The restaurant is grand new open, clean. The owner is also casher, his name is David. He is very friendly and willing to explain what is on menu. I got grill chicken rice dish and grill pork banh mi to go. They are both well seasoned and feel fresh. The portion of each dish is also big enough for a meal to me. I got the rice dish for dinner and banh mi for next day lunch. I like that they give out lots of pickle veggies and sauces. I come here fairly regularly and this is the best Vietnamese place in North County, especially for the price. David is the owner and is there every day. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your order. Portion sizes are very generous and the pricing is fantastic, especially compared to the other restaurants in the shopping center who tend to up-charge due to the high amount of of tech workers that come to this area for lunch. Some of the locations around here are only open for lunch, but this spot stays open for dinner and is open Saturdays. Ingredients are always fresh. Would recommend banh mi or a vermicelli plate. The cherry on top of the other great aspects of this location is that they are the only location in this shopping center with a beer license. They offer a happy hour and a variety of Asian beers. If you're a regular, David will even try to stock different brands if you prefer! read more
