I've ordered just quarts of their pho broth before, home sick and trying to get anything at all in me, and been perfectly pleased. I don't think it's THE BEST pho broth I've ever had, but it's really good, and it's consistent. I know exactly what everything I get is going to taste like, it's never too salty one day, too much this or that the next day, oily all of a sudden, any of that. But everything tasted a little sweet compared to what I'm used to for pho. Nevertheless, we finished our noodles, relaxing in it's coziness as it was positively frigid outside.
