When you get there you get in line, but this is no Chipotle (no shade on Chipotle). While you are in line, one of the staff will ask you what you want to drink and will bring it to you so this makes the line much more bearable - and we enjoyed the unique cocktails. Also, while you're on line you can people-watch, take in the cool decor, and decide from the enticing menu. Also, while you're on line, one of the staff will find out how many are in your party so they can start strategizing about where to seat you so you don't have to worry about scrambling for a table. When you get to the front, you order, and they give you a number and they seat you. The line can be long, but it moves, and as I mentioned, you may have a cocktail in your hand to help you get through it. Now to the food. It's a fusion of Asian and Mexican food, very unique offerings. The trouble will be deciding what to have so I recommend sharing if you're there with somebody else so you can try a lot of things. We had the peanut tomato curry with chicken, the spicy fried chicken, the side salad, and the pièce de résistance, which was the carnitas sandwich. The Kow Soi with stewed beef brisket was amazing. Super tender beef the flavors, textures and spice level were perfect. It was creamy and spicy with that ridiculously delicious beef brisket. This was one of the best dishes I've ever had at a Thai restaurant. We also shared the street noodles, which was a much lighter dish with rice noodles. The flavor and textures here were still delicious, but it was nowhere near as impressive as the Kow Soi. I hope this sells you on trying the Kow Soi with the stewed beef. It's absolutely worth it.
