Vermicelli with lemon grass pork and shrimp with egg roll
Carla C.

We came here to check it out using a coupon for free eggrolls that was in the Community News. Eggrolls were excellent! Hot and fresh! Our entrees came shortly after we finished the Eggrolls and everything was delicious. Fresh vegetables and portion size was perfect! We will definitely be back!!

Banh Mi Bo Nuong, Pho Ga, Spring roll
S H.

I had a headache & my go to remedy is Pho. I had never tried this restaurant, but it was close and opened early. Because of the pandemic, I knew it would be a take out order. I placed order in the first slot available and afterwards was messaged that it was pushed back. Hmm, no big deal. When I arrived at the new time, the restaurant was empty. I don't know - but I will assume that the order was pushed back because no one was there to open the store & prepare it. Got it home (7 min drive) & my Pho was room temperature. I did place entire order in an insulated bag for the quick trip home. The sandwich was good. It was hot. The spring rolls were stale. Definitely made the day before. Threw them out. The Pho, after heating in microwave was very good, the flavor was on point. I was disappointed that it was not steamy hot and that because I ordered vegetable/no meat that there was only one sprig of basil, some chopped green onion(1 teaspoon), bean sprouts (2T), & four slices of jalapeño. I won't order from this restaurant again, I don't have money to throw around. I photograph a lot of food for my instagram account, this photo was taken for that purpose.

Pho chin bo vien ( large ) no onions for the kiddos
Kim N.

I wanted to wait for after the weekend grand opening to come in and give them a try. Me and my 3 out of 4 kiddos came in right when they opened on Monday morning at 10 am and were greeted/seated right away. I was very happy they had a very spacious dining area some Asian places are cramped and it feels stuffy to sit right next to other people. The menu items here was massive. I was having a hard time deciding what to order. Appetizer: 5/5 gio cuon bo nuong. (Bbq beef spring rolls). The beef was flavorful and tender. The rolls were spot on with the meat/veggies/bun ratio. The peanut sauce was very good but I wish it was warm instead of cold. It did not have pickled carrots or chili paste in it either. Entree: 4/5 Large pho chin bo vien ( brisket & meat balls). Me and my kiddos do not like fatty meat and they had nice lean beef. The broth was flavorful except for the fact that is is on the darker side then what I am use to. I am not use to seeing broth so dark. The large size was a little small in my opinion compared to my go to Pho spot on this side of town. ( Pho Hai 2 off Hwy 6 and W. Little York). 4/5 Mi Xao don The amount of noodles in this dish was generous. The flavor of the stir fry was tasty. My only complaint is that it needed a little more meat. I like to have meat/veggie/noodles in each bite. The meats were tender in this dish especially the squid in this was super tender I just wish there was more meats with each bite. 5/5 Hoanh Thanh (wonton) The broth was tasty and not too salty. My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised when she had Char Siu meat and even nice size shrimp in her soup. (We ordered her only hoanh thanh with no noodles). My daughter enjoyed her soup. I tasted the broth and try 1 piece of wonton. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. I am excited to see a Viet place in the Cypress area. I wish them the best of luck!

Pork spring rolls.
Baron B.

We have our favorite places but are always willing to try new ones. We normally don't eat pho but prefer the rice plates. We ordered the pork spring rolls and a couple of dishes. The place was clean, service was fast and food was fresh. I really liked the egg cake. My go to place doesn't offer that. Can't wait to go back.

Very clean place with lots of space. Food tasted great and good service. Only thing I would say is that they don't let you customize any of the dishes.

They are very accommodating for large groups and are able to split individual checks. My group ordered many different things and the conclusion across the board- delicious! Beyond the genuine warmth of the staff, the experience was marked by thoughtful touches--such as the elegant tableside pour of the pho and the graceful precision with which our server handled the wine. Their attentiveness wasn't an exception; it felt like the standard. The food itself embraced simplicity while delivering beautifully refined flavor. The hand‑prepared spring rolls were fresh, vibrant, and offered a variety of enjoyable combinations--we tried every one. The pho, again presented with a tableside pour, revealed a broth with remarkable depth. It required no adjustment, no enhancement--just appreciation. Thank you for a truly lovely dinner.

We were in the mood for soup, so we searched for pho and Yelp led us here…read more First impression: it was dinner time and only one small family was dining. We were told to pick our own seats. The table we chose was clean, but the seats and floor weren't. The host kindly cleaned it up for us. We sat for quite a while before asking a staff member for water. We also requested lemons, but they never came, so we let it go. We ordered large bowls of chicken pho, and that was definitely the highlight. The portions were generous and packed with flavor, with a great balance of chicken and noodles. Midway through the meal, we ordered lemonade. The host didn't seem too happy about it and went to the back for a while. It seemed like it might be made from powder since she grabbed ice from the front machine. Then we found out it was $5, which was surprising. Service-wise, it felt a bit off at times, but you could tell they were trying. We did share a few laughs with the male waiter, which helped the experience. At checkout, we got a percentage off for Mr. Pho's 7th anniversary at this particular location, which was a nice touch.

I ordered the meatball pho which was delivered in a Texas size bowl! (Ask for cilantro t o top it off for a yummy experience and a to go container for what you don't finish!) I got Thai tea with boba and my kid got milk tea with boba. They were delicious! But this is not a teahouse type place. They have more of a food menu versus a teahouse/drink menu. They might have hot tea and green tea but I am just guessing! Call before you go if you are looking for a specific type of drink. The inside was clean. Nice decor. Awesome painting in the middle of the big wall congratulating them on 3 or 4 years of business. And they have cool electronics to look at BUT NOT TOUCH! They are display only. Pretty cool. I'm guessing rare and expensive Nintendo systems from Asia. Very cool. And authentic games still in plastic cases (similar to Blockbuster but not blockbuster). Very pungent food aromas. Like garlic and vinegar. My mom really likes their Vietnamese sandwiches.

It was about an hour before closing but it didn't feel that way at all by the friendly staff and great customer service! We ordered the fried egg rolls, grilled pork rice plate and pho tai (with no cilantro of course)! Everything was great!! All the ingredients tasted very fresh and everything came out piping hot! Some observations/personal preferences: it would be great if the fish sauce came out with the egg rolls to dip instead of the sweet-and-sour sauce, and I wish they had soda chanh on their menu since they offer da chanh already... Our server was super sweet! Didn't catch her name but I appreciated that she made me as close to a soda chanh as she could with what she had and it actually tasted really good! From the many pho spots I've tried in cypress this place was top 3 for me. The broth was clean but also had the perfect amount of fat on top and it wasn't watered down or bland.
