In a shopping center so we didn't have any issues with parking. I feel like this place was more so a take out place than a sit down place. You order up front and then sit wherever. There wasn't any water, silverware, napkins, or self service area. We ordered everything at the counter and they bring it out to you. We did have to ask for appetizer plates but they have single baskets that have some napkins, a soup spoon, a fork and wooden chopsticks. If we asked for another fork, we just got handed another basket. So while the overall experience was a little counterintuitive in my opinion, we did enjoy the food. They have sodas and bottled water and tea options. We ordered a summer Roll (#2) , the egg rolls (#1) and the crispy shrimp rolls (#5). For our entrees ordered the Special Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (#95), Shaken Marinated Stir Fry (#50), and the Shaking Beef Bahn Mi (at a menu on the counter). I had the #9 Chef's special beef Pho. It was absolutely delicious. A rich beefy broth with a great assortment of sliced beef, ribeye, brisket and others. Lots of meat and noodles filled the bowl. This was my first time here and I took a to go order of the #40 Chicken Noodle Pho for my wife. She loved it. Said the broth was tasty and not overly salty like some places we've been. I've been finding myself coming here more often than usual! Their pho broth is always great. They give so much green onions and cilantro - definitely not stingy! I would even go as far as saying it's one of the best pho broths in Northern VA. The customer service is always nice too! I have only ever done dine in rather than delivery apps and the food is always fresh. Their spring rolls are also crispy and the filling is delicious. Initially when we tried this place when they first opened, we enjoyed the food but the price was significantly higher than most Vietnamese places. What stood out to me the most was the pho broth was very tasty. Which leads me to our second visit, today. I placed my order by phone and they said ready in 10 mins. I show up, pay, they ask me to wait. There are multiple takeout bags sitting on the counter already. I sit, looking at the menu because my order of 2 pho (plain and veggie), shrimp fried rice, spring roll x2 came out rather high of $60 and didn't reflect the same prices on the menu. I ask the cashier and she points to a paper taped to the register basically stating they are raising prices 15-20% due to the cost increase they have incurred with their vendors or what have you. This sign was taped by the register all the way at the end but they rang me up nowhere where the sign was visible. Raise your prices and do what you have to do but inform your customers, we shouldn't have to ask and understand that we hope that price increase would reflect in the products we received. Well, I ate the spring rolls in the car $13 for 4 small rolls, mediocre in taste. That is quite expensive for rolls subpar. For really delicious spring rolls that are nice and fat for $3.5 an order, check out Viet Fortune a little ways down. Then I get home, open the pho containers and not only did the price increase but the product also decreased in size ‍. The broth was still winnahz. Lastly, my daughter opens her $16.99 shrimp fried rice, large container but only half full. The other half of the container had some type of condiments or lime or whatever. I said, let me try this rice for $16.99...disappointing in flavor and the shrimp was so small like the smallest shrimps you would find in the frozen section. Again, this is important because the price increase should convey to the product the customer pays for but it doesn't. Then as I wait, I walk up to order a Thai tea since I was already waiting. Girl looks at bag that has been sitting on counter since I arrived and paid and reads my order. I was like, that has been sitting there this whole time and you asked me to sit and wait for an additional 10 mins and who knows how much longer if I didn't walk up to order a tea ‍. Anyways, long story short...prices increased, product size decreased, quality is mediocre at best but their pho broth is good. Not good enough to return again. For equally amazing pho broth check out pho chateau in lorton or Pho 95's in Alexandria and for a fraction of the cost. The one start is for the broth. read more

The broth was meaty and flavorful and the meats were perfectly cooked. IVE FINALLY FOUND A PHO SPOT THAT HAS PERFECTLY COOKED TRIPE. Not too chewy like most other pho spots. The bun bo hue was beautifully seasoned and the meats were also cooked perfectly for this as well. It also came with a side of sate chili oil which I wasn't expecting but was delicious. I ordered #95 Bun Bo Hue and the noodles were thick like spaghetti noodles and flavorless. I had to refer back to the menu to make sure I didn't order something that clearly mentioned a different type of noodle and there was no mention. The broth was flavorless and way greasy. I'm no healthy eater but this was a bit too much. I thought I would have a whole pork knuckle as in one of the pictures posted but it was chopped in pieces. I ordered take out the other night and when I arrived home noticed a strong odor but was unsure of what it was..when I opened the box containing the topping for my Pho I realized the odor was coming from the rancid meat I was given for my soup. There was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY the person preparing my order didn't realize the meat had gone bad. The smell was disgusting and made my stomach turn. First off let me start with saying pick up was fast and restaurant looked clean. Before actually eating the food everything smelled delicious. I got the shrimp fried rice, summer rolls, and 2 orders of pho. The spring rolls had regular shredded iceberg lettuce which I'm not used to but they were okay at best. The fried rice was okay as well, they gave a few drops of soy sauce, I typically expect a side of fish sauce but it still had decent flavor, but unfortunately nothing special. Now the pho, I got one with beef meatballs and they gave maybe a meatball cut into four and the sliced beef. Not really worth it for the price. The veggies like the bean spouts did not look fresh at all. The pho was lack luster in flavor, nothing but disappointment. The noodles were over cooked. Overall the meal left nothing to be desired. I was really hoping that it would be good,another pho restaurant that we could frequent, but honestly don't think we'll be back. Maybe an eat in experience is better or different, but this pick up order definitely not worth the almost $50 dollars spent. read more

Best pho in Woodbridge by far. They make their pho with real bone broth unlike the other pho places in Woodbridge that use powdered broth which never tastes as good as the real thing. When myself and my wife first started coming here, the customer service was really good. I'm not sure what happened but there is a lady who works there named "Jesse" who works there now who was very rude on 2 occasions. It's disappointing because the food is great, but I'll probably never eat here again due to the way she treated myself and my wife. She was very dismissive and short. She didn't seem like she wanted to take our order either time. If this is who/what we have to encounter when coming here, then I don't want to spend my money at this place again. The place was very clean with a nice modern restaurant aesthetic. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and knowing roughly what I wanted so for beef pho I was able to quickly find on their menu which one I wanted. I'm not a fan of tripe so I skipped it, but the tendon was cooked so tender it melted in my mouth. The food was brought out to me promptly and the basil was fresh and the bean sprouts were the crispest I've had all year at any pho restaurant even after steeping in the hot broth for a few minutes. The portions of meat was very generous. The broth seemed to lack the aromatics but still had an excellent beef taste, which is where all the money is at anyways. The noodles seemed a little overcooked and not as long as expected. But overall a very good bowl of pho. I'll be back again for more. My wife and I order pho all the time and we decided to try this place. We were extremely disappointed in our decision. We got it delivered through UberEats and we order delivery pho all the time so we know what to expect. The broth was so greasy and it really grossed us out. I'm the type of person that drinks the broth after I eat everything else and I just couldn't do it. Every bite was just another layer of grease on our mouths. My wife's portion of meat was also so sad. I will say that my meat was pretty good and the summer rolls were pretty good but the broth really just ruined it for us.
