omelet and the French onion soup with the side of fries. The french onion soup was great, a good amount of cheese and onions without being overwhelming. Fries were fantastic and quite large, a big portion for $7. They hooked it up with the amount of lobster. I would definitely come back to try their lunch tasting menu or other brunch items as well!

The short ribs fell apart without a knife bc they were sooo tender and the desserts were expertly crafted. I might go back just for dessert yum!! The Brie appetizer was enjoyable though a little small if splitting. The shrimp cocktail were very traditional. I enjoyed them. My husband loved the homemade baguette although I wonder if it's because the butter was so good; the bread itself was a little hard for me and of course room temp as is typical in France. Kids enjoyed the kids options (though preferred our dishes). Pasta in cream sauce and steak frites were their choices. It was really loud inside particularly when tables in the middle of the room were occupied. Outdoor patio might be pleasant for easier conversation. Also bring a sweater- if you end up under an ac vent, it can be cold.

We made reservations since we were a group of 6 including 2 infants, and these were warranted as the restaurant progressively filled up as we got closer to peak brunch hours. We were offered a large booth, which was appreciated as we needed space for the babies. The food here tasted quite good. My wife ordered the Pork Belly Benedict, which offered tender-crisp, thick slices of braised pork belly atop soft, buttery focaccia and coated with well poached eggs and creamy hollandaise. We both highly enjoyed my Broadlands Breakfast Sandwich, a clever take on a standard bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich swapping crispy, perfectly sweet French toast for standard bread. The breakfast potatoes served alongside were crispy on the outside with fluffy interiors and good seasoning. Our friends enjoyed their sandwiches as well. As the name alludes, the drink program is strong and offers something for everyone. In addition to wine and whisky, a solid selection of both cocktails and draft beers are available. Prices for both food and drinks were quite reasonable given the quality of what we received. I do dock a star for just so-so service. Our waitress was a bit MIA during the first part of our meal when we were trying to order, and then kept checking in on us every 5 minutes once our food arrived. We also had to remind her a few times to get a high chair for our little one. Fortunately, the food and drinks all arrived accurately and within a timely manner once ordered. Service woes aside, the creative fare satisfied our taste buds and we look forward to returning soon for to sample more of the brunch menu and libations.
