Beef, meatballs, tendons with what I added condiments of basil, bean sprouts, lime, hoisin sauce, thai chili peppers.

We decided to stop in tonight for dinner before we leave back to Texas. Friendly family owned restaurant, clean with casual atmosphere. We had ordered egg rolls and spring rolls for appetizer but forgot to take pics with two regular size pho with beef and meatballs. The food was very tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Salt Lake City.

If you're looking for the best pho in America, look no further than Pho Cali. I've had pho from coast to coast, and nothing compares to what they serve up here. The broth is rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced -- a true labor of love. Every bowl is consistently amazing. The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Their hospitality adds to the already unbeatable experience. Whether you're a pho first-timer or a seasoned soup seeker, Pho Cali is the gold standard. This place is a gem -- hands down the best pho I've had anywhere in the country.

We were visiting Salt Lake and randomly chose this restaurant by googling and was glad google suggested this. It's a family own restaurant and the owner was very friendly and nice. The pho was good too. We also ordered the chow mein but it wasn't good.

5 star based on food and service. Not a fancy 5 star but food is worth it. Inside is just basic tables and chairs, some for larger parties. Clean inside as well. Service was super fast. The sweet lady helping us was friendly and fast with her service with everyone in the restaurant. I had the egg noodle #38 beef. Good flavor and goofed well. Could stand a little more sauce tho. The Pho my bf got, he said was very good, which is what you come here for.

Food was great but kinda got awkward with the owner like she no longer wanted us around. Damn shame, so we no longer go here.

I ordered the M2 Crispy Pork Belly with Rice and the M11 Crispy Pork Belly with Banh hoi The portions were incredibly generous, especially the pork belly and I absolutely loved the M2 with rice. The food was delicious and hit all the right notes. I love the creativity in bánh mì bún bò huế; I love how the cuts of meat layered up and we could dip in the bbh broth, just like a french dip sandwich but make it vietnamese! The shop was clean, airy, bright. Durian avocado smoothie was authentic and so good. Vietnamese coffee could be better without the sugar; we ordered black coffee thinking it would be just plain black. My bad, should have clarified upon ordering. I had a duck noodle soup on a previous visit and the portion was so big, it had so much meat and was so good. I wish it would be a permanent menu item instead of being a weekend special.

The two stars are for the management, not the employees. We came in for lunch on a Saturday, and the dining room was unbearably hot. It honestly felt like eating in an indoor sauna. At first, we thought the AC was broken. After asking about it, we were told that the staff couldn't adjust the AC without the owner's approval, and the owner was out of town. I can't verify whether that's actually the policy, but if that's what happened, it's hard to understand why no one could make the restaurant comfortable for both customers and the employees working there--especially considering how hot it's been lately. That experience left a really bad impression. If saving on air conditioning was the reason, I think that's a poor decision that comes at the expense of everyone's comfort. While writing this review, I also noticed another google review from someone who said they had concerns about how management treated employees. I can't speak to their experience, but combined with what I experienced, it doesn't leave me with much confidence. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be coming back

The char siu bun is pretty good, but a bit too much bun and a bit too much mayo. Gyozas were fine. I think they put enough extras in their ramen. Both times I've had the tonkotsu, my go-to ramen. Of course, they have various Ramune drinks there. But not the creamy melon drink, my favorite. Service is friendly and efficient. Not a cozy place in which to eat, but it is nice. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
