Rib eye pho P8. Ribeye Noodle Soup
Lyndsay L.

Went with my son on a Friday around 5:45 pm. Glad we did cause it got busy FAST! Loved this little place right away! Our cashier was absolutely delightful with her charming demeanor. We both ordered and sat near the back in a quiet cozy area. Everything was so clean! Our food was quickly brought out and YAWWWWWWLLLL. It smelled HEAVENLY. Pretty solid pho fan and it was delicious and seasoned and spiced up EXQUISITELY!!! Cannot wait to come back and try the spring rolls and sandwiches cause those LOOOOOOKED DEVINE! what an awesome little Kearns treasure. She might not look like much but she a special place.

Been there twice now and I found this place really good the pho broth doesn't have the cinnamon taste to it that other places have and I enjoyed that alot more I think it was the coconut shrimp but that was really good don't really like buying appetizers but that was really good... Really good would recommend stoping by if your in the area!!

So I went back as I said i would. This time, I took the staffs recommendation and got the R2, grilled chicken, and rice. I also got the A5, crispy shrimp. I must say I enjoyed both of them. The flavour of the chicken was spot on, and the rice beautifully cooked. The veggies that come withit were nice and fresh. The shrimp was crispy with a very subtle flavour that paired well with the dip. So again, I enjoyed my takeaway to the point that I think I ate too much

A4. Lettuce Wrap

Randomly came into this place and quickly realized that this is the best Vietnamese food I've ever had!!! Their spicy beef and garlic steak Bahn Mi's are hands down the best SANDWICHES I've ever had!! I also highly recommend there grilled pork and rice and egg rolls 9.7/10

Food was delicious. Felt like home. Don't judge it from the outside. Inside is up to date and modern.

The filet mignon pho is now officially over $20 :,(. Still a decent deal, but I used to love to brag about that price tag to friends. They have a large menu, and you can't go wrong. We recently tried the new special Lychee Lemonade. It was delicious. The broth is on par with SoCal Pho from home. The entire restaurant is filled with those comforting, slightly spicy aromatics that make Pho broth so irresistible. Service was always been really friendly and warm, without being overbearing. You might need to wait 15-20 minutes for a table in the weekend. It's worth it.

Their service here is quick and efficient. They have a very large menu tempting just about everyone including vegetarians. They have many appetizers , we got the spring rolls and egg rolls. we liked the spring rolls but our guest preferred the fried egg rolls served with lettuce leaves and pickled carrots cucumbers and daikon. I liked both rolls and loved the peanut dipping sauce that accompanied the spring rolls. We all ordered Pho which came out quickly. Their soup is excellent and being able to order you meats of choice makes it perfect. We've been here several times and we enjoy their Pho but also enjoy their Bun noodle and rice dishes. One of these days we will work ourselves to the back of the menu where they offer other fried rice and noodle dishes!

I have been to Pho Bien Hoa twice now and while their Pho is not my most favorite in the Valley, it does hit the spot. The flavor is fair. It's served piping hot and has a fair amount of proteins and noodles. Of course it came with the side of bean sprouts, Thai basil, and jalapeño with condiments set on the table. I order the regular size and it's just enough for me to finish and feel satisfied. I've tried their wings. It had a garlicky, sweet and sour type sauce. They were fried crispy and I enjoyed them a lot. I've tried their lychee on lychee tea. It was a bit too sweet for me. My better half finished it up for me and ordered the shaking beef for himself. It was tender and flavorful. Pho Bien Hoa is close to my area when I don't feel like traveling far. It's affordable. The dining area and restrooms have always been clean on both visits and the service has been great both times. There's usually a small steady stream of people who dine in or take out. Stop in and judge for yourself.

Hurts me to give this low rating. I was very disappointed with this dining experience, all the way…read morefrom the food to the service. The food took very long to come out with no updates provided as to why. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait. The pho lacked a lot of flavor, bun rieu was too sweet, chicken curry was soooo thin. The only good thing was the chicken salad (goi ga). Viet food is my favorite but I will not be coming back.

The food was delicious and hit all the right notes. I love the creativity in bánh mì bún bò huế; I love how the cuts of meat layered up and we could dip in the bbh broth, just like a french dip sandwich but make it vietnamese! The shop was clean, airy, bright. Durian avocado smoothie was authentic and so good. Vietnamese coffee could be better without the sugar; we ordered black coffee thinking it would be just plain black. My bad, should have clarified upon ordering. I had a duck noodle soup on a previous visit and the portion was so big, it had so much meat and was so good. I wish it would be a permanent menu item instead of being a weekend special.

I was very very pleased to find such a niche little Vietnamese coffee shop in SLC! Salt City Che…read morerivals what I've had in Sac/Elk Grove, where there are plenty of Vietnamese coffee shops. We were stopping in SLC for a few days on our way to and from CO and I cannot go anywhere without getting some sort of Asian fix, and while I was looking for Vietnamese food/drinks, I came across Salt City Che and it was highly recommended. Well let me tell you the viet coffee and matcha is legit. I'm a big fan of ube, and both times I got drinks with ube foam, which was so smooth and decadent without overpowering the drinks. Both times my husband got viet lattes and those were also delicious. I also tried their banh cuon (steamed rice rolls) and the friendly staff member asked me if I wanted it heated up, which I did. It was the perfect light on-the-road lunch. They even have banh mi and various desserts too. Generally, on a trip I try to go to as many local spots as I can, so when I make a repeat visit, it means a place is extra special to me. I wish Salt City Che nothing but continued success and hope to visit again the next time we're in SLC!
