I like the positive energy here-- all of the people, the Vietnamese music, the families, couples, and everyone enjoying the restaurant. The pho broth is really good too. Yum!

Just updating with a takeout photo. This is my favorite bc I love pork chop with my pho. I always get two pork chops and split the order in two so I can have it on different days. Broth is so good. Pork chops are my favorite.

Very solid pho, very busy, nice staff Came here because of the rave reviews and the weather has been particularly gloomy this spring. So decided to get some good soup to warm the bones a bit. Inside has some decoration but it's light. Lots of seating and booths, and each one had people at it. There was some hints at modernization in their presentation. It very much looks like the influence of the new generation leaking into a very established locale. Located in the same plaza as the awesome Asian grocery and the very good Peruvian restaurant, this place is turning into a bit of a foodie Mecca. Both a good and bad thing, cause it has to be great to stand out but that means the customer has to choose where to go. It's good for everyone, and this place is not starved for business, but it's a hurdle The pho here is some of the best I have had. The broth is strong beef flavored but still spiced enough to be its own pho creation. Noodles are good, proteins are just cooked so very tender and flavorful. The egg rolls were an afterthought, and the beef carpaccio was good but was better to dunk in the broth to cook slightly and impart that pho flavor to the meat. Drinks were good as well, basic but functional. It's not the best pho I've had, but it's really good pho done well and the crowds are evidence of this.if you're in the area and want pho, you'd be hard pressed finding a better place around. There's a lot of great options for dining around though.

The shredded pork skin was full of flavor and the fried pork was well seasoned. Well-rounded dish and delicious fish sauce. The atmosphere was a little lackluster, but service was attentive.

Looking at my last review of here it was 10 years ago... well still 5 stars. We usually get the same thing each time #17 -XL. We spice up, it's the perfect cold/snowy/rainy day treat. This place never disappoints. Service is great, no wait, food comes out in minutes... . Large dining room with tons of seats!

Overall, would give this establishment is a 4.5 if I could on here. Finally met up with some family/friends today to try this spot that they were raving about. They stated the wait time to get our table wasn't long at all, since I came after. The ambiance was great, homey, & definitely gave homemade. The staff we spoke to on our visit was friendly. They have a great variety of dish options available, bubble teas, & some beer. I truly enjoyed #26 Tôm, which was a shrimp Pho Bò. I added quail eggs (only option available) & ordered chili oil to go with. I truly enjoyed the flavors, still added some extra sauces to liking. The Ðăt Biêt #19, another Pho Bò dish was also flavorful & the meats were tender. Everyone else also enjoyed their dishes, so no complaints yet. Personally I think the pricing was superrr reasonable for the quantity. Yes, it's slightly higher than some other places I've tried but I am not complaining, just referencing. I'll for sure be returning, can't wait to see what their other dishes taste like.

Special roasted pork chop soup with rice noodles (No. 28

This time I ordered my favorite pork chop rice noodle soup. The soup base at this restaurant is very flavorful, even better than the last time I had it. It wasn't greasy at all, and I finished the whole bowl. I highly recommend this restaurant

12.31.24 This is one totally legit, I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place. Wholeheartedly, I thought I had one here from about 6 or 7 years ago but I don't see it. Very strange. This spot is always very consistent. They have good food here and a huge amount of different entrées to choose from. I've mainly stuck with their pho and different apps during my many visits. There is a huge parking lot so parking is never an issue. They're located right next to A Dong Supermarket which is another favorite by many in this area. The restaurant itself is always clean. Nice, simple with a small fish tank. It's a pretty spacious restaurant. The service has always been quick and very efficient all of the time I've been here. They're quick with getting the food out to your table. To go orders are also ready very quickly. One of my fav's here are their spring rolls with the fish sauce. So yummy. The pho here is pretty basic but memorable. It's just as good with the to go orders eating it in the go. Difficult to eat on the go but you can make it work. There's great hard working people here. They aren't much with conversations but their food makes up for it. I reccomend it. It's worth a stop when you're in the area. Ahhh, there it is, i see it now. Not sure why it wasn't showing up before but they deserve accolades. I've heard they have been here for years. Previous reviews 6.20.19 & 10.29.20

Stopped in here last night after boxing for some re fuel and wow is this Pho good! My friends and I split an order of the shrimp rolls, and the peanut sauce was heavenly. I went with chicken pho and some ramen type noodles and the flavor was so rich and delish. I also recommend getting a boba from here, the pearls are beyond tasty and it's super refreshing. Love the atmosphere of this place!

Food very fresh and this the first time trying the spicy beef noodles. I normally get the regular beef noodles.

Absolutely love this place! Hidden gem. Pictured is the shaken beef which is incredible. My family has become regulars here! Attentive staff and great ambiance.

This place was awesome! My husband loves Pho so it was our first time trying some at this location. The broth was very good. The service was quick. Servers were very attentive and helpful with any questions or comments we had. Family friendly place. Plenty of seating. Great fast casual with tons of space for parking etc. Recommend trying this place out! Can't wait to come back to try more items off their extensive menu

    Janine V.

Service is great, and their food is amazing. Broth is the best I've had in a long time. No complaints, and no long wait to be seated.

#17! This is the best pho place in the area, hands down.

For our appetizers, we are having the cucumber salad and vegetable dumplings. Like most hot pot places, they have a sauce bar and niece a new mini bar with fruit, salad and friend items. Complementary ice water is immediately served. The cucumbers are crunchy and delicious! I actually liked the vegetarian dumplings! Well, with a little soy sauce, of course! For my first drink, I'm having their world famous (well, I love it) Stateside Lychee Martini. We use Grey Goose. They make it with Bella Spritz Elderflower Liqueur and fresh lychees. This is filled to the rim! I love the fresh lychees! This is good! For my soup bases, I'm having the Chengdu Hot & Spicy soup made with bay leaves, fennel, Szechuan peppers, chili peppers, star aniseed, scallion and ginger. I'm also having the ChongQing Butter Pot. This is going to be a hot and spicy meal. They do have plenty of vegetarian options. The sushi was good btw. For my next drink, I'm having a French Martinj made with Tito's Handmade Vodka (Goose for us), Chambord and a splash of pineapple juice. This is cutely garnished and tastes great! For dessert, I am having the Coppa Pistacio which is custard gelato swirled with chocolate and pistachio gelato topped with praline pistachios. This is ice cold and yummy! For my last drink, I'm having Mango Martini made with Absolut Vodka (Grey Goose for us), Cointreau, mango syrup, and a splash of pineapple and cranberry juice. Once again, it is nicely garnished and tastes the best! What a great time here!

The menu is online, viewable by scanning the QR code in your booth, and at the end then you pay at the cashier not through the website. We each ordered the mini hotpot with two broths and got a table full of meats and veggies and even ordered a second round of meat (in hindsight, that was too much and we weren't able to finish it all). The sauce bar was fully stocked, and the ingredients were fresh. The bowls and spoons were a bit hard to find though and I had to ask for a staff member for help. The fruit bar was a bit empty, but there was enough for a dessert. The wait staff was very friendly, though they kept forgetting to refill our water, and we kept asking them about it. Overall, a great experience!

Sidewalks were torn up but the place is hard to find with lack of signage. We were able to get seated right away, and looked through their digital menu. We got a smattering of dishes, wontons and dumplings, a sandwich and a ramen. Food came out in a reasonable wait time. We took pics and dug in. The 7 flavor dumpling was the star of the show. Light and thin dumpling wrapper, savory sweet sauce, plenty of filling. The pork dumplings were good, but the wrapper was thicker and denser. The twice cooked pork sandwich was pretty tasty, the pork needed to be more present compared to the veggies, but appreciated the crisp of the bread. The ramen had a good amount of braised beef and noodles. The broth needed a little doctoring to coax out some of the more savory notes. Broth needed more aggressive seasoning though. The price was not too bad for the area. It's kind of like dim sum, where you get a small plate for the price but it's all shareable and the flavors are good. It's not very well lit, gave the place a very dark air about it. But as a restaurant, it's pretty good. There's a lot of great places in that area, and this one's a good option if you're looking for small plates.

The spicy beef ramen was really good, but the broth was oily and too thin for our liking. We added some soy and asked for some hoisin - which made a big difference. Overall, We will definitely be back and try more menu items.

Sapporo Premium Beer is Japan's oldest beer brand, founded in Hokkaido in 1876 by brewer Seibei Nakagawa. Known for a crisp, refined taste with a clean, dry finish, it is a pilsner-style lager (roughly 4.7-5.2% ABV) frequently packaged in iconic silver cans. It pairs well with Japanese food and is known for its high-quality ingredients and brewing standards. It was founded in 1876 during Japan's Meiji-era modernization in Hokkaido, it is the nation's first and oldest beer. The world headquarters of Sapporo Breweries is in Ebisu, Shibuya, Tokyo, and it also operates a renowned museum in Sapporo. As for taste, it's a golden-colored, light-to-medium-bodied lager with mild bitterness, a subtle sweet malt aroma, and a sharp finish.. While technically a Japanese beer, many cans sold in the U.S. are brewed in places like Escondido, California, and Richmond, Virginia, Key products include Sapporo Premium Lager, Sapporo Black, and Yebisu. This is THE beer to have with this cuisine (Chengdu or Szechuan). This is good! It's ice cold too! For our appetizers, we are having the Steamed Vegetable Dumplings and Spicy Flavored Jelly Noodles which are dressed in scallions, ginger, garlic, celery and cilantro. These are good! They come with soy sauce. The noodles are made from mong beans. Mung beans (Vigna radiata) are small, green legumes native to India, widely cultivated in Asia, and known as green gram or moong bean. They are a highly nutritious, versatile ingredient, rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, used in both savory dishes (soups, curries, noodles) and sweet desserts, often sprouted for increased nutritional value. Mung beans are easy to cook, require little to no presoaking, and offer health benefits like antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. I am also having the Seafood Hot and Sour Soup (small size). This seafood soup is good! Not too spicy! It's similar to the standard Chinese hot and sour soup in taste. For my entree, i'm having the Sliced Chicken with Crunchy Rice. This is made with chicken slices, crunchy rice, black fungus, ginger, scallions, garlic, pickled chili peppers, lettuce and pea sprouts. They fold the crispy rice and put it on top. This is piping hot! Spicy too! For dessert, we are having a Chocolate Truffle (made with Zabione cream center surrounded by chocolate gelato and caramelized hazelnuts topped with cocoa powder), Cappuccino Truffle (made with cappuccino gelato with a heart of espresso covered with coffee flavored merinique sprinkles) and Capps Pistachio (custard gelato swirled with chocolate and pistachio gelato ago topped with praline pistachios). Zabaione (or zabaglione) is a classic Italian dessert made from whipped egg yolks, sugar, and sweet wine (traditionally Marsala) cooked gently over a double boiler until light, foamy, and custard-like. It can be served warm as a sauce over fruit or cookies, or chilled as a standalone dessert, often garnished with berries or biscotti. The name comes from the Venetian word for "whipped," reflecting its airy texture. These are absolutely great!
